It was rich, savory, and one of those dishes where every bite gets better. We also tried the other baked oyster varieties: * Oysters Rockefeller (spinach, parmesan & provolone) * Oysters Royale (shrimp, tasso cream & provolone) * Oysters Kudzu (bacon & pimento cheese) Ranking them after the fire-grilled: Rockefeller, then Kudzu, and lastly Royale.
