There was absolutely no wait--they got my car into the shop right away and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, a screw had gone through the sidewall of my tire, making it impossible to safely patch. Rather than simply selling me a new tire, Chris and Muhammad went above and beyond by checking their inventory for a used replacement tire. To my surprise, they found one that would work and ended up giving it to me completely free of charge, even though they normally charge for used tires. I even offered them a tip because I was so grateful for their help, but they politely declined. It's rare to find businesses that genuinely put people first, but that's exactly what I experienced here. Made an appointment at 9am for tire alignment. Got there 8:55am next day. Only one worker was there…read morewhich was probably the manager. He tells me his worker isn't there yet and it'll probably take his worker 30 mins to get there. I decide to wait it out as the price was the lowest and it was also close to me. After about 50 minutes of waiting, the worker comes and works on my car quickly. Takes about 20-25 minutes and he's done. What I don't understand is the manger or whoever he was could've just done the alignment for me instead of making me wait a 50 minutes for his worker to get there. There was no one else there besides someone else who came for tire change 30 mins after I got there. Made me wait almost an hour when he could've done the job himself. His worker was able to complete the alignment solo in around 20 minutes so made no sense owner made me wait when he could've done the work himself. Probably lazy and didn't want to do the job. Smh!

He noticed my wipers needed replacement and they were able to get it done in the same go without me having to come back. This week, I found a nail in my tire so I dropped in at 8 right at opening. Jared remembered my car and helped get the tire patched at no cost. Jared was very professional both visits and I'll definitely be back. He also noticed when there was someone who came in and was waiting for 5 mins and so he called over someone else to assist them. Despite most places having the morning flood of people in line, he ensured there was no line of people standing waiting. They help you fast here!
