First I will preface with we were here a few years back when they had the buffet and tickets were $25 per person. Of course prices went up as they should. No more buffet. Served at the table. Went to the old location many years ago, and it was great so we thought we'd give this location a try. Went on a Tuesday night and they were less than 1/3 capacity. The food was OK, but the few waiters they had were focused on the larger tables and not our table or the two smaller ones near us. The pastry for dessert was very hard, I tried to start peeling it apart and found mold inside. The server was very nice about it and she quickly took it away. She came back and said she handed it to the owner - the owner never came out and said anything to us. It would've been very easy to at least apologize because they were pretty empty. I emailed a few days later to let the owner know what happened and still got no response. The show was cute, and mistakes happen, but mold in food is pretty disgusting and shouldn't have been ignored. Definitely feels like a place on the decline and we would not recommend it. read more

This was our 3rd time at Capone's. This visit we brought our 2 adult children & 2 granddaughters. We all LOVED it!! Everyone wants to know when we can go back. Definitely 5 STARS for entertainment & servers/bar staff we're FANTASTIC!! Food is Italian yet needs seasoning. The spicy dish is really spicy. While this is a tourist trap, the building is run down, the bathrooms are barley holding up and I'm afraid to see what the kitchen looks like. The staff was great but that's the end of my compliments. My husband keeps trying to justify it by saying "What do you expect for 50 bucks? Nobody goes to Chuckee Cheese for the pizza!" The building inside was dirty and dusty, the front entrance smelled horrible, and the women's bathroom was on its last leg. The food was basic and cold. The menu advertised bread but there wasn't any. The pizza was greasy and the chicken parmesan was too tough to cut with a butter knife. The show was somewhere between cute and annoying. We aren't mad that we went but we definitely wouldn't pay to go again. If you're looking for something budget-friendly for your large group, and you're not too concerned with the quality of the food, then this place is perfect for you. I had some major complaints about the booking and food but the show was surprisingly amazing and the cast and staff were in character and super entertaining. @ Booking (terrible) - website looks super scammy and isn't clear on details regarding show times and arrival times. We booked online the day of the show. We were told dinner is served two hours before the show and the show actually starts an hour earlier than shown. They need to update their website and show the time we need to arrive on the booking page instead of a text a few hours before the show with the new time. @ Food (almost terrible) - microwaved dinners, whatever you want off the menu! Salad and mozzarella sticks to start. Pastas, pizzas, and parms to follow straight outta the cardboard boxes. It makes sense they save money on food as much as possible. Be warned, do not get the pesto pasta. Spaghetti and sauce and parm chicken are reminiscent of school lunch. Pizza was actually quite decent and reminds me of fresh Costco pizza but soggy crust. @ Unlimited drinks including four alcoholic cocktails (okay) - a bit watery but some cocktails taste quite good, comes straight out of a pitcher @ Show (extraordinary) - you don't need to know anything other than basic mafia and prohibition period knowledge to enjoy the show. No actual Capone but don't worry, alcohol was banned so the mafia started selling it. Characters are hilarious, talented, and professional. Plenty of dancing and singing numbers. Hilarious and entertaining. Definitely the highlight of the evening. The set is clever too. Also nice to know background that Capone led his men to disguise as policemen and mass murder his rival gang. @ Staff (perfect) - servers are in character and entertaining, they also participate in the show. Please tip well. @ Intermissions (annoying but fine) - they start the show by calling out birthdays and events that people submit. They also have a break before the show's conclusion to sell merchandise at your table. tl;dr do it. It's only $40 for dinner and a show. Sure the foods bad, just get the pizza, don't show up too early it's boring. The show is where it's at. Alcoholic drinks are good. Severs and staff are amazing. read more

