    Captain D's, at 6327 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX 75043 Tues night after working 12 hours I wanted a quick meal. I ordered the 5.99 2 piece fish promo. When I arrived at the DT window I was told my total was $6.46 I gave the cashier my credit card after swiping it she told me she needed 2 pennies. I thought this was weird because I check my card and credit daily so I'm aware of my credit and card balances. I asked for a receipt and she called the manager over. He (Nathan ) asked for my card again she swiped it and gave me a receipt for $5.60 I was like this is weird. I pulled forward and checked my transactions on my cc and notice 2 pending charges. I parked went inside to talk with the mgr (Nathan ) I asked him what happened he loud talked me and said out loud (for everyone in the dining room to hear)you didn't have enough on your card to cover $6.46and your card didn't go through. He apologized jokingly stating I didn't mean to say that out loud ( but he meant it). I explained to him there's $9,000 balance on this card I'm sure there's enough. He continued to disregard me being disrespectful. I ask for the corporate office number he explained that it was a franchise and he was the contact person. I did receive a credit because I returned the fish. However never an apology. I've been going there for years because I like their food. It's seems as though there's some shady business practices going on with management and staff. I did also contact their corporate office.     Ordered 4pc chicken and this is what I got. Paid $9.68 and didn't even get a thank you. What a rip-off. Probably my last visit here!!

I just called the store and got two people who could not speak any English and understand what I was trying to tell about my order. when I asked for the young girl who was at the drive-in window who spoke English she was not available. I talked to another young lady who did not really understand what I was talking about, but then she took my name and said the next time I come up there, they would give me an extra slaw. Duh, really!!! There should be someone at this restaurant that can speak English when there is something wrong with an order. The young lady asked me did I want to drive back up there; I told her NO - I live 15 minutes away. My meal that I was really excited for become very disappointing tonight. I know it's a Friday night, but that doesn't matter where the quality wasn't right, not what I'm used to.
