chocolate chip cannoli, hot chocolate, pistachio martini, torta di pistachio

This was a dimly lit cafe with bathrooms in the basement floor. The pistachio martini was strong with pistachio ice cream. While I couldn't taste as much pistachio flavor in the martini, it did have a hint of pistachio smell. Their menu says they have Boston's best cannoli. The chocolate chip cannoli was good for cannoli lovers. The hot chocolate had a bit too much foam for my liking. The homemade tiramisu wasn't bad, but I wish it had more cream inside. The coffee was soaked inside and I liked how it was not too sweet. The pistachio cream in the pistachio cake complemented the dessert and had a flaky outside. This store does accept credit card.

The smell of coffee attracted me into this cafe (and I'm not even a coffee drinker). Service was good and the lady was so friendly. We ordered an iced Americano (for the hubby) and a hot chocolate for me. The hot chocolate is supposedly made by scratch and it was delicious. The cold whipped cream was a nice addiction to the rich and creamy chocolate. Bathrooms are located downstairs and I really liked how they provide free feminine products if needed.

I found myself at Caffe Paradiso with 2 of my closest friends, 3 aperols and 1 pistachio martini deep on a beautiful spring day in Boston at 4pm on a Friday. It was euphoric. I'm born and raised in LA, so I never understood the argument for people loving seasons. You'd rather freeze your bum off half the year than be warm year round? Yeah, ok... But living in New York for the past 3 years, I understand it. There is something about earning that first nice day after making it through a harsh winter that makes it so much more rewarding. You earned it. I imagine it's like going on a gnarly diet for 5 months, and then you have that first bacon cheeseburger. Of course that burger is always great, but it will never be better than when you've been starving yourself for months and then demolish it. There's also this collective energy in the air where everyone NEEDS to be outside. The entire city is defrosting. You can feel it. It's tangible. Personally, I'd still take the nice weather year round but at least I understand the argument now. It's always good to put yourself in someone else's shoes. It's the only real way to understand the world. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

We walked in after lunch. Tables and chairs are small. There's a bathroom. Server was nice. I had a cappuccino, award-winning pistachio martini, and espresso martini. The pistachio martini had pistachio liqueur and a scoop of gelato. The espresso martini was smooth. We paid with card.

I really like how spacious this place is. We got seated quickly and ordered right away. The customer service could have been more attentive though. There's a decent size selection of gelato to choose from. The Stracciatella we ordered was delicious! We truly tasted the flavors in this gelato. There's also alcohol you can order here and not just dessert.

While we didn't eat here so I cannot speak to any of the pastries the Pistachio Martini was all it is cracked up to be. It was truly delicious and honestly more of a dessert than anything with the dollop of Pistachio gelato plopped in the middle. Service was fine, nothing to write home about but nothing bad. The only downside to this place is the ambiance, it is in desperate need of an update and felt a bit dirty.

Awesome gelato! It's 6.50 for a small cup which is not too bad considering it's the North End, and you get too flavors. Service was great and this place definitely makes you feel like you're somewhere in Italy. I got the chocolate and coffee flavors which paired really well. It was fun to eat with the little plastic spoon while walking around the North End. I will be back!

We stoped in on a rainy day for hot coffee and tea . Ended up talking for 2 hours and having some dessert after lunch. Great atmosphere to sit and chat. Service was good and we all had a wonderful time.

The drinks here are incredible! The pistachio martini topped with pistachio gelato blew me away...easily the best martini I've ever had. The cafe is cozy with dim lighting but we had no issue finding a table for our group of 4 when walking in. The service is great. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu & took time to explain things/make recommendations due to it being my first visit. I started with a Nutty Irishmen which is hazelnut & Bailey's served warm. It was yummy & comforting in the cold weather. I was going to order a second one until the pistachio martini caught my eye--an incredible drink & a must try. Almost 2 months later & I still think of it often LOL They also have a deli case with a variety of Italian desserts, including cannolis of course. Gems like this are hard to find these days but Little Italy is truly something special!

If you want to truly envision yourself sitting in Italy (while remaining in Boston), get yourself over to Cafe Paradiso for a drink (of any kind). Nice service, they let you sit there for as long as you'd like. During over weather the doors remain open allowing you to enjoy the passersby. Calming space that is worth enjoying.

This cafe is cute and dimly lit, has a bit of a romantic ambiance but make it European. The desserts are good - you get exactly what you would expect. The pistachio martini is pretty strong, just how I like it :) There is occasionally a man with a guitar playing live music and he goes from table to table performing. It's cute! Overall, a nice place to catch up with friends over drinks and dessert.

This is some of the best and most authentic Italian gelato I've had in Boston. My friend and I were craving gelato and we stumbled upon this place by accident, and I'm so glad we did. We ordered the stracciatella flavor, and it was so delicious. The ice cream was so creamy and it just melts in your mouth, and it tasted perfect - it wasn't overly sweet, and it tasted fresh. I also appreciated how it wasn't very heavy. The dark chocolate bits were perfectly crunchy and tasted incredible as well. What I also really loved was that there is an option to dine-in with the ice cream - we asked for our scoops to be in cups and we expected regular ice cream paper cups, but instead we were given our ice cream in beautifully designed glasses, which made the experience so much more exciting. The portion of the ice cream was also extremely generous - we were given huge scoops. The service here is great - the servers were so friendly, and the cafe itself has a very cute and cozy vibe. I would suggest this place if you're looking for delicious Italian gelato, and if you're also looking to experience eating gelato in an elegant way!

A cute Italian coffee shop in Little Italy. I enjoyed the cozy ambience as well as their Panatonne. Very soft and flavorful. The bread got a very nice texture and sweetness from the dried fruits. Their Cappucino was the perfect drink to dip the bread into!

Do they have outlets for computers?

I'm not actually sure. I saw a few people working on their computers (I wasn't). There is indoor seating so I'm assuming they do? It might be best to call and ask. Sorry, I can't help further~

    Is it kid friendly?

Their menu online looked great and we were able to walk in with no reservations early on a Friday night, although they were starting to fill up more as we left. The crab cake was delish & my baby devoured most of it. The salmon salad was tasty but the salmon itself was very salty, salt was literally all I could taste. The lettuce was very crisp and fresh and everything else was good so I didn't feel the need to complain also with the consideration that the chef intended to make the salmon salty to pair with the rest of the dish. The vibe was nice, a bit elevated. My server Michael was great! I would definitely order the crab cake again and try many other items on the menu that all looked superb. Thanks Moxies!

We were seated immediately, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and Sarah, our waitress, was top-notch--friendly, helpful, and genuinely delightful. We started with the Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, which were so yummy. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Spicy Tuna Dynamite Roll and absolutely loved the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. I had the Vegetarian Power Bowl, and it was one of those meals you remember long after the trip is over. Since Moxies was just a few steps from our hotel, we thought it would be the perfect place for lunch before heading back to Arizona. We were offered a table inside or on the second-floor patio, and we chose the patio. Maybe that was our mistake. From the moment we sat down, it felt like a completely different restaurant. The atmosphere was very casual, but unfortunately so was the service. Our waitress was forgetful, clueless, and at times borderline disrespectful. Our food arrived completely cold after apparently sitting for over 30 minutes, yet there was no acknowledgment of the delay--not even a simple apology. I honestly couldn't believe this was the same place we had raved about the night before. If I were reviewing only our dinner, this would be an easy 5 stars. But I can't ignore what happened the next day. Maybe we were just unlucky. Maybe the patio has a different rhythm than the dining room. I really don't know. I just wish our last memory before heading back to Arizona had been as wonderful as our first.
