I was craving pizza and we ate at Crust - simply because we were in the area. The pizza was unfortunately just okay. I ordered the bacon q. Formagi pizza with red sauce and my husband ordered the diavolo which was on the spicy side. While I love bacon, I found I'm not a fan of their Italian bacon, which was more like ham. On the bright side, pizzas were made to order!

Eggplant Parma pizza, delicious

Delicious Neapolitan pizza! The pizza is light and crispy with a soft pillowy crust. I appreciate the diversity of pizzas with over 20 pizzas to choose from! Over the weekends, we love having a pizza party with the kids and everyone gets their own pizza (always doubles over for leftovers!). You can't go wrong with the traditional Margherita pizza, and the Bufalo mozzarella pizza is amazing! My daughter loves the Kids cheese pizza, which is more like NY style. The Eggplant Parma pizza is so unique and hands-down my favorite! It literally tastes like eggplant Parm on a pizza without the The Vegetarian white pizza with roasted mushrooms with rosemary, zucchini, and peppers is quite tasty and the thinly red onions are worth adding for only $1 more. Hubby enjoys the Beef Pepperoni. While you can receive 10%- 15% discount via text, you can't get the discount after placing the order (the staff won't refund you) Excited for the next pizza party!

Honestly, it was good but I really don't see the hype. I will say one cool thing they do is import in an Italian flour that's gluten free. I also thought the staff were super friendly and checked on us. The pizza was solid, but it didn't feel remind me of pizza I had in Italy. Their pizza style is the very flat kind baked in the brick oven. I felt like our crust tasted slightly burnt, but it was still alright. We also ordered the Calzone. I felt the same about the calzone - alright. The ambiance is cute and chill. Very family style dinning with plenty of group seating. Portions are small and prices are expensive. I can find better - especially for the taste and quantity of food in this area.

PEPPERONI PIZZA

Ordered pepperoni beef, got no beef but it was still good! Service was timely, and they had good shows playing on TV, unfortunately the seats are not well arranged for watching them. This causes a weird phenomenon where either I cant watch TV very well, or I cant have a conversation without distractions well, what a shame it is to have this middle compromise.

VEGETARIANA PIZZA

My local Italian friends only recommend Crust, so I was overdue for a visit! Friendly staff walked us through the menu and made some suggestions - we settled on pepperoni pizza, the Vegetariana, and a house mix salad. Our pizzas were certainly delicious, but the salad was overpriced at $12 - mostly greens and a smattering of sliced onions, olives, croutons, and tomatoes tossed in. Solid place overall, but will skip the house salad next time.

SUPREME PIZZA

One of the best pizzas I've ever had! The flavor was incredible, light, yet super tasty and filling. We also tried the tiramisu, and it was just as delicious. If you're craving a pizza similar to Neapolitan style, this spot is a must!

Is it expensive? A bit. Yet their beef lovers or other pizzas are delicious. Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, high quality, as well as superior dough make this an impressive restaurant. I like that I can roll here casually or formally. Also that their Italian breads, especially the Focaccia is delicious. Rarely have I loved carbs so much. This is a place that has a big menu. Is it's large restaurant? Nope and I like the intimacy. All of the employees have been friendly. These staff go the extra mile too, with regards to an excellent experience. Each time I've been impressed. A good date spot. This has a little bit of everything, and all so far has been exemplary!

A fake review this is not. Here's my receipt.

Authentic east coast pizza?thin crust must fold?

No. Authentic Neapolitan pizza. Naples certified pizza cooked in a wood fired oven. Very different from East Coast pizza.

I ordered a sandwich and wanted to make it a combo but they only do it with fries, no chips. For most, thats an awesome deal - I just personally wanted chips. They have the fancier drinks and not your typical soda options so keep this in mind. My roasted turkey sandwich was $14.95 to start, and toppings like pepper relish cost extra (I feel like a spread should not be half a dollar but sure). Meat quality was good and bread felt fresh but just a little hard to chew. For basically 16$, there was only two thin slices of provolone. Compared to some of the photos I saw, the sandwich was a bit lacking on the toppings of meat/cheese. People super friendly and service was quick. They had tons of desserts, pasta salad, and a few actual pasta dishes on the menu too. I'll have to come in to give them a try for a cheesesteak or the caesar salad wrap next.

The roll was reminiscent of a Philly sub roll, which - now this may be polarizing - is the standard by which I judge all sub rolls. Philadelphia just has the best subs ;) Anyway - they use good deli meats here. I don't think they make their own fries, but they were nice and crispy with a bit of seasoning on them and went well with our sandwiches. My husband had the cheesesteak and said it was just meh - definitely steak-ums - but we are from the self-proclaimed cheesesteak capital of the world :) Don't pass up the dessert case though - I am not a sweets person, but they had this triple cheese thing that was like a cheese danish, but with a million times more cheese and just a little bit of pastry, we... uhhh... devoured it... It paired really nice with their house chocolate gelato, which was the definition of rich, decadent chocolate. The lady at the register was kind enough to allow us to try a side-by-side of the house and the machine gelato... word of advice... skip the machine, go with the house gelato - the flavor (and the serving size) knocks that name-brand, machine mumbo jumbo out of the park :) Honestly, just a great sandwich joint with a little store selling specialty items, many of which are from Italy (I will be back for some squid ink pasta the next time I am cooking for friends!). Lovely little gem :)

Best Buns 5 We've…read morebeen to Best Buns several times over the years, but somehow I've never gotten around to writing a review. Since we were back in the area for a DMV for a brief visit we knew exactly where we were stopping before heading to the airport. Hubs ordered his usual sausage, egg and cheese sandwich , and I ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich along with an iced mocha. I had completely forgotten they have a Starbucks on-site with a limited menu. Of course, I couldn't leave without grabbing a cookie and a chocolate croissant for later. The food arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. The staff is always friendly and personable. You see professionals, students and the locals coming in and out, but there is seating available. Conversations are at a minimum and despite the attached restaurant you can still hear yourself and the other person without yelling. One thing I appreciate about Best Buns is the consistency. Whether it's been months or years between visits, the quality never seems to change. The sandwiches are flavorful, the ingredients taste fresh, and nothing feels like it was sitting around waiting to be reheated. Everything is prepared to order, and you can taste the difference. My sandwich disappeared one bite at a time, and Hubs completely demolished his croissant sandwich without hesitation. That's usually all the confirmation I need. Some restaurants are good. Some are memorable, but there are the places that become part of your routine whenever you're back in town. Best Buns has earned that status for us. Five stars earned! Consistently fresh. Consistently delicious. We'll be dropping in on another turn and burn later this month...

The Avocado Toast with egg was good, but nothing particularly special. I enjoyed the English Sourdough bread and bought a loaf of it. We devoured the hand-cut fries. The 4 bite-size Ozzie Rolls were fun to try. The Chocolate Espresso Chew Cookie was moist and fudgey, sweet ending to our meal! Plain Croissant was standard. The Pink Drink with housemade syrup, coconut milk and strawberries was refreshing and tasty. It was my pick from the Strawberry Lemonade and Dragon fruit Lemonade. The Lemonades were a bit too sweet. I ordered the food to dine in and it was packaged to go. I wish the food could be prepared for dining in. It's a pet peeve of mine to see all of the grease oozing out of fries in a brown bag. There were also Styrofoam plates and plastic straws, wish there were more environmental-friendly products. Might be back for brunch if there's a dine-in option.

The packaging was handled with care so both of my sandwiches arrived nice and hot. I ordered the B.E.L.T and a grilled cheese. That's the level of consistency and quality he brings every time. Great customer service is one thing, but consistently making drinks this good is a skill.
