In a place like Vegas, there aren't a whole lot of fantastic independently owned coffee shops, so Capital One Cafe does the trick and offers one of the most affordable prices on the Strip if you're a Cap 1 member. I visit Capital One Cafes everywhere I travel that has one. I love these things. They are clean, spacious, have great AC, and good coffee. My first time at any Capital One cafe and it was great! They had a good amount of seating available and everything was pretty clean. Went on a Monday so I was able to get the #MlbMonday drink for free. My unsweetened hot matcha was good (they sold out of the blueberry ube matcha) and husband liked his turmeric ginger latte. My favorite drink was the honey lavender latte which had a very light lavender taste and good coffee strength. One of the employees, Chris, was a standout with great patience and customer service. He was dealing with a very difficult lady but still found time to engage with my family and make us laugh. The gift of little travel inspired pins was a sweet gesture! Thanks again Chris! Additionally, all capital one cardholders get half off hand crafted drinks, which is what keeps me coming in to these establishments. It's a great, chill place to come and grab a coffee, hangout, or get some work down. Gorgeous space. Service was friendly. Super nice cafe space close to the Strip! They're located inside the mall, so it was quite easy to access. Plenty of seating and tables for a wfh day. Free wifi is always nice. They also have two nooks that can be booked in advance if you're looking for a semi-private space for meetings or just for use in general. Of course, drinks are half price if you are their customer. I got a cold brew and I've always liked Verve coffee. The mocha was also good, especially since they add whipped cream. We also got the cherry chocolate mocha and that was pretty good as well. I swear I reviewed this business last year but can't seem to find it now? Super odd. Last year, Capital One was one of the sponsors/official banking partners for MLB and offered free coffees on Mondays if you signed up online - they're doing this again in 2026, so Google it and get in on the deal. For this location at Fashion Show Mall, you'll park in the garage, ideally in the red section, and take the escalator up to the shops. You'll be deposited right at the Capital One Cafe! They open at 11 which seems late for a coffeeshop but I think that's the mall hours. I've been in a handful of times last year for the promo and again last week. The staff are always polite and professional, the location is always clean, and it's fairly popular - there's often a line at opening and they seem to stay busy. They are a good spot to work from, with free wifi, several tables/outlets, and even rooms you can reserve for meetings. For bonus points, they have their own bathrooms. They're spacious and include a changing table for babies, which is especially helpful for me as a parent. As for the coffee itself, they use Verve beans and I like trying their seasonal specials like the chocolate covered cherry mocha. They also have several teas and refresher type drinks. This might be enough of a reason to visit a mall. The Capital One Café in Las Vegas is located in the Fashion Show Mall. The underground parking garage is free, and you'll want to park closest to the corner of Desert Inn and Las Vegas Blvd, not far from where they've cordoned off a section for valet parking. Or if you're walking from the Strip, it's on the first floor not too far inside from the Maggiano's corner of the Strip-side restaurant section. It wasn't very busy today, which I thought was odd because they run a great promotion during Mondays during MLB season. You may know already that Capital One cardholders can get 50% off a drink, but on Mondays through 9/22, anyone can get a completely free handcrafted beverage (presumably either coffee or tea) as long as you go to the Capital One site and have them text you a link to add a barcode to your phone's wallet app. I'm not sure if there's an alternative way since I didn't have a problem at all using this method. I went with the Verve Flash Brew Nitro Coffee ($6.00 normally, 16 oz) since I'm usually into that sorta thing. I was surprised by the fruity character of this coffee, since cold brews are usually more of a dark roast. Online sources suggest that this is a medium roast, which could explain all the acidity and fruity notes which I actually got. It was drinkable still, but challenging. I also tried my mom's Cappuccino ($4.75 normally). It wasn't great at all. The coffee was weak, so it tasted mostly of the milk. I guess the milk tasted alright, but this was definitely the inferior rendition of the cappuccinos which I've tried this year. If you're close enough to the Strip, come to Capital One Cafe on Mondays, or maybe other days if you have a Capital One card. You might as well get a good deal as long as you can find something good that's not the cappuccino. read more

