He said he could service it that same morning. I was so relieved as it was a Saturday and the only other person responding at that time couldn't do it. I wasn't able to meet him out there because I had my daughters birthday party that day. I am one that prefers to be onsite when I have someone coming to fix something but I didn't really have a choice since we had new guests coming in that afternoon. Within 20 min of giving the address Stephen was able to locate the problem and sent pictures of what was wrong. After fixing it he checked a few other things and filled it back up and sent over pictures of the finished job. He charged me for the flat service fee that was quoted and was on his way. I felt so relieved it was all taken care of and by the time our guests arrived they had a nice hot spa waiting for them. Stephen was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate hiring for any future pool or spa repairs!

They take your money then cancel same day they are supposed to come due to lack of employees? I think they just were worried they were going to meet my husband that day and he was going to give it to them as we cane home to a dirty pool. We saw them on camera. Barely took a brush or net to skim out the pool. Just a lazy bunch. I bought liquid chlorine in advance online fully expecting it to be opened but sat at in box. I never did feel comfortable or totally good about them when one hand didn't know what the other was doing. Leslie's NEVER refers decent pool companies. Last time they referred some guy who would rotate bringing his children who would run around my pool deck. And top it off I have a 9 ft. Deep pool. I really needed to worry about that liability lol.
