White pizza with pepperoni All the way pizza
    Jennifer J.

Haven't had Antonio's in a long time. Our usual go-to is the White pizza and this time we added pepperoni. It was yummy and very creamy. The other pizza was the All the way pizza. It was good, definitely a lot of toppings, which fell off as we tried to eat it. Overall, their pizza is pretty good.

So I had to do another review of this place ; since they make great food , but the pricing is a little obnoxious . I bought a caesar salad with a slice of cheese and the total was 29.38 . But then when I buy a large pizza half cheese and half pepperoni it's 22 dollars . So not sure what the logic is here : but to me it does not make sense that the salad is more than the pizza . 17 for the salad with a 6.50 up charge for the chicken sounds crazy . That puts the salad basically at the same piece as a whole large pizza . I don't see the logic here at all ; so little disappointed by this . Great food , but the pricing strategy must be relooked at .

So first off this is a mom and pop style joint real small real homey, which is hard to find these days anymore. Especially italian american food and pizza. This place has amazing pizzas, amazing and filling soups, salads and they bring garlic breads to the table. Now aside from the bomb pizzas and authenticity and lightness in their bread and sauces let's talk about their calzones. Never had one saw it on the menu ordered the small and what arrive was i kind you not the size of my head AMAZING, WAS SO SO SO GOOD could be eaten on its own and fill you up! If only they had a pizza calzone id be here everyday. It takes a little of time to cook since everything is pretty much made from scratch but considering we had so much in between from breads our calzone soda and soup we were able to get our pizza and leave extremely stuffed for a great price. It's giving mom and pop and i hope it never changes i'll be trying their other locations but 10/10 pizza and everything really, my partner also had pasta and it was a more than generous portion making it amazing for the price and TASTE (which is really the most important) fyi that calzone pic is literally half of the calzone and it was thick imagine it whole !!!!!

Antonio's Pizza in Davie is a must try! The pizza was absolutely amazing -- great quality, perfect texture, and full of flavor. Crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right balance of everything. Easily one of my new favorite spots! If you near by do not miss it! The staff was fantastic by the way! Very friendly and helpful keeping me updated on my pizza. I wasn't sure I was clear but.... I will be back! LOL

    Garlic rolls in bag

I ordered this for delivery. The garlic rolls looked disappointing, due to being packaged in a commercial plastic bag - without a container. This presentation was unappealing! However, these were probably some of the best garlic rolls I've ever had, and even my 7-year-old liked them. Not spicy but flavorful with a TON of the garlic bits and seasoning over the squishy yummy rolls. As for the pizza, ordered a large cheese with broccoli. Game changer! The broccoli must have been cooked seperately, because it was seasoned on its own and tender, with even the stalks tender. Hands down, this was definiely the best broccoli I have ever had on a pizza! Thank you, Antonio's, for your loving care and treatment of vegetables!

We first came across it one night a couple of weeks ago on our way to The Field Irish pub right off the side of the road. Out the car window, the place looked like a Norman Rockwell interpretation of the picture-perfect American pizza parlor. We knew in an instant this was a place we had to try. I asked mom if she wanted to take part in a pizza tasting experiment, and she was good to go. Walking in, the place oozed pizza house charm. All decked out with Christmas lights and ornaments, and wreath with bows outlining the serving window. Because we're in the middle of lent, mom had already determined that she wanted half of the pie with mushrooms - It doesn't bear explaining why the other half had to be smothered in pepperoni. When I asked the server whether the mushrooms were fresh or canned, she replied with understated sarcasm, "fresh.... OF COURSE!" The of course sealed the deal for me. After she took our order, she collected our untouched menus and sprinted away with a "your garlic rolls will be out shortly." Whether we had ordered garlic rolls or not was completely irrelevant, they were coming and that's the way it was gonna be. I asked no questions because it seemed unnecessary. These folks know what they're doing. Six golden garlic rolls (not garlic knots) came to the table in a round aluminum tray swimming in a seasoned garlic bath. The roll tops were a golden brown hue unavailable in Adobe Photoshop. They crunched to the naked eye. I tried picking one up, but it was piping hot. So I ceremoniously forked one onto my plate and carved it with one of their uber shiny knives. The inside was light, fluffy, and airy. I dipped a piece in the garlic brine and.... merry freaking Christmas! Santa himself could not have delivered this kind of holiday miracle. Had we not been served a pizza, I would not have begrudged this experience. My mind flashed back to the decadent garlic rolls that Mario the Baker in North Miami used to serve in the 80s and 90s. Better or not, I'll leave that for you to decide. It was around this time that I took note of an accolade on their wall stating that they had been Sun Sentinel's pick for best pizza in Broward County in 2024. Sure enough, our pizza arrived with heaping portions of pepperoni and fresh mushrooms on their respective halves. We served mom her mushroom slice, which was too hot to hold so she succumbed to the fork and knife methodology. She took the first bite and despite the steam rolling out of her mouth, didn't blink and continued cutting that slice as best as her arthritic hands could without taking a breath. I jumped in. Before I could overanalyze the aesthetics of my pepperoni wedge, I shook some parm, crushed pepper, and sprinkled a little oregano and I just went for it. Oh damn!!! Crusty bottom, a little thicker than I would normally prefer, but very light dough. And on top... a blast of tangy tomato sauce, relatively mild mozzarella and salty (in the good way) pepperoni with palpable depth of flavor and seasoned personality. This is when I recognized the jam of "Clap Your Hands" by Chic playing over the PA to overload my already heightened senses. Our server and Antonio's Pizza ambassador, Maya, had suggested dipping the pizza in the garlic brine. Normally, I would've thought this was a no-brainer but the pizza was so overcharged with flavor that this seemed like overkill. Never too shy to try anything once, I gave it a go. Yes, this was a winning combination. However, I don't like to mix my peas and mashed potatoes. And I figured both elements reigned over their respective kingdoms. So, I saved the garlic elixir for my pizza crust edge. I think this was a smart move. You may think I'm an idiot. And you may be right. After all, I skipped the first Keane tour because they didn't have a live bass player. Joke's on me. That said, this was everything I hoped it would be and then some. But, I couldn't put an end to this pizza excursion without trying a piece of fresh mushroom off my mom's half. That was another smart call. Just as we were getting ready to conclude our pizza experience, Maya asked if we were ready for dessert, and I almost denied her the gesture before mom gave me the evil eye. "Our tiramisu is homemade - I highly recommend it." Come on, what am I gonna say? Besides, mom was already sold on the idea. Holy Shangri-La! This slice that came right from dietary hell, or perhaps that's just indicative of where I'm going, was light and creamy, but packed a nicely balanced coffee/coca punch... or maybe it was more like an endearing snuggle. This post has gone way too long already. But if you're off your diet, and you don't mind a triple overdose of carbs in their varying forms set to some funky Stevie Wonder tunes in an out-of-season winter wonderland, this might be a place worth checking out. I personally pledge to come back before 4th of July.