First it's a dinner show with food and drinks. Don'tt expect a gourmet four course meal with butler service. We arrived and had VIP tickets, allowed in after our secret knock and password. Once inside we went up to the bar and had a choice of drinks to choose from. The staff was amazing as we got there. Once we sat we had the number server, Lucky. He was awesome!! We go to a lot of shows and dinners and let me tell you, Lucky was the sh&$&t. Super friendly, funny and attentive. Please tip your servers!!! The food was good for what we expected, not super hot fresh out the oven but good. We had the trio and enjoyed it. Dessert, mix sticks and salad were also served. This show was absolutely terrible. I have no idea what the story line was, it was hard to follow, everything was Christmas themed even though Christmas had already passed. The main showgirl had an extremely high pitched voice...pair that with a not so great, overly loud sound system and you get ringing of your ears by the time you leave. If you're looking for a fun show to watch, this is definitely not the one for you. However, with that being said, I did enjoy the food we had. You get mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, followed by a salad with your choice of ranch or Italian dressing. I chose the Italian dressing and thought the salad was pretty good. For dinner I chose the lasagna which was surprisingly tasty and the meat sauce was plentiful. For dessert there was chocolate cake. Included with your ticket, not only do you get the show and a 4 course dinner, but you also get unlimited drinks. The drinks included soft drinks, wine, beer, and select cocktails. I stuck with Budweiser all night and it definitely kept flowing and my beer glass was never empty. The price is right at around $36 per person. read more

This was a great dinner show! They're all interactive but this one has a more personal touch in that they ask their guests questions about themselves and interact with guests more than other shows. Also they really go hard with their theme. In order to get in you have to wait for the flapper hostess to open a window behind a portrait and tell her you want so many cherry cokes (which are a lie! They only have Pepsi! I was so sad.) Then of course you take the group picture and are seated. Because of how this process works, the arrival times may be staggered. I'm not sure but by the time we got there and seated most of the room was already full and eating. They serve food buffet style, which our gangster waiter said is Italian for, "Get it your own damn self," which tickled the entire party. The food itself was pretty good but make sure you get what you want because 20 minutes after the show starts they close it down. Both sides of the buffet have the same thing so you can pick either one. All drinks are endless, even the alcoholic ones. The show is campy, as expected, but not terrible. It was fun and they incorporated a lot more direct crowd participation than most other shows in the area. All in all, it was a really fun experience and if I were to return I'd dress up like some of the other guests did! The food was OK with generous portion and short wait time. The VIP gets you a "premium" drink and a souvenir shot glass for $10. The mixed drinks included with the meal were not very good. They don't have cider beers. The show was pretty good but lacked a consistent story line. The worst part was cleanliness. The restroom was nasty and in need of repairs. What happened to this place?? I have visited often, the last time was pre-covid in November of 2019. We had a GREAT time then. Paid for the VIP experience and that time it was worth it here is when they did things right. After going up stairs in addition to the free drink, there were tons of appetizers, pizza, nachos, wings, chips, salsa, dips, etc. In character there were games of chance for fun. This was the VIP experience then down to get seated and first in line at the buffet that offered so many different salads, meats, sides, entrees and deserts. The staff were all in character and it was a good vibe. THIS TIME VIP vent on July 29, 2023 got a free mixed drink then seated ACROSS from my dinner partner and SERVED cold Mozarella sticks with marinara that was nothing more than tomato sauce. Ordered from a paper menu with less than 10 or so options and the food was gross. We left so I can not speak to the show but $50.00 pp for disgusting food and more than half the staff was not in character. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Please those reading this do not blame this on covid. We are well past that, I go to Orlando often and many of the experiences have returned to what they were before and some got even better. read more

