Located inside Fashion Show Mall on level 1 close to the Dillard's, this cafe has a lovely, large space to hangout as well as private nooks you can reserve to work from or study from if you are a Capital One card holder. Additionally, all capital one cardholders get half off hand crafted drinks, which is what keeps me coming in to these establishments. It's a great, chill place to come and grab a coffee, hangout, or get some work down. Gorgeous space. Service was friendly. The only bummer was they had a posted menu with seasonal sips and none of that was available (they should have had a sign over it blocking it off).
Super nice cafe space close to the Strip! They're located inside the mall, so it was quite easy to access. Plenty of seating and tables for a wfh day. Free wifi is always nice. They also have two nooks that can be booked in advance if you're looking for a semi-private space for meetings or just for use in general. Of course, drinks are half price if you are their customer. I got a cold brew and I've always liked Verve coffee. The mocha was also good, especially since they add whipped cream. We also got the cherry chocolate mocha and that was pretty good as well. The 8oz and 12oz mocha both have two shots of espresso in them. Avocado toast was ok - I wish they addition of a hard boiled egg wasn't $1.50.

I already asked so many D' questions.... 3 hours of free money mentoring are offered, too !!! 6. If you just want to sit, eat, drink, or have an impromptu picnic, you may. They don't bug you or sell you anything. Gasp.... They do nicely welcome you as if you are Dee's VIP !! 7. There's a community room here for groups. Like yelpers !! 8. UYE time !!

This might be enough of a reason to visit a mall. The Capital One Café in Las Vegas is located in the Fashion Show Mall. The underground parking garage is free, and you'll want to park closest to the corner of Desert Inn and Las Vegas Blvd, not far from where they've cordoned off a section for valet parking. Or if you're walking from the Strip, it's on the first floor not too far inside from the Maggiano's corner of the Strip-side restaurant section. It wasn't very busy today, which I thought was odd because they run a great promotion during Mondays during MLB season. You may know already that Capital One cardholders can get 50% off a drink, but on Mondays through 9/22, anyone can get a completely free handcrafted beverage (presumably either coffee or tea) as long as you go to the Capital One site and have them text you a link to add a barcode to your phone's wallet app. I'm not sure if there's an alternative way since I didn't have a problem at all using this method. I went with the Verve Flash Brew Nitro Coffee ($6.00 normally, 16 oz) since I'm usually into that sorta thing. I was surprised by the fruity character of this coffee, since cold brews are usually more of a dark roast. Online sources suggest that this is a medium roast, which could explain all the acidity and fruity notes which I actually got. It was drinkable still, but challenging. I also tried my mom's Cappuccino ($4.75 normally). It wasn't great at all. The coffee was weak, so it tasted mostly of the milk. I guess the milk tasted alright, but this was definitely the inferior rendition of the cappuccinos which I've tried this year. If you're close enough to the Strip, come to Capital One Cafe on Mondays, or maybe other days if you have a Capital One card. You might as well get a good deal as long as you can find something good that's not the cappuccino.
I love the capital one café as it's a perfect space for people doing some work and wanting to have coffee. They always do special discounts and free drinks from time to time so I always find myself stopping in here. Every season they roll out with new drinks For spring I tried the cherry Matcha, which I was pretty skeptical about at first. Everything is super customizable and I always get heavier shots of things since I like my drink, strong in flavor and extra strength.
Such a cozy cafe and a good place to chill or do some work! There's a coffee shop and you get half off drinks if you pay with a capital one card. Staff here are very friendly and helpful.

I also loved my latte and loved that C1 card holders get half off their drinks! Such a good deal! The cafe itself is also very nice and super spacious. It reminds me a lot of their airport lounges. Perfect place to hang out and work or study. We were there for a while and it never got too busy so it always felt super chill and relaxing. Definitely a good place to stop by.

