Seating very limited and only as counter style. In addition only 4 of the seats are standard height so if you cant get on higher chairs a issue. Add in elbow to elbow and its tight as all seats being used. They actually gave a full bar but unfortunately only three beers in bottles. Hubby prefers draft. We ordered a small capo special with extra meat as we added prosciutto. We found the distribution of meat not very even across the sub. Also a bit too much lettuce and not enough italIan dressing IMO. I dont need dripping but looking for the herb taste which isn't there. I did appreciate them bring our sandwich to us. That was helpful as front had lots of folks waiting for carryout. Overall its barely a 4.... but yelp doesn't let me do partial points... absolutely more than a 3. Ohhh dont forget a sweater. Super cold and blowing in the seating area.

Fantastic little find, great food and friendly staff. The bread for their subs was really fresh and good. My turkey sandwich was fresh and hit the spot. Others in our group ordered cheesesteak and a chicken cheesesteak. I tried a bite of each and they were both great too. This isn't a greasy philly cheesesteak that falls apart and makes you regret your life choices. Meats were nicely seasoned, tender, bread contained everything and held up. No sogginess here! Fresh hot, seasoned french fries. When you walk in, it looks like an upscale little take out place with a few seats at the front window, but there is a surprise little bar hidden on the left side. It was a nice cozy spot to pull up a chair and have a late lunch while watching the game.

I am such a fan of a really good Italian sandwich. Honestly I could eat them every day! So that does make me a little more critical... I had seen good reviews and heard good things about Capo Deli so I was hoping it would live up to the hype. Sadly, I don't think it did. For $20 I got a small sub and drink. $20?! You can go to A Litteri in Union Market and get a 9 inch sub (with imported meats, cheeses, and sauces) for $12. This small sub was $15.99 for 6 inches with less toppings. It also took over fifteen minutes which is odd because the place was dead. Don't get me wrong, it tasted good. But is it worth it? I really don't think so. They also have a nice little seating area out back that is good, but I'd recommend doing takeout! Although the bread might be soggy. Ours was soggy within five seconds of getting.

Capo is a solid choice for sandwiches in Tyson's. The small is still a pretty filling sandwich and there are many options on the menu. We ordered some sandwiches to go and one issue we had was that the paper the sandwiches were wrapped in ended up stuck to them (hot). Not sure if this happens on the cold ones, but it was a bit annoying to peel off. I had the chicken fontina with tomatoes and red onions added. It had a nice flavor, wasn't dry (which was great considering it's chicken inside), and the arugula was a good addition to not make it a heavy sandwich. I would stop here for a quick lunch or picnic food.

I love how cozy, clean, and quaint this deli is, and to top it off, a bar inside as well! Customer service was one of the best I have experienced. The Milano was and portion is very generous. Cuban was a little dry, I wish it had more of the delicious mustard it came with. But it came out piping out and I asked for more mustard in the side so no problems with that. Can't wait to try their other subs!

Finally made my way to Capo Deli and they didn't disappoint. Ordering online was a breeze (although I didn't find anywhere to add notes like dressing on the side) and mmy order was ready a few minutes before the propromised time. I decided on a small Capo Special, which included soppressata, mortadella, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and house-made Italian dressing. I also added hot cherry peppers. The small was larger than I thought it would be. The bread was soft, yet slightly chewy. I liked how they didnt skimp on the meat. I'd definitely get the dressing on the side next time, especially if I weren't going to eat the sandwich right away. Also got a small baked ziti (small-8oz)i and original cheesesteak (sahved beef, mixed bell peppers, onions, and provolone cheese) for C&N, which they enjoyed. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area and craving a good sandwich.

Steak me home tonight (provolone instead of cooper sharp) Fries

Had to get my glasses adjusted and was famished so I decided to stop into Capo Deli and see what they had. I was greeted immediately and upon noticing I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu was asked if it may first time there. I laughed and was like is it that obvious? The server was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Upon hearing my order (Steak Me Home Tonight - subbed provolone cheese for the Cooper Sharp normally included), my server said they recommend fries as a side with hot subs and I am so happy I said yes! All of my food was seasoned perfectly! My only complaint is that the sizing is misleading because I asked for a 6in and the contents were closer to a foot long. I'm not too mad about it because again it was absolutely delicious and now I have lunch for another day! Thank you Arman and all the staff at Capo Deli!!!

