This place sucks fart juice. I have 360 accounts and credit cards with capital one. I arrived 45 minutes before it closed and the coffee didn't taste fresh (a little understandable since they were about to close) and the pastries were thrown out in the trash. As the place was about to close the employee informed the patrons politely that the place was closing in 10 minutes. Afterwards the security guard kept coming by my table literally every 2 minutes to remind me the time. Yep, just my table. "You have 5 minutes." "You have 3 minutes." I absolutely love the 360 Cafe. Both the Capital One and Peet's employees are incredibly friendly with great senses of humor. Every time I go in, my day is made. Highly suggested for getting work done, asking questions about Capital One, or needing a laugh! read more

I love coming here to get my morning coffee. It's also a major plus I get 50% off the beverages when I use my Capital One card. Staff are always really nice and ask if you need help. I also love how they have random raffles, hot dogs and various little treats for their customers. I am becoming a huge fan of this bank. read more

Once again, let me preface this with I absolutely LOVE this place - the only reason I'm putting the one star is to warn people that the air conditioning situation here is completely unacceptable. This post is coming a couple days late (as it has finally returned to "normal" June weather.) However, earlier this week is was over 90 degrees three consecutive days and it was very clear during those days that there was no air conditioning. I work from this lovely space multiple days a week and had planned on working here per usual, but it was simply too stuffy and physically uncomfortable. I did take advantage of the 50% off coffee (for which I am forever grateful!) but hightailed it out of there and returned to my nice AC'ed apartment. The second day I was hoping the issue would be fixed and didn't want to miss seeing my favorite baristas and associates, but immediately had to leave. I sucked it up and went to Starbucks...I needed my latte fix and a place that didn't feel like Death Valley to get some work done. I really hope that management sees this post and can get this fixed soon, especially for our next heat wave (which is inevitable.) Last winter (during a polar vortex) there was a heating issue (as in there was none) and that was remedied very quickly...I'm really hoping that whoever reads this acknowledges that extreme heat is not only unfair to those required to experience it, but can also have negative health effects. I would love to write a new review or amend this review in the future should the problem be addressed. The associates/baristas working are the best and always upbeat...even in what feels like a sauna. I hope for the sake of customers and the associates working there that this is fixed sooner than later. It seems awfully unfair for the people working to be subjected to such temperatures...almost like it should be a violation? For a company who prides themselves on customer service (which is usually stellar) I find it troublesome that with all the technology present I even have to write this post. It's starting to seem that upper management doesn't acknowledge valid employee concerns? Lastly, major thanks to the sweetest baristas who always have a welcoming smile on their faces, despite being physically uncomfortable. I can only image what being stuck behind a counter brewing hot coffee feels like when you're stuck in an enclosed space when the temperature is literally 99 degrees. P.S. In due diligence prior to my writing of this, I did attempt to stay cool enough to linger near the door where there appears to be an AC unit (on the ceiling) and was shocked to realize that it was simply circulating the hot air...that's called FAN MODE, NOT COOL MODE. P.P.S. For a company that has a cool and hip vibe (with a normally simple yet inviting decor), the multiple rotating floor fans aren't really fitting in. If I was living in a multiple roommate situation right out of college I would be okay with being surrounded by floor fans. However, for a business it doesn't present well. read more

I work in the neighborhood, and the first time I walked past this place, they had a tent outside for their "grand opening." Because of the words "Capital One" my mind just tuned it out, as I was thinking, "it's just a new bank or something." However, a few days later as I walked by the word "Café" caught my eye, so I walked in. Turns out, it really IS a Café!--complete with a Peet's coffee & tea--but with a twist: if you have any kind of Capital One card, all drinks are half off! Apparently, the concept is to offer a space to the community, while also having a "genius bar" of sorts where their customers can come and speak to someone if they have questions. Other than that, you'd think it's just a really nice café with lots of space and extra seating. Very interesting concept. In any case, I now find myself going back several times a week for half-off on Peet's coffee & tea as well as the free WiFi! read more

This review is based on the banking, after coming in for coffee and seeing all the signs of how they are "not a typical bank" I decided to try one their credit cards, with potential for more. After my "instant approval" was put on a 7-10 process period in which I find out through the mail, I was less than pleased. After about 10 days I tried to go back to the Bank/Cafe to check the status but they don't have any access to that kind of information. I finally received a letter in the mail asking for faxed copies of several documents, lease, drivers license, social security card. I'm happy to provide these, I called the number on the letter and asked several times where I can go physically because I don't want to fax over all my personal information. They told me they are not connected and that my only option is to fax this information over. So yes they are not a typical bank, because a typical bank has a banking center where you can go and ask questions and find out status updates on accounts, and provide information to. I asked if could even stop in and they could copy my information and mail it over and was also told no. I told the representative on the phone that if I can't physically go to a bank and provide this information then to go ahead and cancel my inquiry. All he said was ok, and then I came on to write my review. So basically they are a coffee shop that says they are a bank but offers not banking services. I went to deposit some cash today and had one of the worst and most insulting customer service interactions of my life. It started off wonderfully, with a kind guy who was helping me follow the prompts, but then this other capital one employee came up behind me while I was already being helped, and started condescending to me basically insinuating that I was an idiot who couldn't follow basic instructions. I will be closing my account with capital one, and can't tell you how embarrassed and furious I am after my experience there today. read more

The drinks and food are great and the staff is very friendly as well but they are so understaffed which is why I'm giving this a 2 star. It's fine in the morning but the closing shift is usually one or two people so when it gets busy the wait is so long. Please hire more people. read more

I went here based on the good reviews and was not impressed. I like Peets coffee, but the food is awful and over priced. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. They took the whole pre-made sandwich out of the fridge and put it into a toaster to heat it up. The sandwich was $5. For a $5 bacon, egg, and cheese on an english muffin, I want it to be freshly made. I wanted a cute, little, local cafe to get good coffee at. Instead, it was a cafe, apparently sponsored by Capital One, and with over priced, awful food. read more

I love Peet's coffee, I brew it at home every week and I was a little weirded out to see it joined with a bank. But when I found out you can get any drink order for 50% off if you use your capital one card (not sure if this is just a temporary promotion or will happen all the time?), all that weirdness dissipated, because, who doesn't love a good deal! My only complaint is the coffee (cafe Domingo medium roast) I got was either burnt or over-brewed (is that a thing?) and tasted horrible. I tried to mask it with sugar but to no avail. Too bad because when I use their coffee in my french press it is delicious! Maybe this was just a one time fluke, though. Overall, it is a cool combination with the bank and in a very convenient location. read more

This is my favorite coffee/tea place in Boston! Both the Capital One staff and the Peet's Cafe staff are super friendly, efficient and the place is fantastic for work or socializing with friends. They have free meeting rooms, huge windows, comfy chairs made out of recycled wood. I ended up opening an account with Capital One after hearing about their no fees, no minimums, $50 and $25 sign on bonus and 50% off drinks. The coffee is robust, chai latte is heavenly and the food is locally sourced. read more

I just opened a Capital One account at this cafe' and was extremely pleased with the service! The staff was really patient and kind and helped me see the benefits of having this mobile account. I have heard about the 360 in the Downtown Boston store and have finally had the time to open! Not to mention I really like Peet's coffee and enjoy having a place to work.
