One of my favorite spots to crab a quick coffee from or to work from! The upstairs area is so great and extremely remote work friendly with meeting rooms, outlets, and plenty of space to spread out. I love stoping by here for coffee since I have a capital one card. I think without the card it's a bit pricey for what you get, but a $3 latte (with the card) ?! Hard to beat that. The menu changes seasonally- I got the blueberry ube latte this time. I love to make a vanilla honey latte tho- they have actual vanilla bean. I would say that going to capital one cafe for in-person help with account was great. Buts the staff are mainly there to support using the rooms and cafe. If you need help with your account save yourself the trip and just call. After your meeting they depart you then go to not just one coworker but each coworker separately and do the don't look but right over there. I can only assume it's to say I wasn't able to help and she declined calling on my cell phone to the customer service to help her with her banking. read more

I stop by this cafe on my way to work. Everyone is always so friendly, lovely atmosphere to be surrounded by early morning. The lavender honey latte is my favorite. I tend to prefer it hot but the iced version is also good. There are syrups available for purchase as well. The breakfast sandwich is yummy and with the discount for card holders the price is not bad. There's always a cute pop up or activity on site to engage with. Cafe is always clean and plenty of seating while you wait. There's also conference rooms available for booking to work in. read more

First time being able to check out one of these cafés, and I was not disappointed. By being a capital one card holder, you get 50% off of beverages and access to some cool working spaces and private nooks that can be reserved. I ordered the seasonal special, which was the S'Mores Shakerato, which was basically a latte with marshmallows and chocolate syrup added to it. I also got a baked treat, which was a croissant style cinnamon roll. The drink was really good and the cinnamon roll was OK to me. Didn't have enough icing coating all the critical parts. For the location and space alone, this place is worth a visit. It should also be noted that anyone can use the café, but you won't get the drink discount unless you have a Capital One or a Discover card. read more

With espresso prices spiraling out of control, what a nice treat to have a flavorful decaf espresso for only two dollars if you are a capital one or Discover customer! I was greeted warmly by the ambassadors and my server, and the space was nice and open with plenty of spots for chatting or working with power outlets depending on your needs! What would I do without this Capital One Cafe in Seaport?! It's one of my favorite places to frequent when I need a bright, serene, and clean place to get work done... like write Yelp reviews ;) Anyone can come in here; you don't have to be a Capital One cardholder to use the space. But as a Capital One Cardholder you're able to access perks like 50% off all beverages (it adds up when you're a coffee addict like myself)! They used to partner with Peet's but have since then transitioned to Verve which I believe is a significant upgrade. My go-to drink has always been a hot vanilla latte with oak milk- call me basic but I like what I like! From time to time Capital One has freebies and goodies for those who stop by. Throughout the years I've accumulated a pretty serious collection of free cups, sleeves, tote bags, lunch boxes, sunglasses, fanny packs, speakers, coffee beans and tea just to name a few. So keep your eyes peeled and stop in! Did I mention it's two floors here?! They have a huge space with small to medium tables and private conference rooms. The floor to ceiling windows here bring in so much natural light; I absolutely love it! I've also never had any issues finding a table here so that's a bonus (although I can't guarantee this as I'm not sure how many of you, after reading my review, are convinced to check them out)!! I'm reviewing this business mostly as a working space as their upstairs is very lovely, spacious, bright, open, and oftentimes EMPTY. I almost don't want to share this space on the internet as this cafe is a nice and well-kept secret in Seaport. I used to work remotely at Cafe Nero, but there has always been a high velocity of customers that come through and take up the table spaces, so I sought to find a new cafe to work from. That's when I found the Capital One Cafe! I love working remotely here during the weekdays as there is a nice Peet's Coffee cafe downstairs that sells both food and beverage. Wi-fi is also free here (just hit accept when the pop-up prompts you to). In terms of working spaces, there are plenty of tables and desks to sit at and they're equipped with hand sanitizer bottles everywhere! The downstairs shares a space with some Capital One workers who greet guests and help answer questions. They were the ones who told me that there was more space in the upstair section (accessible by stairs or elevator). Upstairs you will find plenty of tables and working space along with some nooks for virtual conferencing/privacy (open to cafe guests) and meeting rooms (these are usually locked). It's usually very empty and very quiet upstairs asides from the occasional honking outside and the ambient sounds of the espresso machines and coffee grinders. The only downside is that the place could afford to have more electrical outlets upstairs, but other than that, the space is perfect. In regards to the cafe, there are occasional special promotions for their menu items and even a 50% price for Capital One cardholders. The baristas are very nice and helpful and the Capital One staff are extremely accommodating. Overall, I'd recommend this place to any virtual workers looking to find a nice and comfortable space to complete their work. read more

