Knocked off a star because it was hard to get anyone's attention at the mobile pick up section. An employee was stuck scrolling on her phone, so I went up to the cashier instead to pick up. Anyways, ordered a gluten free lox bagel. They didnt have the bagel and offered me gluten free ciabatta instead. I tried this and it was really good, the ciabatta was too good to be true to be gluten free.

Stopped by here for a quick coffee and ended up getting a pumpkin latte -- it was pretty good! Nice flavor and really comforting to sip on the go. The coffee spot has a great patio vibe with music and plenty of space to hang out. Really chill, dope spot overall! Parking: Street parking available nearby.

Busy coffee shop on Main St in Santa Monica! Great lattes, quick service, and excellent staff! Pro Tip: patio seating outside to enjoy shade and a latte!

Great place, I loved the pictures of people's dogs! I got the Havana latte and it was decent. Overall, pretty decent.

I don't usually get obsessed with a new coffee spot...wait who am I kidding yes I do! The salty dog coffee at Dogtown is my current fav. This is the 3rd time getting it this week. Love the beachy ambiance. Grab a coffee and go take a beach walk, instant mood booster!

I've walked by this place many times. It has a cute vibe and the server was nice, but I ordered a matcha and it was definitely made with cooking grade matcha (tan/brown color), wasn't whisked at all (clumps) and made using low quality almond milk (the milk is not the worst, but it just didn't help the drink). I was bummed because it was $8 and probably the worst matcha I've ever been served. I hope everything else is really good -- I haven't tried their food so maybe try for yourself. Just do not get the matcha. People are nice and it's a lowkey spot. Bummed it wasn't a good drink.

Been 4-5 years since I've eaten here (since I moved out of Santa Monica) and a lot has changed but also stayed the same. Enjoyed a Munchie's burrito and dark brew coffee. Munchie's burrito has evolved. Still good filling with avo and chipotle mayo. I like the ratio of eggs and meat. Taters are not as crispy as they should be and get lost in the burrito but so what. Coffee as always is the best. I'll still come back again. Also, nice seating areas in the patio and wider selection of drinks and food.

This place is really great! On weekends they have live music 11-1 and they have a lot of seating outside. Some of it is covered by a tent. The staff members are friendly and the coffee is good. Strong espresso and good draft coffee. They are also obviously dog friendly.

$20 for a salmon bagel. Then I asked for avocado toast. And they're telling me it's coming to 17+ dollars on a bagel with a piece of overcooked egg, toasted bagel and a quarter of a nasty unseasoned piece of avocado I brought it to the clerks attention and he tells me he doesn't know what to tell me that he's not the cook in the kitchen m. a As I opened up the sandwich and showed him a horrendous display of unprofessionally poorly prepared food. In an industry where restaurants are struggling to stay open and the mastery of Gourmet Cuisine and or even simplicity of properly prepared foods, restaurants are shutting down left and right in Los Angeles and here poorly prepared, unprofessional and non-hospitable staff keeps their doors open. I am so disappointed It doesn't matter what city you're in or how high end you want to be, to not have respect for the food and have no respect for the customers is completely absurd and preposterous. Not to mention that there's $60 for Day old gallons of coffee "cold brew" I was completely robbed today Let it be known ...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Dog friendly, the staff is nice, beautiful views and walking distance to the beach. It's mostly meter parking.

I wish I could give zero stars. It was my first time here. I came to get a matcha one afternoon and it tasted disgusting. Pure water, was not even mixed in correctly. Did not taste like matcha. I went back inside as soon as I took a sip to ask for a refund or maybe to trade it for another drink instead, and they said the best they could do to make up for it was for me to purchase another drink and get 50% off that drink. Terrible customer service. Could not afford to refund me $6. I would've been fine if the customer service made up for the drink.

Some poor vegan has my burrito.

This place is the WORST. I've given it so many tries. Something always goes wrong. I ordered a burrito and got some vegan wrap instead but didn't know until I got home -- 15 miles away. Last time I was there a woman behind the counter refused to make me a new coffee because I said it was cold. "No," she said, simply.

Gorgeous, new outdoor patio...waking up Santa Monica

    Are dogs allowed?

Yes dogs are allowed. Large patio.

Hi! Is this a god place for gluten-free and vegan options? Also, is OAT MILK a latte option? If not , know any one-stop-shops around?

There are MANY gluten free and vegan options here! And they have oat milk, amongst other dairy free options.

Can I find your drip coffee anywhere else in the Los Angeles area? Difficult to make the trek with a toddler sometimes.

Hi Genevieve Thanks for the message and support! I know the pain all too well as I dare not take…

What coffee roaster do they use/serve for espresso?

Supreme Beans. They are located in the valley.

My friends and I sat outside at the barrel which we had no objections to but had to wear sunglasses and reapply sunscreen. I ordered the chopped gem salad and a coffee - both were good and serving portion was decent.

I randomly wandered into The Butcher's Daughter while shopping on Abbott Kinney because I had…read morereached the point of being hangry. Everyone seemed to recommend this place, so I figured it had to be worth the hype. Plot twist: I didn't realize it was vegetarian until I was already looking at the menu. Normally I'd be a little skeptical, but WOW... I never once found myself wishing there was meat on my plate. I ordered the Spicy Italian pizza, the oyster mushroom "calamari," and a glass of wine, and every single bite was delicious. That pizza though... It was hands-down the star of the meal. Crispy crust, packed with flavor, and honestly one of those pizzas I'd happily drive back to Venice just to eat again. The oyster mushroom "calamari" was also surprisingly convincing. Crispy, flavorful, and a really fun twist on a classic appetizer. And here's the real review: I took the leftover pizza home for my parents, and we all know leftover pizza can be hit or miss. Somehow this one was STILL amazing straight from the fridge. That alone deserves bonus points. If you're shopping on Abbott Kinney and need a break (or if you're just looking for a really great meal), don't let the vegetarian menu fool you. Even this meat lover left completely satisfied. I'll absolutely be back... mostly because I'm already thinking about that pizza.
