I love this concept. Very cold air conditioning on a hot day, ample seating, and plenty of places to work and charge your devices. The coffee was good. Our party had a couple sandwiches. They weren't bad! My son ate the entire turkey sandwich, so if you can please him, you can please anyone! Although you get a discount if you are a Capital One cardholder, it is still not super cheap. But for the nice retreat on a hot summer day, I easily give it five stars.

This is one of my favorite capital one locations. They always know how to make my Matcha correctly. Plus, they sometimes have additional knickknacks and goodies that are quite useful. I recently picked up a card case here at the Soho location. I've been to other locations as well, but this one takes the cake. There is a spacious bathroom in the back. There is also ample seating, although it can get crowded at times.

Great decent-size space that's shared between the Capital One Bank & Cafe. Ambiance wise is like your cozy living room/dining room area with comfy couches + chairs + tables. Can get quite busy on the weekends and during rush hours in the morning on weekdays. It can be hard to find a place to sit down sometimes. So, you might've to wait around. Bathroom is towards the back and there're four individual stalls. There's a code that you'll need to ask from the staff. Additionally, a self-serve counter on the side has water + napkins + plastic utensils. Lots of outlets are found at the cafe, so many people would take the advantage to work remotely on their laptop. This space in the Soho neighborhood is smaller than other Manhattan locations. Friendly staff and fast service though. They sell different pastries like croissants, ones with jam in the middle and sandwiches as well. I like their drinks on the menu especially the flavored lattes. If you prefer a drink to be unsweetened or not that sweet, be sure to specify and request to the staff upon ordering and paying.

A great spot for doing work! Huge space with lots of tables, bright daylight, and outlets. Love the coffee here and they always have deals for Capital One customers (and sometimes, for those who aren't as well!).

Tasty drinks, lots of seating, and extra friendly staff. Even in the rush and slight chaos of their MLB Monday promo, staff were friendly and efficient! Their smores shaken espresso was delicious and felt like a fun summer treat, although it did end up getting too sweet about halfway through. So tasty though and will definitely be back!

So glad the SOHO location is finally open (first week of May). We most likely will frequent this location since there are so many popup events nearby and Chinatown is within walking distance. Great place to stop by and unwind. This location is a bit smaller than other locations; however, there are 3 restrooms!!! Right now there are lots of available tables but we'll see how bad it gets once people know about it. Grand opening is upcoming on June 6.

New location to the Capital One Cafe so still the least crowded. Undoubtedly after people discover this location it will be busy as the others since its in the heart of heavy shopping/foot traffic area. Spacious and lots of seating. Ideal for grabbing a quick bite or coffee or staying a to get some work done. Many charing ports for your devices. If you're a Capital One member you can reserve one of the private rooms - good for meetings /zoom calls etc. Staff is friendly and welcoming and no one pressures you into opening accounts.

A well lit cafe with banking services! I came to get one of those seasonal beverages, a matcha latte with cardamom and ginger. The matcha latte was lightly sweet with hints of cardamom and ginger which was perfect for the dreary rainy weather. Although it can get crowded I love the nooks and indoor seating where I as a solo sipper can watch the city go by. The service is really good and I was able to ask about the banking services. FYI, if you are a capital one member you get some sweet deals on drinks. A great place to rest your feet after shopping in Soho. R train to prince street.

Came here because of the Capital One-MLB free coffee Mondays promotion (I probably wouldn't have come here without it). Coffee was surprisingly good! I ordered the Vanilla Rose Latte with skim milk and it was delicious. Definitely on the sweet side, if you prefer sweeter coffees. The inside was quite loud and the line was really really long but moved quickly. I think it was worth the wait for a free coffee. Perhaps I will return again after trying it!

Stopped by the Capital One Café in SoHo today and had a really pleasant experience. The space is cozy, clean, and quiet, with a relaxed, modern vibe that makes it a great place to take a break from the busy SoHo streets. It's not overly crowded, which makes it ideal for casual conversations or just unwinding for a bit. We ordered a matcha latte and hot chocolate, both of which were well made and comforting. The drinks weren't overly sweet, which I appreciated. We also tried the chocolate brownie and almond croissant -- the brownie was rich and satisfying, while the croissant was flaky and fresh. Overall, it was a positive experience. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to recharge, grab a drink, or enjoy a light snack, this Capital One Café is a solid stop in SoHo.