We were here for dinner and ordered from the Light Dinners portion of the menu. My husband ordered Spaghetti & Meatball and I ordered Eggplant Parmigiana. The Light Dinners come with garlic rolls and your choice of soup or salad. We were surprised at how much food we got! Food was great. I liked how the garlic rolls had lots of fresh minced garlic but I wish they were softer. Someone behind us ordered the regular dinner portion of the spaghetti & meatballs which came with 3 huge meatballs and a pound of spaghetti (lol, jk but it was a lot). The description of the pizzas sounded delicious. We'll be ordering one of those the next time we come back.

Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti, salad and garlic knots. Delicious!

We are staying at the Fairfield Inn on Griffin, awaiting our cruise tomorrow, so we're without a car. Ordered delivery from Antonio's (my grandfather's name) and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing. Huge portions. Hot and order was accurate. Delivery person was very pleasant and enthusiastic. We'll be back in a week! Mary D.

Pizza is pretty good and the place is not busy around 5:00 PM (the basic pepperoni large pizza costs around $25).

We didn't have a reservation, and they had us #2 for bar seating. Cane was our bartender and had our wine to us in less than 2 minutes of asking. We waited about 20 min when a large party left and they were able to offer us a table, restricting us to an 1 and half. That was plenty of time. It was just me and my husband. We started with the arancini balls and they were great. Our server, Shamar was amazing and recommended the calamari and soppressata pizza with hot honey. Everything was AMAZING! The staff's vibe is so cool that they should offer Helly Hansen wear to ward off the frostbite. Reservations? Apparently on a Thursday off season are still are a must. The bar, the walk-ins' purgatory, is quite full. You are rather curtly directed there. When you are able to land a seat? You are greeted with pleasant diffidence, by the Asian bartender. Menus? You ask. He points to a cold COVIDesque QR code. There is nothing inviting about a menu on my phone. It's like dine in Uber Eats. We ordered drinks. I ordered a Tomcat Gin old fashioned because I know the gin and I've made them before. Good drink. The one with the strawberry hazelnut etc was just not good. It lacks contrast and depth. Too sweet. Too nutty. The bartender is working right in front of us. My daughter isn't drinking it. Does he ask if our drinks are okay? No. Drink dropped. Rang in. Next thing. I do get him to take our order. The one bit of semi-human contact. We ordered a broccoli rabe pizza. It's a small bar. I wanted hi to fix or replace my daughter's largely unconsumed cocktail. He was so adept at walling off the we, the uninteresting, that even I longed for the despised Ronald Reagan to call for him to "tear down that wall." The runner dropped our pizza. It came in reasonable time. The crust was excellent. The only highlight of the meal. The pizza itself was duller than a Brewers-Marlins game. An ocean of a slimy greasy cheese that was so bland it dragged the whole thing into the same monotony that the drink had. Very little rabe. Even less sausage. No real contrast, texture or flavor. Maybe lobotomic cuisine is the latest hipster trend? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ We ate. No check in from the bartender. I actually wanted another drink with dinner. That apparently was not to be, for my enjoyment, his tip, and the restaurant's bottom line. He got around to asking, as he was cleaning up vacated counter seats, if we wanted another drink in that tone that mecánicas servers get when they ask if you want dessert and you're the last table in the restaurant. I told him that I would have loved one earlier if he had asked when we got our food. No apology. I've seen tree sloths more emotional. He was delighted to slap-shake with one of the beautiful people regulars next to us, on their way out. Icing on this ice castle. There's a little bit of parking at the restaurant, and a paid public lot across the street, if disdain and distant service are your fetish. Not that anyone in this kind of setup cares. I won't be back.