I went to this place with a friend and It was a cool experience. First, when you enter you pick up your tickets, and then they give you your password and secret knock to get you in. After that, you get your photo taken. After that, some guy brings you to your seat and gives you your menu. Now I have to say that all the employees were dressed like gangsters and looked like gangsters and had fake guns strapped to their waists. And the women were dressed like 1920 flappers. Decided to try this place out with my wife and sister in law for the first time and we enjoyed ourselves. The 1930s Chicago prohibition gimmick was entertaining overall albeit the interior felt like it could get a facelift yet maintain that old time atmosphere. The food is very mediocre buffet style quality, but due to covid it seems you order of a more traditional menu but can ask for more. We didn't come here for quality food and I actually enjoyed my panini which was just mortadella, salami, and cheese with my side of fries. If you're looking for quality Italian food then you will be disappointed lol. Service was amazing with our waitress always coming by and not being too disruptive Of the show, usually keeping my "all you can drink" rum and Coke's going and even was able to get us some extra mozzarella sticks towards the end of the act. The show itself was entertaining and would have been better without covid protocols with it being hard to hear some singing with the mask, but I can't fault them for that at all. The crowd is part of the show and there's a bit of improv from the cast. Overall I say it's worth a visit, understand it's similar to medieval times in regards to a specific gimmick they are providing and I'd recommend people attend, enjoy some drinks, and get a few laughs. 7/14/2018 - MOM'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION We had to call their ticket sales for this reservation since there was 10 of us. The lady I spoke to was very helpful over the phone. There was a deposit that had to be put down but she said that once we arrived, we could either use the deposit towards the tickets or refund all and have everyone pay separately. When you book online or by phone it is 50% off the ticket sales. It was $34.99 per person plus tax so around $37 a person. (plus gratuity at the end of the show) The theater is huge and colorful outside so you will not miss it. There is plenty of parking. As we walked up to the line, we could see everyone dressed up in their 30's outfits. They encourage their guests to partake on the fun by dressing up, so of course, we did. But if you didn't get the memo, you can buy shirts, boas, head dress, plastic cuffs, plastic guns, etc. at their store. They are very reasonably priced too. We received one ticket for our party and we got to this door at this speakeasy lounge. The ticket had instructions. Knock 3 times and say the password once you were asked. Once we were let in, they ask that you take a picture, mob style. We were then escorted to our seats. Our waiter came by and asked for our drink order. Soft drinks are included as are some alcoholic beverages like beer, wine, vodka and rum. Coffee and iced tea is offered as well. They have a full liquor bar, that is extra $$$. He told us we could get up when we were ready and head to the buffet. The buffet had different kinds of pasta, meatballs, sausage, meat sauce, salad bar, pizza, meat station and even a nacho bar. The food was fresh, good tasting and hot. Once we walked to our seats, the show was beginning. It is a musical with comedy and dancing. It was fantastic. They get the audience to participate. Everyone is in on the fun, even the waiters. At one point of the show, they do a shout out to all celebrations. Decided to give this place a shot for a date night out with my wife while we were in the area. We had a wonderful time starting from the minute we knocked on the door. All of the actors/servers were very friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed the show especially with the audience interaction, we were laughing the whole time. I hate that I have to give this place 3 stars but it just needs some work. The overall show is great and our server Lucky was superb! The performers were all fantastic and super engaging with the audience! However the food is just ok and the atmosphere needs some love. The restrooms need major TLC (one was broken and there was water all over the floor) and the electric handryer was plugged in right where water would splash off your hand as they dried. Kept thinking I was going to get shocked. We came with a large party and genuinely had a great time. I would just like to see an improvement on the food and perhaps the overall building. My chair for instance was torn on the seat. Little things like that add up. I plan trips for a very large club. Some of my attendees are a little older and can't go up stairs. We bought the VIP tickets. Our busses arrived late because of traffic. As soon as we go there I went in to see if they were ready for us.....they said to stayin the bus until they directed us to come in! So we waited.....we were there by 6:30 . We were on the VIP PACKAGE and that gave us a premium drink and early seating. I was told that we could have them delivered to the table. I was told we couldn't get them because we got there too late!! We paid $11.00 per person for the extra offer! I have been coming to you place for over 25 years and this is the first time we had a rude server. I am in the hospitality business for over 60 years and this is not acceptable.
