The best pizza in Clarksville. I'm overwhelmed at how tasty their pizza are and I sampled a piece of their Pierogi pizza which was also out of this world. Such friendly and inviting owners and staff who make you feel so welcome. Wow wow wow is all I can say and I have sample pizza local and international this is by far the ultimate in pizza. After my go to place closed down, I was on the hunt for a new pizza joint that offers dairy free (vegan) cheese and found Caprigios. I was a bit reluctant because we haven't had much luck finding places we really like and Caprigio's is on the other side of town for us however, we now found our new go to! Myself, my husband and a friend visited last Friday for some pizza. I got a small personal supreme with vegan cheese for my dairy allergy and the guys got a large supreme with regular cheese and some garlic knots. Ok! My pizza was so good that I thought they mistakingly used regular cheese at first, it was that yummy! If you've ever eaten dairy free cheese, you'll understand. The sauce on their pizza is ahhhh-mazing! Soooo good, so fresh with lots and lots of goodies on top. The crust was cooked to perfection and the knots were delish. The owners personally came over to our table to ask how everything was and introduce themselves and from there, we immediately felt like friends! We loved the food so much that my husband purchased the lasagna for himself to try later and could not stop raving about how delicious it was. My husband is a ridiculously, almost annoying picky eater and he loved every bite of everything he tried. If you haven't tried Caprigio's yet, you must! Once you taste their food and experience the friendliness of this family owned restaurant, you'll become regulars too. Can't wait to go back and try their schnitzel. The sauce goes to the edge as do the toppings. I love the flavor of their sauce and their cheese blend. We ordered a salad, cheesy bread, supreme pizza and half cheese, and some hot wings. Being from Chicago still trying to find a good thin crust pizza here in the South. After reading reviews for Caprigios we decided to give it a try. We ordered a large sausage, pepperoni, mushroom to be picked up at 5:30 Saturday. It was placed on the counter at EXACTLY 5:30, right out of the oven!!! Got it home in about 10 minutes and it was still warm. We found the taste to be decent but we were disappointed with the crust. The edges were good but the bottoms were a bit soggy. It did not appear to be undercooked because the bottom was nicely browned. The paper under the pizza was really greasy, probably from the pepperoni. That may have been the cause of the soggy crust. I had a Calzone (thanks Ben Wyatt) from the new Caprigios Pizza across from the hospital. The restaurant itself was immaculate in appearance. Great decor, CLEAN, great smells, and a VERY CLEAN restroom (which is something I always look at on a restaurant I will frequent). The staff was very kind, courteous, and helpful. My Calzone was ready when expected and insanely good. It was perfectly cook and hot, he breading was perfect, the cheese and pepperoni scrumptious, and the season on top are what dreams are made out of.