Finally a location in the Soho area. There aren't enough large seating spaces like this besides Starbucks so this is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. There's a decent amount of seating as well as some private rooms I think but those are only available to Capital One members. I got a strawberry foam Matcha latte with oat milk and just a heads up, the foam is made with dairy milk so that was kind of a bummer to find out after I started drinking it. But the drink itself was pretty good! The foam added just the right amount of sweetness to the whole drink.

I stopped by today just to check out since I work from home sometimes. Vanessa greeted us and was super friendly and given that I'm a card member she even showed me how I could book a book on the app if needed. She told me that if I were to use my capital one card to purchase anything at the cafe, I would get 50% off. The space is very clean, the coffee was delicious, and they have plenty of tables and outlets everywhere for ppl that come with electronic devices. Non Capital One members are welcome to use the cafe as well. Will definitely be coming to work from here.

They've kept this place in good condition. Lots of seating and menus everywhere. It once was an Art Deco bank, you can kind of get the feel of that just from looking around. If you look at the mural behind the cash out point it gives you a little touch of history what once happened within these walls. I ordered the salmon toast. It was a little hard but I like the cream cheese was thinly spread not just thrown in like many places. The salmon was good and the mint tasted fresh. The capers were like slightly toasted and crispy, i've never had them like that before and I loved it. I think the toast was just missing a little drizzle of olive oil on top. To be honest, I think the capers were my favorite part. They were just this unique texture. I've never experienced before. I also got an iced lavender chai latte to go. It was so light and delightful, with the perfect blend of lavender. I really enjoyed this place and would totally come back again.

When you enter there is a bar you can sit at and two large high top tables next to it. As you walk further in there is a lounge with couches and various sizes tables. The whole space is surrounded by books! Heaven! We ordered a chai, matcha and a ginger cookie. Shout out to the woman taking my order for comping me my drink for my birthday! Everyone from the staff was friendly - I really enjoyed being there. The only thing I would say is someone should come by to check on the tables more often as I had to return other people's abandoned drinks. But you know what first world problems, am I right? Maybe they can have a sign or mention to customers to return their own cups before leaving. I sort of can't imagine why people don't... It is quite popular spot so you need to be very patient and strategic if you want to grab a table, as well as sprinkled with a little bit of luck. We unfortunately got there a little late. I went there at 3pm and hunted for a table and my friend got there by 330pm. By the time we ordered and started drinking our coffees - we were informed the lounge area will be closed at 4pm to prepare for the evening wine bar. Oh right this cafe turns into a wine bar in the evenings! How cool! At 4pm we thankfully grabbed one of the high tables - sharing it with another couple but it was large enough for the 4 of us. The lights dimmed and the atmosphere changed to more intimate. We unfortunately had to leave at 5pm, but I imagined picking up a James Baldwin book, ordering some white wine and enjoying both.... Mmm definitely next time. Maybe sometimes after work - sounds like a great wind down.

I wish they had a call list or a texting service to let us know when we were up. We came back at the 20 minute mark and thankfully were seated pretty quickly after that. Thankfully the dining area was cooler than the waiting area. For food I got The Smash and added a poached egg. My bf got the breakfast burrito (he would have gotten the eggs Benedict, but it didn't look like they had Cholula). I had read reviews that this was the best avocado toast in NY, but it was maybe my least favorite of the few I tried! Could just be me, but it had more of an acidic flavor than I like. My last bite was also a mouthful of feta which I had thought was egg lol, it was honestly hard for me to get down. My bf's breakfast burrito was maybe the smallest he's ever had, but it tasted decent. 5/5 for service, and the ambiance (though hot) was cute. I'd be tempted to give them another try because of how good the reviews are, but I wouldn't get their avocado toast again.

The melon pieces were sweet, the ice is milk based so it was creamy and flavorful on its own. We barely used the condensed milk that it came with (and we loved how they put it on the side for us instead). At the bottom of the shaved ice was cereal pieces and mochi which gave a nice different texture. We also tried their drinks specifically their blue lemonade and mango-ade which I thought was just ok. The highlight is definitely their shaved ice. Definitely go for the large as the small seemed much smaller and for double the price, you can get almost 2-3x more.