We had such a great first visit to Capo Deli Tysons and it was largely thanks to Fernando, who made us feel genuinely welcomed the whole time. The food was delicious across the board, from the sandwich to the fries to the whole pickle (do not skip it). Everything came out fast, and since we sat outside, they came to us and checked in on water and anything else we needed. When we asked for a box, they wrapped up our leftovers for us. It is the kind of attentive service that is hard to find. We will definitely be back.

First time at Capo deli and really enjoyed it. Friendly service, clean eating area (about 20 stools for counter seating), and good food. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the balance of flavors from the dressing, peppers, cheese, and deli meats were all on point. It was a bit expensive, but worth it for an occasional sandwich. I waited about 10 minutes for it to be made, and it was around $17. I'll be back, but it won't be a weekly thing.

It was much appreciated. As for the food it was hit and miss. Our husbands had the short rib raviolis and-although it was flavorful, there was not enough meat inside the raviolis nor were there enough raviolis to justify the price tag. Since the sauce was extremely flavorful I forced my husband to share some of the skimpy sauce to dip my pizza crust on it. Luckily the guys had enough of the wonderful fried mozzarella and bread to not be grumpy. One tip that our whole party agreed on was that the sauce was better suited if it was paired with chunks of lobsters instead of of the stuffed short rib raviolis. I was happy with size of my thin crust pizza and it was way more than I could eat. However, I am not sure if I was actually ok with how the ingredients were divided jn the quarter a fourth of the pizza contained olives ,another fourth was the mushrooms, ,another fourth was the prosciutto and for the life of me I could not remember the fourth ingredient. I'm still ponedering whether I am a fan of this. My friend had the Marguerite pizza and she was extremely satisfied with it. As to the place itself, it's nothing fancy, it's just your typical pizza place in a strip mall. It's just ok. One thing I noticed about it is the dim lighting, but to be fair it's a normal complaint for most eating establishments. We all had to break out our IPhone flashlights to read the menu. I wish most eateries would have a dimmer switch by your table so that when you are ordering, there is sufficient lighting as you read the menu and when done can be adjusted to mood lighting. I noticed most of the upper forties and up patrons did the same thing as us when ordering.

With about 30 seconds of chewing per bite, my entire meal was gone in about two and a half minutes. The waiter seemed to be doing his best, but he was clearly stretched too thin with too many tables. The service felt disorganized--we were first asked for drinks (which is standard), then only appetizers. After finishing those, we had to flag him down just to place our dinner order. The most disappointing part was the ravioli di carne. The portion was not only inadequate but honestly felt insulting--both to me as a customer and to the restaurant itself.

The dim lighting, cozy tables, and classic décor make you feel like you've stepped into a timeless Roman trattoria. For dinner, I went with the veal osso buco, which was unbelievably tender and rich, and my partner had the veal marsala, equally flavorful. We started with the beef carpaccio and octopus appetizer, both of which were perfectly executed and set the tone for the evening. The seafood pasta specials were calling my name too--fresh, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. And the bread basket? Legendary. Soft, airy, with just the right crunch on the outside, served with olive oil, butter, and balsamic--it's basically a meal on its own! What really makes this place stand out is the service. The owner, Sergio, checks in personally at every table, making you feel like family, and the staff are attentive without being overbearing. They clearly care about the dining experience, which makes the evening feel special. For travelers or anyone in a rush, a huge plus is that you can also order from Pressure Deliveries to enjoy Bonaroti's classic Italian dishes at home or in your hotel. It's the perfect way to experience authentic Italian cuisine even if you can't sit down in the restaurant. All in all, Ristorante Bonaroti is a must-visit for anyone craving traditional Italian cuisine with impeccable service and an old-school, welcoming vibe. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and I can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu. This is exactly the kind of restaurant that reminds you why Italian food is so beloved!

