Our waitress was amazing! Most restaurants in the USA are currently understaffed. Our waitress was a superwoman! I wish I could remember her name. We went here because we wanted a seafood buffet. We got the buffet with Crab legs. It was very hot inside and there were flies constantly landing on food and table. The crab legs were small, and had a good taste but were over cooked to the point where I had to peel the shell off. You should be able to crack the shell. I couldn't eat the claws because the meat was so dry. The fried oysters were small and over cooked. The fried fish was dry, frog legs were chewy, and the crab cakes tasted like undercooked stuffing balls. Hardly any crab flavor to them. The salad bar was comprised of lettuce cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and not much more. The raw oysters were great but, after trying the other food on the bar, I was afraid to eat more than 2-3. Service was not bad, but, they wanted us to pay $2 to take the dessert that comes with the buffet home. But free if we ate it there. I mean, I paid for it, I should be able to take it. We have been here twice now (we are not from TN). We come 100% just for the all you can eat crab legs an they've been really good both times. They're constantly bringing out fresh ones steaming hot. There are other options on the buffet and the items I did have along with my crab legs were good. My friends had more extra items off the buffet than I did but we all really enjoyed everything. I like to read the reviews before I go somewhere. This place had mixed reviews so we chanced it. The experience needs to be exceptionally good or poor for me to write a review. In this case it's the latter. A good wait in line to get a table. It was a Saturday night so it wasn't unexpected. $40/adult seemed a little steep but I figured we would eat enough crab to make up for some of it. Turns out the crab was both overcooked and cold. The rest of the buffet bar was mediocre at best. If you live in the Midwest and aren't used to good seafood, this may be the place for you. However, of you like good seafood, this isn't a stop you want to make. I'm visiting for the weekend so can't make any recommendations but anywhere else has to be better. read more
