Every time I've went, it's never overcrowded like the other coffee shops nearby, there's always good wifi, plenty of electronic plugs, and Peet's is available if I need a pick-me-up. The cafe is always busy with a variety of individuals working from the tables, nooks and crannies. This can make it difficult to find a spot so don't be afraid to ask if you can share a space or table. There's a Peets coffee shop inside which is a pretty decent chain coffee shop. The service is responsive and generally upbeat. When they messed up my order once they gave me a free drink card without me even asking, which was nice. Overall it seems like a decent spot for coffee, personal meetings or working remotely. read more

The service here is fantastic!!! Customer service is the best I've ever had!! As soon as I came in I was greeted with a warm welcome and they helped me out with every question I had. Liza was very cheerful and happy to help and informed me about things I never knew about this location. She was by far the nicest and most friendly and relatable worker there. Out of all the Capital One locations I have ben too... This one has had the friendliest staff. The Peet's employees have always been more than accommodating and friendly despite the subpar working conditions. Of course, with the sunny weather we have been having, it's unbelievable that the cafe does nothing to turn on the ac. Both Peet's staff and bank staff were sweaty, and I could only imagine how it must feel with those machines on all day. It must be that corporate does not know what it is like to work within the space. I even overheard customers talking about the unbearable heat, and I'll be going to Starbucks, a cafe that actually has central cooling and a bearable temperature until the issue is solved. Even half priced coffee, I could not stand to be in the festering sweat hole of a Cafe for more than five minutes. read more

I was browsing the expensive streets of copley when I ran into this little gem! I literally stood outside the doors for about 3min wondering, "Isn't that my credit card company?". Curious as I was, I went right on in. The place is very sleek with wide open spaces and plenty of sitting areas. Wifi is also available. I noticed many of the customers were sitting down with laptops, looking like they were working on very important matters. The atmosphere was quiet, but in a good relaxing way, not intimidating at all. The menu was similar to Starbucks; sandwiches were for sale too. One of the workers told me it's a new cafe for my card company to generate more revenue and to thank its customers. I then proceeded to ask if card members earned points from buying their coffee. CARD MEMBERS GET EVERYTHING HALF OFF HERE!!!!!!!!! Booyah!!!! I ordered 2 medium chai lattes and it came out to be a little over $3. What a great way to win loyalty; that is my kind of deal. The chai was okay, but the service was spectacular with a very nice barista working and the location is prime. I believe the location of this cafe was where Anthropology was, on the corner right across the street from the Apple Store. I recently noticed a new 360 cafe was opening up in downtown crossing too!! I came in just to use the ATM. I was immediately greeted by a friendly voice. Started chatting with Amber and she bought me a cup of coffee just for getting cash out. She sat and talked with me for an hour while I sipped down my coffee. Not once did she try to sell me anything but answered any question I had. If we had capital one banks in Oregon I would switch my account. If all their employees were as pleasant as Amber they are doing something right. Thanks for helping a complete stranger pass the time. I love coming here on weekday mornings - it's bright, great layout for working and meeting friends for coffee. However the staff is frankly too loud for me to stay long. There is one employee, a young woman with long dark hair, that while very friendly borders on unprofessional. They are chatting about their personal lives, when their shift is over, etc. They are often yelling to each other, singing, clapping, etc. I understand they are bored as I see very few banking customers here, but please respect that folks here are trying to work, read, or have a quiet conversation. read more

I have to say that I've been a CO360 customer since it was ING Direct, and I never really paid a whole lot of attention to these cafes. Before today, I had never been in one. I needed cash today, which is a rarity, and decided that I'd start with the Capital One Cafe. To my surprise, this place rocked! Warm greeting, super helpful employees, and a free Americano. I took cash out with my iPhone, which is just awesome in and of itself, but the employees were super helpful. Capital One is definitely catering to today's banking customer; the whole experience just felt a whole lot better than the normal branch experience. Very nice barista here! She recommended a great drink and the cafe is very spacious. Lots of people come here to get work done. If you have a capital one card, use it! You get 50% coffee which is always a plus (sadly, I don't have one). Lots of seating available and not too loud inside. Once my friend had some problem with the toilet, and instead of showing a prompt help, they just stood there and laughed at the situation. Love the Peet's coffee, love the prices even more (as everyone else says-- half off with a Capital One credit/debit card means you can get coffee for $1-2, depending what you order). I wasn't sure if this place was a bank or coffee shop (from the outside, it can be confusing), but it's definitely all coffee shop. They serve a full selection of Peet's and have the usual scones, muffins, breakfast-y type things. The service was great and the line moved rely quickly (even for 8am on a Tuesday. I really love this Capital One 360 location. There are a lot of tables, so finding a space to sit is usually not an issue, in spite of the busy area this cafe is in! I especially love snagging some of the seats that are by the window and are semi-closed off with walls. There is also a group discussion room. The food and beverages are pretty much the same as they are in other Capital 360 cafes, though getting iced coffee here is more expensive than in Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. The staff who help people set up their Capital One accounts and answer people's questions hang around only one area of the cafe (by the huge tv screen), so you aren't stuck listening in on someone's Capital One questions or issues if you sit more than one or two tables away from that area. The music they play is pretty good as background noise when you're doing work. Overall, I'm a fan. read more

Stopped in early this past Friday morning to grab coffee and get something quick to eat on the way to work. WOW: extremely warm, friendly and professional Peet's Coffee staff for a change! I was actually greeted, welcomed and my order was made quickly and accurately...and I was even thanked for stopping in! What a change. I work nearby and stopped in twice last month, only to be treated like I was bothering the staff and disturbing their private time on their cell phones. I actually stopped coming here because I was so rudely treated. At any rate, kudos to whoever paid attention and made some changes. I only hope it continues because the Cafe is in a great location and is otherwise clean and the Capital One staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my Friday! read more

This is a Peet's Cafe masquerading as a bank lobby. Delightfully strange. I just spoke with one of the bank folks here and it really is a bank lobby. You can do all the bank functions in the environs of a full cafe with wifi. Apparently, this is because in today's connected age where everything's online, you don't need all the trappings of a bank to have the bank functions. There's even a meeting room here for non-profit organizations to reserve for free. Well done, Capital One! read more
