    Blueberry Matcha Latte
    Autumn D.

I love the free drink on Mondays. I do wish it was only to capital one card users, however, the drinks are good. I love that they have soy milk as an option as many coffee shops don't. So that's a huge plus. I always order the blueberry matcha latte and it comes with a vanilla cold foam. Line does get long as they close at 6, the atmosphere is nice. I have been meaning to go over there and do work. But customer service has been great, and drinks good as well. Cheers

Coffee was pretty good. Me and my husband got the lattes. We were able to get 50% off with our capital one card. They had pastries and sandwiches if you wanted to order. Service was quick! Pretty dead on a Monday though.... Place is very spacious. There's work areas and office space you can also book.

This is such a great space! The café is beautifully designed with a massive seating area that never feels cramped. I highly recommend trying a matcha latte with almond milk and honey--it's delicious. To top it off, Capital One cardholders get a 50% discount on drinks, which is an amazing perk.

I've heard about Capital One's occasional free drinks for ages, but their cafes aren't that convenient. When Capital One offered 3.9% on their CDS recently, I couldn't resist checking it out. Thanks to MLB Mondays, I downloaded their reusable free drink coupon, which provides a complimentary hand-crafted beverage every Monday this summer through September 7th and headed to the corner of 4th and Broadway. The area is super busy, so you're going to have to pay for parking. I used the public lot on 2nd just north of Broadway. Ran into a few sketchy people as I strolled to the cafe. Inside, the establishment is light and airy. Since it was a Monday, it was crowded. A friendly guy made sure everyone downloaded a coupon for a free drink before they ordered at the counter. There was a line, but it moved quickly. I can't drink coffee in the afternoon if I intend to sleep that night, so I opted for one of their Seasonal Sips: Iced Island Spritz, which is normally $7. While they made my drink, I wandered around, noting the glassed-in meeting rooms, the community room and the line for the restroom. After I collected my spritz, the only place to sit was at a low counter designated for banking customers. Within seconds, a young man asked me if I had banking questions, so I never got around to photographing my refreshing libation. Since this is a banking cafe, I assumed I could write a check or hand a teller some cash when I opened an account. Nope! Everything is done online. He pulled out an iPad and helped me set up a CD. The whole process took less than ten minutes, and he explained how I could go into any Capital One Cafe if I had questions or forgot my password. Coincidentally, he turned out to live on my street! If I'm ever in the neighborhood on a Monday this summer, I'll drop in again for a complimentary drink.

I love this Capital One cafe! It's located right across the street from the promenade and mall yet still feels a little secluded once you're inside! Seating can be a bit tricky to find as it's always busy here, but we lucked out and grabbed some comfy seats with a table. I ordered a cinnamon maple latte with oat milk and it was fantastic! I loved the contrast of sweetness and spice in the drink and the oat milk was frothed to perfection. On occasion, they give out free coupons for coffee (be sure to check their Instagram for that!) but if you have any capital one card, drinks are always 50% off which is such a great deal! I just wish they didn't charge extra for nondairy milk! The cafe is big, bright and clean and all of the employees are friendly and easy to interact with. Parking is super easy in the free parking garage at the mall for 90 minutes free!

Great coffee spot meets workspace! Very friendly service with unique seasonal blends in addition to standard espresso/coffee options. I took advantage of their MLB regular season Monday free beverages, and anyone with a capital one card gets 50% off beverages. They have free WiFi and private work rooms in the back that are available for work/study and also always have games available to play.

Having a Capitol One card, it is such a treat to be able to visit the different capitol one cafes to study or catch up with friends. This is one of the largest Capitol One cafes I've been to! The ceiling was so high and there are ample amounts of seating spaces out. There is only one bathroom however and you'll likely need to talk with one of the staff or security guards to have access to it. I got my usual chai latte with almond milk. They add a good amount of cinnamon that makes it so Good! I thank the staff who were there that day when I visited - they were kind and generous. God bless you all.

I came in to get a drink and ordered a strawberry matcha with cold foam. I enjoyed the drink but the drink did take a long time to make when no one ordered a drink. I think the foam was very little which there could've been more but put on my capital one card for 50% off.

This cafe was nice. The place felt spacious and well air conditioned. The coffee tasted great and the avocado toast was delicious. The staff here were friendly. Also I loved that Capital One discount!

Service OK, coffee mid, annoying utilities. There are outlets everywhere but none of them work making this a virtually useless space.

After banking with your run-of-the-mill retail banks for my whole life (Wells and Chase), I thought…read moreevery person had the same bank experience, i.e. waiting in line to see a teller, having new college grads advise you on special rates, and relying on an (800) number and online banking as my primary source of information on my account. With retail banking , you don't get the opportunity to really take full advantage of what a bank has to offer, because most people have no clue what a bank has to offer (including me). My accountant asked me to consider moving my bank account to City National Bank (CNB), mainly because CNB is set up so that accountants and business managers have direct access to accounts of their clients, and can act as executors on accounts, and perform certain transactions. The first impression I got as a new client (that's what we are called) is how nice their offices are. The Santa Monica location is located at the high-rent Water Garden, and offers free valet parking right in front of the entrance to the branch. Each person is assigned a banker, who watches your account, so that if you ever have a question or need something done, he or she understands the transaction history. For instance, I made some hotel reservations in Europe with my card. A few days later, my banker called me to ask me if I wanted to buy Euros for my vacation, telling me if I bought Euros at their great rate, I will save money instead of being subject to the credit card rate when using my card in Europe, and paying a foreign currency transaction fee. One other time, I needed to sign some important document, and just got lazy about signing it and taking it to a branch. My banker noticed that, and personally came to my office to pick up the document. The other nice thing is there is never a line when you visit any of their branches. And, their branches are all really nice in prime office space locations, never in a grocery store. When you do see a teller, once they know you, there is no having to verify the account with your ID. Sometimes, your banker will even anticipate what you need, and have the cash ready in an envelope. This bank isn't for everyone, however. They aren't opened on Saturdays, and they close at 4 PM from Monday to Thursday. Also, they aren't after the free checking customer (their fees are kind of high if you don't maintain a certain balance). If you do, however, need special attention given to your account (s), or have a business, or are in the entertainment industry, this is the bank for you.

When he came from the back i was the only customer he serviced. As he was cashing my check, he deliberately slowed down the transaction, dropped my check several times, and even purposely dropped coins as he was giving me the money for the check. It seemed he may have been afraid of fraud but I do believe the bank has their own way of making sure that doesn't happen. I MEAN THERE ARE TONS OF CAMERAS! He took about 30 minutes in total to complete the transaction and made me late to work. I am thinking of suing for discrimination. I do believe he was delaying the transaction on purpose and may have been a separate security because he didn't even know what he was doing for the most part.

They wouldn't allow me to see the signature card either. Austin claims he "lost the file" as well so I wouldn't be able to verify anything. It was a total con artist move.