He seemed to know a lot of the customers which makes it feel homey. They gave complimentary bread which came with butter, olive oil, balsamic, and other fixings. The bread was super soft on the inside and had a nice crunch from the exterior. My boyfriend and I ordered the calamari, scaloppini mare terra, fettuccini con funghi, and fettuccini al frutti di mare. In simple terms: calamari, a seafood vodka pasta, fettuccini alfredo w mushroom, and veal with lobster bits served with green beans and scalloped potatoes. Surprisingly, I didn't love the calamari. It had a good size but lacked flavor. It also could have been cooked a tad bit more for better color and texture. The fettuccini alfredo was super creamy and had such a strong mushroom taste! The veal was nice but a bit chewy for my liking. The scalloped potatoes were good but nothing special. However the star of the show was the seafood vodka pasta! It had such an amazing vodka flavor with loads of seafood! I have to admit, they put way too many calamari pieces and not enough of the other items mentioned in the dish. Another thing was that I found a strand of hair on my plate. When I notified the server, he said it was just from the green beans but would exchange it for me. Later, he explained that the "hair" was green bean skin.. which was odd to me considering the hair was turning black to white. I didn't appreciate him trying to make an excuse. I decided to look past it even though the server didn't apologize. Good first experience (other than the piece of hair). The seafood vodka pasta is def a must-have. The vibes are great and the owner makes you feel like family.

Even when he got punished on Iron Chef, I thought only that Italian cuisine is not about throwing protein into oil with some spice. The dinner exceeded my high expectations. The bread basket had warm herbed bread, crispy bread sticks, and popover type muffins that were crisp and airy. The lobster and crab salad and mushroom tart were delicious. They had a bottle of Barbaresco that was under $100 and quite good, no wine punishment. The entrees were served hot (one of my Italian mother's requirements) and they were all excellent, especially the Branzino that is filleted on request and done masterfully. We had an early seating next to another birthday party so it was fun to listen in to an alternate dining experience. The sommelier let them try multiple wines and patiently recommended wines that they enjoyed. I told my server I had a great Barbaresco that I bought in a gas station in Italy, I'm not a wine snob. Service throughout the meal was excellent. Our waitress was attentive without hovering, kept drinks topped off, checked in at all the right times, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The dining room itself left me with mixed feelings. It was incredibly humid inside, to the point where it became distracting during the meal. The booth seating also wasn't my favorite. The pleather-style upholstery made it surprisingly difficult to slide in and out, especially if you're sitting toward the wall. It's a small detail, but one that stood out. We ordered family-style so everyone could sample a little of everything, which I always think is the best way to experience a menu. The Caesar salad was the undeniable star of the table. Absolute banger. The dressing tasted unmistakably house-made with the perfect balance of richness, garlic, lemon, and anchovy. It's one of those deceptively simple dishes that can be hard to execute well, and they absolutely nailed it. The carbonara was enjoyable overall with a silky sauce and great flavor, but the pancetta was cut into pieces that were much larger than necessary. Smaller pieces would have distributed the flavor more evenly and made each bite feel better balanced. The table bread with the red sauce was another pleasant surprise. Fresh, comforting, and exactly the kind of thing that keeps everyone reaching for "just one more piece." The chicken parm sandwich had plenty of potential, but it was noticeably dry. It really needed a more generous helping of marinara to bring everything together and add the moisture you'd expect from a chicken parm. One area that could definitely use some attention is the restrooms. They were functional, but they felt tired compared to the rest of the restaurant and would really benefit from a refresh or remodel. Overall, this was a solid first visit with far more positives than negatives. While I'd probably skip the carbonara and chicken parm sandwich next time in favor of trying other menu items, that Caesar salad is something I'd order again in a heartbeat. It's rare for a salad to completely steal the show, but this one absolutely did. I'll definitely be back to see what else the kitchen has to offer.
