That response alone was unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism from management. A staff member (who walked past us when we asked for water) came to our table acting as if she were a supervisor or manager, but it was clear she was not. Being misled like that was frustrating. When the actual manager was finally contacted, he came over already defensive, talked over us, and dismissed our concerns instead of trying to resolve them.