Spacious and the drinks are pretty good! Tables are clean. They have a cute capital one themed connect 4 game. I actually ordered the honey lavender iced tea and, I guess, I didn't expect a bank to have great drinks but it's pretty good! Drinks half off if you bank with Capital One. It's a pretty neat perk. My drink makers name was Johnathan. Definitely stopping by next time I'm in Fashion Show!
Manuela is such a sweetheart. She recommended some drinks and made me a hibiscus blueberry lemonade which was the most refreshing drink without the caffeine. She made my husband a Honey Lavender Latte with Oat Milk which he chugged. It was delicious! This was my spouse and I's first time at the Fashion Show Mall location and we were intrigued and wanted to see what this cafe was all about. We were greeted right away. It's not just for Capital One cardholders either. You do, however, get discounts if you're a member and use your card. This location had a nice lounge with some spaces to book for meetings, interviews, presentations, study groups, etc. I was impressed by how spacious it was. I'm so happy it's coming here at Florida Mall in Orlando soon! I can't wait!
My biggest regret is not coming here sooner. Having said that, they have an awesome grab and go station in the front. My kids were really happy to see-- who am I kidding-- I was really happy to see that they had warm chocolate chip cookies and coffee station. They had multiple different types of milk from oat milk to almond milk, to half-and-half to whole milk, to put in your coffee, and they had my favorite-- oat milk latte that I added brown sugar to. Although we travel quite often, and my children, though quite young, are seasoned travelers, I still get a little nervous traveling with a toddler because I don't want dirty looks from anyone if they are upset about something and can't control their emotions as well as (most) adults. The person who stood out to me was Emma, who eased my tension and was just an absolute sweetheart to my daughter. She asked her if my daughter wanted cookies. She helped pack up some pretzels for her in a bag. She quickly cleaned up a spill. And she was just a shining beam of sunshine during a busy travel day for us. She went above and beyond. She gave my older kids bags, explaining that they can take goodies with them-- all with patience and a smile. We've been to many different lounges, Emma stood out to be one of the greatest people we've encountered in an airport. We've come to Las Vegas multiple times, as it is a great destination to take road trips for us as hikers, but I SO regret not coming here sooner. I do know one thing-- next time we come, I will specifically go out of my way to come visit Emma and the Capital One Cafe again.
I am a sucker for Cap 1 Cafes, and this one lives up to the hype. 50% off beverages for Cap 1 card and account holders, plus a clean, modern space to relax and do your banking in. In a place like Vegas, there aren't a whole lot of fantastic independently owned coffee shops, so Capital One Cafe does the trick and offers one of the most affordable prices on the Strip if you're a Cap 1 member. I visit Capital One Cafes everywhere I travel that has one. I love these things. They are clean, spacious, have great AC, and good coffee. There are always friendly bankers and baristas to help you out. This Vegas Strip location in Fashion Show Mall is no different. Really nothing to complain about at this location other than it's a bit hard to find for the first time. read more

My first time at any Capital One cafe and it was great! They had a good amount of seating available and everything was pretty clean. Went on a Monday so I was able to get the #MlbMonday drink for free. My unsweetened hot matcha was good (they sold out of the blueberry ube matcha) and husband liked his turmeric ginger latte. My favorite drink was the honey lavender latte which had a very light lavender taste and good coffee strength. One of the employees, Chris, was a standout with great patience and customer service. He was dealing with a very difficult lady but still found time to engage with my family and make us laugh. The gift of little travel inspired pins was a sweet gesture! Thanks again Chris! Our first experience at Capital One was great and I recommend stopping by! They are located inside the Fashion Show Mall. read more

My kid had his phone playing videos at 1/4 volume and some black girl employee with a laptop really came to ask us to shut it off when the people next to us were speaking louder. Ridiculous. read more
I needed a spot to sit and work while i waited for my flight and this was the perfect place. Everyone was nice and friendly and i was able to simply find a table and hook up my laptop. I ordered a matcha latte and they let me add the flavors from the current seasonal special so that it was a vanilla rose matcha. Everything was clean and inviting, overall it was great and I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. read more
I tried one of their new drinks from their summer menu, which is the strawberry Matcha, but I altered it by adding extra Matcha and making it dirty by adding an espresso shot with oat milk. It actually was very creamy and tasty and had a strong strawberry flavor that complemented the Matcha pretty well. I do suggest adding an extra Matcha scoop into it because one scoop is just not enough that they normally do. I like to see more seasonal offerings that rotate out. read more
Didn't even know this place existed till my sister told me let's go hang out at the cafe while we wait for our ride. This whole time could of been taking advantage of my capital one perks. Come here and save money with 50% off your drinks. Yes to saving money. I ordered a camera latte, my sister an iced matcha and my wife a honey lavender iced coffee. Hey there my YELPies!! You know I have been a Capital One cardholder and bank account owner for some years now and when I started getting notifications for these cafes.. well, you know I had to go check it out. So far, only one in close proximity here in AZ.. so I decided on a bit of retail therapy in Scottsdale and stopped on in the cafe. Let me just say, we were greeted by this beautiful smiling face named Heather. Customer service.. I don't have to tell my YELPies what that means to me . I expressed to Heather I had never been in a C1 cafe and I was so excited to walk in. She offered a tour to us and we gladly took it.. she shared the amazing workshops that take place and the other services offered while in the cafe. The cafe is so clean and open and such a comfortable environment, I will be reserving a workspace and having some coffee and a treat very soon. Speaking of coffee, my dear YELPies... Heather said because it was our first time in..the beverages were on her! Of course you know my love for Matcha happened, right?! . My daughter had a lavender latte. My YELPies.. if you are a C1 card or account holder or even both, go checkout the new cafes they have offered us, they are a good community resource and we get amazing perks, now if you're not, don't worry.. you don't have to be a cardholder to enjoy the cafe.. you will still get the amazing customer service. Nice and spacious inside. 50% off everyday if you are capital one credit card holder and you can reserve the private room for work or study. If you're not a capital one CC holder, every Tuesday, it's 50% off for everyone. We had lavender latte and the seasonal cinnamon ginger latte, both are delicious but on the sweet side. read more

