This is, hands down, the best hotel I have ever stayed in! My husband and I were lucky enough to discover this gem while we were on our honeymoon. I found it through the booking.com app that I had in my phone. It claimed there was only one room left, it had good ratings, and the price was fair - I went ahead and booked it. The owner, Natalia (I think that's her name?) was helpful to me before we even got there. I had noticed that check in was 3pm-6pm and that we might have to pay for parking. I called and asked her about it because we weren't getting there until about 7pm and also didn't want to pay for parking! I was pleased to discover that Natalia was the one who answered the phone every time I called, which is nice because I didn't have to keep filling her in on what was going on. She said no problem if you get there later! Just give her a call 20 minutes before arriving and she would drive back over there to check us in. She also told us the best places to park so we didn't have to pay if we didn't want to. We really appreciated how accommodating she was! We called her when we were 20 minutes out and she met us at the front of the hotel. My husband was incredibly excited because, it turns out, that the hotel is located pretty much right in front of the U.S.S Lexington! How's that for an incredible view? My husband is a big history buff and being able to look outside and see this impressive ship was a huge plus. The hotel itself looked fine... nothing all that special. Which did NOT prepare me for the inside! Natalia welcomed us and gave us a tour of where we could get breakfast, smoke, ect. as she walked us to our room. We arrived at two rooms right next to each other when Natalia told us something interesting. Apparently all the rooms in the hotel are the same price, the big is the same price as the small! However, they are first come, first serve. Seeing as how we booked the last room available, we got the smallest room. But as it turns out, someone cancelled their stay and the bigger room next door was available! She insisted we look at both to see which one we preferred. She opened the door to the small room and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was! It was also beautifully decorated! Then she showed us the bigger room which was equally beautiful and even bigger! Naturally we selected the upgrade. Natalia showed us where we could find everything, gave each of us a key (they were old fashioned, not electronic, which is fine with me), and wished us a pleasant stay. The bed was probably a queen size and extremely comfortable. There was an air conditioner installed in the front, right next to the nicely sized flat screen TV, and it worked very well! This was great for me as I like the cold. A lot. There was a little kitchen area with a coffee maker and a couple of packages of coffee. There were mugs and wine glasses. There was no tub but a stand up shower stall with a removable shower head. The pressure and temperature were very good! There was also a microwave and a little refrigerator/freezer. There was also a very comfortable futon on the far side of the room. It had everything we needed! As people have mentioned, our stay there felt more like we had our own little apartment rather than we were staying in a hotel. We ADORED that room! So much so that we preferred lounging around in it rather that walking on the beach (which is like 20ft away) and doing touristy things. I don't think either of us got breakfast while we were there but I'm pretty sure Natalia was in charge of it. She seemed to be in charge of everything! We saw her giving other people tours when they checked in, replacing our old towels with fresh ones, working the little ice cream shack attached to the front (where she gave my husband two large soda's for us for free!), and doing everything else. Natalia is incredibly sweet with a charming accent and she's a force of nature! We were so sad to leave; we didn't want to give up that hotel room! DEFINITELY staying there again and recommend it to all others! Natalia, thank you for giving us such a memorable stay on our honeymoon!

The location on Corpus Christi Bay is beautiful, the views are spectacular, and every employee we encountered was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, our suite did not reflect the level of quality I expected for the price we paid over the Fourth of July weekend. The room was clean, but it showed extensive signs of age and deferred maintenance. Throughout the suite we noticed chipped and scratched furniture, worn upholstery, torn lamp shades, cracked bathroom tile, frayed carpet, deteriorating caulk and trim, stained surfaces, mineral buildup on bathroom fixtures, and several areas that appeared to have been overlooked during routine maintenance and detailed cleaning. While none of these issues alone would have been a major concern, together they made the suite feel tired rather than luxurious. What disappointed me most was not one specific problem, but the overall impression. When you're paying premium rates, you expect a room that feels well cared for and meticulously maintained. Instead, it felt like many small issues had accumulated over time without being addressed. I sincerely hope management invests in updating and refreshing the guest rooms because this property has incredible potential. The waterfront location, views, and staff deserve accommodations that match the quality of the rest of the experience. I would absolutely consider staying here again because we enjoyed Corpus Christi and the people working at the hotel. My hope is simply that the guest rooms receive the attention they deserve.

The décor felt modern yet comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The room itself was spotless and well-organized. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and high quality. I especially appreciated the attention to detail -- from the neatly stocked amenities to the cleanliness of the bathroom. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. Customer service was friendly and professional. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in and check-out. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to respond and eager to help. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants and attractions, which made getting around easy. Parking was simple and accessible. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the walls were a bit thin, and we could occasionally hear hallway noise. However, it wasn't enough to take away from our overall positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Shout out to Rachel, Ariana and Adam for making our stay extra special for our engagement!!!!!! Will come back soon for sure!!!!!

Loved the location as it was easily accessible to various places in the city, Padre Island,…read moreBotanical Garden, shopping. Finding the property was a tad confusing as it does connect with the mall parking and sorta sits off to the side. Upon arrival did the digital check in so was able to go straight to the room. The digital key was convenient until I went to the pool and was unable to access along with the side door. The front desk issued a physical key and while I got an updated digital one, was still unable to access other areas with my phone. Pool was simple and has a few areas where the tiles are missing, my room overlooked the pool and after 7pm is when it got super busy! Enjoyed that the pool is on the north side of the building so didn't get sun in the afternoon. The room was as expected, large, plenty of counter space and clean. Every night I heard kids running upstairs and could hear other noises through the walls. Also, you can hear the toilet flush in the middle of the night from another room. Not sure which one. Breakfast was ok, wasn't a fan of the set up for the hot items as the case they are in was odd. Food was ok, nothing spectacular but it works. Coffee was my favorite although the cups kept leaking so I had to double up. Overall the location is great and I'd return for that. Loved the music playing in the elevator landing and the scent for the floor was delightful!

Overall, the hotel is about what you would expect for a mid-tier Hilton property. I know it was built after I moved out of Corpus, I know what the humidity can do in Corpus, so looking at the picture - it makes me think that they may have cut a few corners in construction, and that rust, it's doesn't just wipe off Again - I am not saying there is anything wrong with this hotel, just don't expect pristine

The woman that checked us in was so rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience to give us 2 keys. Then, OMG, we get to the room and it's the wrong room type. So we change rooms and again had to ask for 2 keys for 2 people. We get to the 2nd room and 1 key did not work, so we had to go back and that about killed her to have to give us another one. Every time we walked through the lobby the person working the front was sitting in the lounge on their phone. One guy was in the lobby on his phone arguing with his wife. The 1bartender we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Another bartender sat in a golf cart playing on her phone outside. There was a political event that was going on one evening in the lobby and we couldn't even get through the people to get to our room and we did not see anyone from the hotel trying to keep a walkway clear for guests. There is no ice machine on the 1st floor so you have to go upstairs or the bartender will give you some if someone is there. You can only enter through the front door. There are other doors you can exit, but you cannot use your key to enter. Parking sucks, especially because you cannot get into any of the other doors. The room never did get very cold and this is July so it's hot. There is a bench on top of the AC, so the air does not shoot up, it is blocked. They painted all the walls white since the last time I was here and the rooms are very baron and depressing. The bedding on the bed is too heavy, especially when the AC does not cool the room. The refrigerator is too small with no freezer section. The shower has no pressure. When someone above us flushed the toilet it sounded like the ceiling would cave in. Overall everything is old and dingy. It's time for an update We won't be back.
