This location has been here for about 2 years. The young lady took our orders. She was patient with us knowing it was our 1st time. When the order was ready she brought it to the table. I has the wagyu Philly Cheesesteak with mushrooms, onions, sweet and hot peppers. The sandwich has a kick, but not too hot. It was very enjoyable. The fries were crispy. While visiting in STL, we stopped here for lunch. I ordered the capastrami fries, which were really good. The only downside was that the pastrami was in big chunks, not chopped, and they didn't follow my request to have the sauce on the side. It was still good. So, I now know my new hot sandwich place. I must have given off new customer vibes because as soon as I entered the staff went to action helping me with the menu. I settled on the 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch and Regular order of Fries with a bottled Lipton Sweet Tea. So much meat in the sandwich! I now know that a 4" sub and fries is plenty of food! If I get an 8", I better get chips. Seasoned well, meaty cheese, bread that was soft but held up under the juice from the meat. Fries were plentiful, cooked well with a light seasoning to them. Capriotti's Sandwich Shop was located right next to my eye doctor, so my Mom and I decided to have lunch here. The staff were friendly and the owner was front and center, in front of the register. I chose the BLT and my Mom got the Homemade Turkey. I liked my BLT and my Mom enjoyed her Homemade Turkey, but she noted that the turkey was a bit too dry for her tasting. Brought my daughter for a quick dinner and loved the food. We split a salad and some fries, and a kids grilled cheese. Salad was fresh and had a bunch of great stuff in it. I wanted a tuna sandwich from a sandwich place i haven't tried tuna before. I've been here before during a yelp event but didn't try the tuna. I came around 1:30 for lunch and it wasn't busy but steady. Staff was nice and friendly during the interaction. There was a bit of a wait but not long. I'd say about 10 minutes. Now we did order carry out in a whim around 7 PM on a Saturday after randomly searching for sandwiches We got two 10 inch subs, the cheesesteak and grilled Italian , it came out to about 34 dollars. We shared them so i ate my half of the cheesesteak immediately. I was worried because the bread was really soft but surprised because it wasn't soggy! It was well seasoned but my partner would've liked more onions especially because we didn't get mushrooms. I wasn't a fan of the Italian but my love said it was good overall. I attended the Yelp event at Capriotti's. We had a fun evening. The manager and his staff were great! It's a cute restaurant full of colorful photos of their amazing sandwiches. It's in a strip mall with plenty of parking. We got the pleasure of trying a variety of sandwiches and fries. They have some of the best French fries. I thought all of my sandwiches were delicious. My family and I ordered delivery the very next day. It was hard to pick a favorite. The Wagyu beef with Cole slaw was delicious- the beef was nice and tender and the Cole slaw was tasty. Cheese Steak sandwich was good. Their sandwich with the stuffing seemed weird so I didn't go there but the cheese steak was worth the trip.

Since I stopped by the first (but won't be last) time during a weekday lunch break, I ended up ordering pickup from the app. It was hot and ready for me when I got there. My order was the 5 inch Hot Bobbie and fries. The fries were fine, but I really didn't need them with the sheer amount of food in the smallest sandwich. This sandwich is essentially Thanksgiving in sandwich form. I've had it a couple of other places, but I'd yet to find it as a year round option here. A place that feels like home. I started coming here when I found out I was adopted and my biological dad brought me here so it's very much close to home for me. However, the location I started going to was in Nevada. Since I live in Missouri, the closest location opened up a couple years ago in Chicago and I always wanted to open up my own however too stressful for me ha ha ha ha. I was over the moon ecstatic when I saw that they opened up location in St. Louis. I have been in a couple times and the female manager is always lovely as well as the owner. I love that they always build a conversation with you. Get to know you and talk to you while you're waiting for your sandwiches. I was excited to learn that they are opening two more locations and hopefully eventually out in my area, which would be even more amazing I drove 45 minutes here just to pick up sandwiches for the Super Bowl. I mean, I feel like that's commitment. I highly recommend the Bobby I think that's their biggest seller however I'm not a fan but I'm picky. I will say however the Stromae sandwich is 1000/10 my absolute favorite I cannot recommend the sandwich enough I'm surprised by these small amount of one star reviews, but pay no attention to those. My first experience here was early last week. After a long day at work and not wanting to make the trek to the grocery store and/or prepare something when I got home, I decided to place an online pickup order for salads for my husband and I. First of all the store is immaculate; very clean, cute and inviting. The woman at the counter was very friendly and my order took only a few minutes, even though I showed up early for my pickup. Apparently, the website still shows The American and Wagu Bleu but it is no longer on the menu. That was not a problem for them and they still made it and let me know if I wanted it again, I'd have to order the base salad and add Wegu and Bleu in the notes. I thought that was very helpful and appreciated the tip. I also ordered the Balsamic Chicken salad. The American Wagu and Bleu was for my husband and looked amazing and he enjoyed it. The Balsamic Chicken was for me and I really liked it. My only complaint was there were A LOT of walnuts but that just comes down to personal preference. Both salads were delicious and very filling. After my good experience, earlier in the week, I decided to pick up a Choose any 2 for my daughter who was a bit under the weather on Saturday and, what the heck...I've got to try a sandwich and soup now, right!?! I again, placed my order online and it was packed and ready to go when I got there. I can't comment on my daughter's order (Classic Italian and tomato bisque) but she gobbled it down and said it hit the spot. I tried the Cole Turkey and broccoli cheddar soup. Yum! The Cole slaw and the Russian dressing amplified the amazing slow roasted turkey...it was so good!! The broccoli cheddar was good too. A little thinner than I'm used to but it was very good. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the service and quality of Capriotti's. It's a welcome change from some of the other places and just on another level. I recently attended a Yelp Elite event at Capriotti's in Rock Hill and went rogue by ordering the tuna sandwich because we have to be #stlouispescatarianapproved I'm happy to report that Capriotti's delivered! The tuna was perfectly creamy and the bread had a nice deli moistness with a slight crunch. The owner's passion for his deli and restaurant was infectious--he takes real pride in every sandwich. The flat potato fries were a nice twist on traditional fries. I also brought home a large wagyu steak sandwich for Daniel and I got an A+ for that. The sandwiches here are delicious. They are a bit pricey but you do get a good proportion of meat to bread. I tried the Wagyu cheesesteak and my dining partner the Bobbie. Both were very good. I loved the turkey in the Bobbie and the taste of the stuffing. On the cheesesteak there was a very nice mix of meat, pepper, onion and cheese so I got a bit of everything in each bite The fries though... I got them baked because I had a sandwich and didn't think I could eat them with topping. However, these fries were absolutely delicious. I think plain would always be my option unless they just had plain cheese fries. They are plank fries, not too big and not too small. They were absolutely tasty. The sandwiches are unique and I ended up ordering the 1/2 Chicken Philly. It was a huge sandwich for being considered a 1/2 and it was pretty good with all the fixings on there. I also got the fries which are thinly cut steak fries and they were good as well. However, total cost was 24+ bucks (wow) with a drink! Thats more than a sandwich and fries at a sit down restaurant. So excited to have this new quality deli option. Tried out their famous cheese steak and it did not disappoint! I got the "notorious " 18 inch, comes loaded with sausage,mushrooms,sweet peppers, sweet sautéed onions , provolone cheese & topped with marinara!! Now next time I will calm myself and just get the 10inch but that sandwich is legit good! I also had the 18 meatball too! Meatballs are perfect!!
