If I could put zero stars I would. First let me say, I never got the chance to order so I have no idea what their pizza tastes like and that's a shame because I'm a fan of good pie and I'll travel across the country for good pizza. Why did I not get a chance to order you may ask? Attitude that's why. Now let me say, I am a retired head chef, employee attitude means a lot to me when I enter an establishment. When I entered Caprigios I was met by a bearded individual that looked like I just pissed on his head for even coming there. When he asked what I needed it was pissy as hell. I just stood back and said I needed a moment. This employee gave me a smirk and turned away. I just left. Now even I have bad day's but when you're the first person someone sees as they enter your restaurant you should at least fake it. I will never set foot in this place again. read more

The staff is friendly with great customer service. The food was amazing. My absolute favorite is the Buffalo chicken pizza.

We stopped at CAPRIGIOS pizza while traveling through from vacation & thought we'd give a local Pizza spot a shot. Very good pizza!! We had the pepperoni, mushroom, onion & tomato large pizza. The sauce is really good & had a perfect amount of cheese. We also had the cheese breadsticks with marinara & very good also. I'd recommend this spot for sure. The owner came by to check on us which was nice. It's a small dining room that accommodates the pizza takeout/ in house dining option. The only negative I have is the white plastic silverware & paper plates. I know dishes require a whole new level of work, but makes a big difference. Even if the silverware was changed out, that would help. Overall, a really good pizza & cheese breadsticks, very nice employees & very clean. Give them a shot read more

I got a couple of their hot subs. They did forget the black olives I asked for on one, but I couldn't deduct anything since they did an excellent job and even sans the olives the sandwich was outstanding. Customer service was good, place was clean, and the food rocked. 5 stars read more

Was immediately greeted upon entering. After looking over the menu, we ordered as a family. Once each member placed their order, the guy who greeted us, made a recommendation to rearrange our orders to save us money. We still got what we wanted, just paid less. While waiting, he engaged us in conversation, and told us how the restaurant came to be. He informed us about their other restaurant next door. ( which is where we were originally going, but they don't open until 3pm). We ordered a pizza, meatball sub, 2 grilled chicken subs ( one customized). Everything was great, and was enough, that To Go boxes were needed. As an independent restaurant, service and quality is what brings customers back. As a first time visitor, we were treated like a customer that regularly comes in. By the time we left, it was almost like going to a friends's house for lunch. Went in here today ready to eat. However, after getting the buffet option, their was little buffet to be. Their was possibly 4 slices of pizza, some breadsticks the size of my finger, and some garlic knots. The food tasted well. It wasn't bad, but was not amazing. I felt worse for the father and son who came in after me and had fewer options than I, and even worse for the two who came in after them to get the buffet and were greeted by breadsticks. The best calzone I have EVER had and I am IBM: Italian By Marriage. The crust was light and crunchy, not doughy. I can't wait to go back and get a pizza. So been here a couple times for calzones and I love them yesterday decided to try the wings and the pizza and let me start by saying the wings were great crunchy and tender would love more flavors in the future but for now I'm in love specially since they don't deep fry them, now the pizza I ordered a large pizza and added all the cheeses available on the menu plus extra cheese option, flavor wise its was good crust was good to not to soft not to crunchy BUT for all the cheeses on the menu plus the extra cheese option I expect my pizza to have cheese sliding down dripping or wte you want to call it every time I grab a slice and that was not the case. My husband works at Tennova and I work in Oak Grove, we share one car so I was rushing to pick my husband up from work last night (12/07). My husband decided to walk across the street to order a pizza for us since it was already pretty late, which sounded great to me so I didn't have to run home and cook dinner super fast before bed. Locally owned Italian pizza , subs, calzones , salads. Family run. I have ate there several times now and never had a bad experience. They have occasional pasta dishes and other dishes as specials . I had the lasagna and garlic bread today and it was truly homemade and they even brought me fresh roasted garlic to add to my already delicious bread. The owner and all the staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure your meal is perfect. Prices are reasonable and comparable to any other pizza place with less quality than you can get here! So much better than chain restaurants!!! read more

I had a few people recommend this place, but I was a bit skeptical about it, as I knew they took over for Fox's pizza, which was a train wreck. However, whoever is running the place now is doing a fantastic job. The taco pizza was delicious, the employees were super friendly and I will definitely be back to try out more of the menu at some point read more