Inside The Fashion Show Mall [Las Vegas NV] I had to do two transactions that required two separate visits. I was assisted by Denise on my first visit. It was great to see that there were Cafe Ambassadors waiting in front and ready to help customers and my transaction went smoothly. However, on my second visit they were very short staffed and only two Cafe Ambassadors were on site and they were both busy with customers. I had to wait quite awhile until one of them got freed up. Kriselda was the one who came to assist me at the time. Both experiences from Denise and Kriselda were friendly and professional. I was just not used to the wait because in our CapitalOne in Roseville there would be at least 3 Cafe Ambassadors at the front ready to welcome and assist customers. Manuela is such a sweetheart. She recommended some drinks and made me a hibiscus blueberry lemonade which was the most refreshing drink without the caffeine. She made my husband a Honey Lavender Latte with Oat Milk which he chugged. It was delicious! This was my spouse and I's first time at the Fashion Show Mall location and we were intrigued and wanted to see what this cafe was all about. We were greeted right away. It's not just for Capital One cardholders either. You do, however, get discounts if you're a member and use your card. This location had a nice lounge with some spaces to book for meetings, interviews, presentations, study groups, etc. I was impressed by how spacious it was. My biggest regret is not coming here sooner. Having said that, they have an awesome grab and go station in the front. My kids were really happy to see-- who am I kidding-- I was really happy to see that they had warm chocolate chip cookies and coffee station. They had multiple different types of milk from oat milk to almond milk, to half-and-half to whole milk, to put in your coffee, and they had my favorite-- oat milk latte that I added brown sugar to. Although we travel quite often, and my children, though quite young, are seasoned travelers, I still get a little nervous traveling with a toddler because I don't want dirty looks from anyone if they are upset about something and can't control their emotions as well as (most) adults. The person who stood out to me was Emma, who eased my tension and was just an absolute sweetheart to my daughter. She asked her if my daughter wanted cookies. She helped pack up some pretzels for her in a bag. She quickly cleaned up a spill. And she was just a shining beam of sunshine during a busy travel day for us. She went above and beyond. She gave my older kids bags, explaining that they can take goodies with them-- all with patience and a smile. We've been to many different lounges, Emma stood out to be one of the greatest people we've encountered in an airport. We've come to Las Vegas multiple times, as it is a great destination to take road trips for us as hikers, but I SO regret not coming here sooner. I do know one thing-- next time we come, I will specifically go out of my way to come visit Emma and the Capital One Cafe again. read more

I tried one of their new drinks from their summer menu, which is the strawberry Matcha, but I altered it by adding extra Matcha and making it dirty by adding an espresso shot with oat milk. I've been curious about this place ever since I saw the sign go up about it "coming soon." Since I have several accounts with Capital One, I'm going to make it a point to visit sometime this holiday weekend. I've seen that it's 50% off Peets for members. But that was before. Now if's featuring Verve. We finally made it here yesterday afternoon. We were assisted by Sheik, who was very nice and walked us through it. I added my husband on my checking accout. We also added checks. The first 50 are free. And we inquired about opening a money teen account for our tween. It was nice to get it all handled. We'll be coming back to get that set up too. Usually it comes with brioche bun but I subbed for wheat bread, it has sliced turkey, bacon, melted cheddar cheese, fresh arugula, yummy dijonnaise, and smashed avocado, so good! It's one of our favorites because we are capital one members so we frequent the one at our home all the time but this particular one every time we're in Las Vegas we stop by just because it's in fashion mall and just because we stay in Crockfords yearly, which isn't that far away so every year we've always stopped here to take a breather, get out of the heat and relax. Really love this location. People are extra nice especially yesterday, the person taking our order was very kind very helpful very accommodating. Just really can't say enough good things about capital one café and banking at capital one. I'm picky with my Matcha, but somehow they've got my order right this time so it hit the spot yesterday. It cooled us down gave me the caffeine I needed for the rest of the day. I almost always get my Matcha latte. No ice with couple of pumps of vanilla and this time. no different. Updating my review as Capital One Cafes switched nationally from Peet's to Verve, which is a big bummer to me. Verve seems to have a decent following online so this is all personal preference for sure, but Peet's just seemed to hit on every drink whether it was a core drink or seasonal rotation, and I've yet to try something with Verve I'd want to order again. I've now tried their holiday blend, pumpkin pie latte, and peppermint mocha, and none were too noteworthy. Otherwise, nothing has fundamentally changed with this location, as service remains awesome, with clean spaces and quick wait times every time I've come. Awesome place!!! I felt kinda bad I bought a Starbucks next door and brought it inside but it ain't my fault they don't open til 11AM.... Anyhow spacious and free to use work areas and you can buy coffee and snacks there. I ended up buying a snack to munch on but mainly went to do some work as I had a lot of time to kill before meeting up with my friend who was there for a convention. Overall, clean and friendly staff... I am a Capital One customer so I guess I can feel less guilty... I actually took one of the nooks and it has a lot of space if you want to do a small meeting in there as well you can close the sliding door if you wanted to.
