I almost walked right past it because I didn't even see the door. But once you walk in, you are transported to a tranquil quiet coffee heaven. There are only 4 tiny tables where people were doing work and one girl working behind the counter. However, the coffee was everything coffee is intended to be. Pretty decent coffee shop. Stopped by a couple of times for different drinks. Mostly iced mocha, double expresso on ice in demitasse paper cup and strawberry matcha. All drinks very good. Kind of pricey, one of their specialty lattes will run you 7-8 bucks, but that seems to be the norm in NYC nowadays. My favorite is their iced strawberry latte (love the strawberry flavoring they use) but sadly I think it's a seasonal item only. Second favorite is their honey oat latte. This coffee shop is one of the cuter ones I have been too. It is small but has some tables and chairs to sit inside and enjoy your coffee and pastries. There are also a few outdoor seats too. Barista's here are nice as well. I could not for the life of me decide on which drink to get so I got two to try and ended up really liking one of them. I got the Mexican coco-cola with Espresso this is one of their signature drinks I believe. It was ok. I also had a drink from their summer menu which was an orange americano seltzer. Pretty cool coffee place in the heart of Chinatown! Very slim between residential buildings and you cannot miss it because of its large wooden sign outside saying "COFFEE"! It is very cozy and small inside with a long stretched wooden bench along a red brick wall. Thankfully it has cushions for your butt to feel cozy. The flooring and walls are not consistent and mismatch to give that retro effect. Very vintage and retro like a mini kitchen and home. I got a cold brew this morning with whole milk and it tasted really well with the whole milk. Balanced out the strong cold brew. Menu was standard and simple and not so long and extensive. I saw that they got a specialty, "Coke & a Dream", which is espresso over coke! Definitely caught my eye so I would like to try that next time. Wonder how that would taste. They got outdoor seating in front of the coffee place. Many nice coffee tables and chairs with a nice rooftop but the sun still shines in regardless of the rooftop or not. read more

I happened to come by while waiting for a nearby brunch place. Dreamers seems out of place at first, situated in the middle of a bunch of traditional (older) Chinese shops. A hipster wooden sign that says "Coffee" drew me in. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from such a small space with minimally decorated walls. It was unique! I liked the addition of the honey but next time I'll ask them to reduce the amount. It was a little sweet for my liking. The service was nice and fast. This is a hole in the wall coffee shop that's new to the neighborhood. I grew up just a block from here and so nice to see a former tutoring center turned into a coffee shop! I came on Saturday at noon and found the shop to be surprisingly empty. I ordered the egg sandwich and received a palmier - buttery and sugary! The egg sandwich is full of flavor and a great snack sandwich - not filling enough for a lunch though I'm sure it would be paired with a drink and a bag of chips (who doesn't eat chips with a sandwich?). It has an aesthetic outdoor seating area with the good vibies. It's a small, cute shop with friendly staff and solid coffee & food. I got the egg sando plus the palmier cookie, and ordered an iced americano as well. The egg sandwich was quite good, being light & fluffy while possessing a mild kick. I loved the iced americano too; the shot fortunately didn't taste burnt or over-extracted or anything. Refreshing on a hot day! I am so in love with this Coffee Shop! It's so quaint and it really delivers. I had the Tuna Sandwich with Palmer cookie. I also ordered the chocolate chip cookie and Chinese Sweet Tea.
