They are just very rude and they don't care about customers satisfaction. He told us that he cares about the $10 dollars not the customer. Good "Chicago-style" pizza in this sports bar in South Florida. For the first time, thanks to this place, I actually like Chicago style pizza. Domino's and whatever other places that promotes their own Chicago style pizza really cannot compare to the slightest degree. I didn't get a chance to try their other "Chicago" offerings such as the Italian beef sandwich and the Chicago-style hot dogs, but it is in my to-do list, as well as trying out one of America's famous burgers next door at Le Tub (which has a waterfront view). During the rainy Super Bowl, the entire parking lot was packed with tents, tables, and huge screen television sets for the throngs of Chicago Bears fans that were there. If I could give it no stars I would. Wow! New Years Day dinner! Huge mistake! We waited 1 hour for our cold food, the order was wrong, waitress never refreshed our drinks, no napkins, no ketchup. First time ordering pizza takeout from Capone's. We ordered a personal pizza with black olives and a large with peppers, onions & mushrooms (no cheese). The crust was done perfectly! Nice and crispy and great flavor and we're quite picky with our crust. There was plenty of toppings and cheese on the personal pizza but lacked sauce on both. This was especially disappointing on the vegan pizza when you don't eat cheese. If we order again, we'll be sure to ask for extra sauce. Maybe they'll add vegan cheese someday. read more
