The interior is decorated with a lot of skateboarding and surfing history and there is a small selection of gifts for sale, some made by the staff. Right near the register is a ton of pictures of dogs. Breakfast Burritos: Steaks, eggs, potato, and onion and we also tried the sausage and eggs. I went in for coffee and tried their Vietnamese iced coffee. It was anything but a vietnamese iced coffee. Service was great. Really friendly. But the coffee just didn't work for me. Super cool eclectic cafe with really good breakfast options for all likes. They roast their own beans and have a variety of tasty coffee. We had their lattes iced and hot and were lige saving after a night of partying. The breakfast burritos were bomb and reasonably priced. The avocado toast beautiful and delicious. They have plenty of seating inside and out as well as many tables, games and books in the back part of the business. Its very cool dog friendly surfer vibe and a must if you're in town. I've walked by this place many times. It has a cute vibe and the server was nice, but I ordered a matcha and it was definitely made with cooking grade matcha (tan/brown color), wasn't whisked at all (clumps) and made using low quality almond milk (the milk is not the worst, but it just didn't help the drink). I was bummed because it was $8 and probably the worst matcha I've ever been served. I hope everything else is really good -- I haven't tried their food so maybe try for yourself. First time trying Dogtown and I'm sad I didn't try it sooner. I got the iced vanilla latte and the Vietnamese coffee. Both were way too sweet so asked for half sweetened if you don't like your coffee too sweet. We walked in and ordered then sat outside to eat. I got the Acai bowl and my husband got the munchies burrito with Turkey sausage. I'm not usually a fan of breakfast burritos because I usually feel like I can make them at home, but this one was sooooooooo good! I was sad I didn't get it for myself.