I'm a bit surprised to see that the first review on Yelp for this location of Capital One Cafe in the Seaport was on 4/2017. As I walked along, Seaport Blvd and just happened to notice it, I had thought it was new! But nope. It is a nice space, roomy with a good amount of seating. There's more upstairs, I think, but I didn't check that out. On one visit I tried one of their sandwiches by the Danish Pastry House, wrapped, pre-made, after work for about $7. It was a Turkey Swiss Sandwich, with smoked turkey, swiss cheese, mixed green lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and yellow mustard on a sub roll. The good - the vegetables were crisp and colorful, and of a better ratio than your average pre-made sandwich. The not so good - it was too much bread, and a bit sodden, so I cut off some from within. read more

Visited this location on a Wednesday afternoon and it was not busy at all. I was able to grab one of their nooks which has a table, air filter, and two chairs. It has an individual temp thermostat that looks like it can be adjusted by the person in the room. I ordered a medium cappuccino and it was promptly made. It did taste a bit watery - they may have been using low fat/non fat milk instead of whole milk. The service was okay, but there are better places to get a cappuccino in the area. However, any handcrafted drink is 50% off with a capital one credit/debit card which is what draws me to this location. It seems like most people at this location are utilizing the space for work/studying. I did not see anyone casually having a cup of coffee here - it is exclusively people with laptops. read more

Unwelcoming environment. Needed a private space to do a meeting-- went into an empty meeting room and got settled. Was on a call and the person working here interrupted and walked in telling me I have to keep the door open because it's a communal area... Doesn't make sense so I asked if I can keep the door closed for 30 min for a scheduled meeting. She repeated "This is a communal area so you must keep the door open". There were maybe 3 other people in the outside area so I wanted to close the door for privacy and to not bother anyone. No one else booked the room nor was it taken already... I love this capital one cafe compared to the other ones I've been to. It's super hip, not crowded, and generally cleaner. There are two floors, the top floor is a little bit more quiet while the bottom floor consist of a capital one kiosk and a Peet's. I came here to study for finals and I love how there are a couple of individual rooms that can fit 1-2 people. These individual rooms need to be reserved and I think to reserve it, you make an account that you are a part of an organization. However if its not reserved, it's essentially first come first serve. The downside to this capital one cafe is that it closes so early and it's a little out of the way from me! I'd be here all the time if it opened later like the other capital one cafes. read more

On Sunday I walked into the cafe for a latte and was told free. I said "huh?" and the staff pointed to the happy hour menu. I was talking to the manager and he told me that they have free yoga on the weekdays (TBD, you have to call them to find out the exact days since they are not listed anywhere on their site. The cafe is comfortable and they have a decent selection of drinks. I camped out in here for a few hours waiting for my sister to finish work. It was relatively quiet, the temperature was comfortable, and the wifi was good. I saw several people come in for meetings- they even have a space in the back that you can use for a group. This Capital One Café is great! It's absolutely one of my favorite places to study. It's clean, spacious, and there are some outlets around if you're in need of one. They have a second floor, and it's generally not crowded at all. The staff is always welcoming. I'm not even a Capital One member and I love it here. WTF. I got oatmeal and the woman filled it with 1/3 oatmeal and 2/3 water. Maybe I have memory loss and accidentally asked for oatmeal *soup*. I had to spill almost all of it in the garbage. But the kicker is that they have an arcade-style basketball net with people shooting hoops every three minutes. It's super loud and vibrates through the whole space.