The workers here are super sweet, very friendly, totally coming back. Half off coffee too for members, the coffee tastes better than Starbucks in my opinion not overly sweet. The place itself felt very cozy I would've stayed if I could. read more

Honestly a really great place to sit and work, chill or just grab a coffee. Much better styling than a Starbucks. They even have little offices if you need to take calls or block out the noise. Definitely a fan of these. Cafe has al the basics, coffee, snacks, and healthy treats. read more

It is about time I reviewed this café. It's one of our favorites because we are capital one members so we frequent the one at our home all the time but this particular one every time we're in Las Vegas we stop by just because it's in fashion mall and just because we stay in Crockfords yearly, which isn't that far away so every year we've always stopped here to take a breather, get out of the heat and relax. Really love this location. People are extra nice especially yesterday, the person taking our order was very kind very helpful very accommodating. Just really can't say enough good things about capital one café and banking at capital one. I'm picky with my Matcha, but somehow they've got my order right this time so it hit the spot yesterday. It cooled us down gave me the caffeine I needed for the rest of the day. I almost always get my Matcha latte. No ice with couple of pumps of vanilla and this time. no different. They made it pretty good. It's pretty strong. Really enjoyed it. Restrooms need a code to get in. It was OK could be cleaner other than that I love how relaxing it is here and accessible. It is inside the mall. I love the little freebies they always give. Yesterday was a magnet to attach to your phone where you can hold cards and stuff while last time it was luggage name tags lol things like that just makes a really fun and great stop and rest place. My friends and I came two days in a row while we were in town. We loved their holiday drinks and couldn't say no to the current promo - $3 latte every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through December 29, 2024. My favorite drink is the winter mint mocha with oat milk (50% sweet) with whipped cream on top. This Capital One cafe location also has the friendliest staff. read more

Lounge-tastic!! At Fashion Show Mall, a cafe for everyone (not just capital one cardholders). Great wifing/bring laptop to wifi, wfh, study, rest and lounge spot, etc. Plenty of space with outlet plug access. Peet's coffee drinks are 50%off for capital one cardholders, snacks are full price. Free parking. Wifi isn't fast but the space, and amenities make up for it. Amazing host service. They can give you a tour. Located nearest to Red parking. There's also: - Two private rooms are 1st come 1st seat. - ATM - All Gendar Restrooms are in the back - Self serve water - Plenty of outlets/plug access and seating everywhere. - Free parking during mall hours - Limited on food, but they do offer small healthy snacks like protein bars, almond and nut bags. - Strong AC, so bring a sweater if you're planning to stay long. Con: Okay wifi compared to many cafes. But good enough. The rest of the mall area has really slow wifi though. read more

Awesome place!!! I felt kinda bad I bought a Starbucks next door and brought it inside but it ain't my fault they don't open til 11AM.... Anyhow spacious and free to use work areas and you can buy coffee and snacks there. I ended up buying a snack to munch on but mainly went to do some work as I had a lot of time to kill before meeting up with my friend who was there for a convention. Overall, clean and friendly staff... I am a Capital One customer so I guess I can feel less guilty... I actually took one of the nooks and it has a lot of space if you want to do a small meeting in there as well you can close the sliding door if you wanted to. Coming back here again next time I have time to kill and need to do some work when in town.... read more
