When we arrived at the window there was a female who continued our service - (i do not remember her name) - she greeted us with a smile and the staff all appeared happy and really knew what they were doing. He was using a technique where he was filling each one slowly with ice and beverage so the drinks were super cool and not watered down! We were taken care of pretty quick!
