If you need pool work or ongoing service, I can't recommend these guys enough!! We initially had elite come out and resurface our pool (and new tile) and they did a great job. I was very pleased with their work; it was quick, priced fairly, and the worksite was kept super clean. We had never had a "pool guy" for maintenance/service, but I was so happy with their re-surface that I thought I would give them a try. I can't tell you how happy I am with that choice. The pool is always sparkling and I don't have to spend hours a month (and $$$) at the pool store buying chemicals. Sure does make the pool more enjoyable when it's ready for swimming at any moment! Been with Elite for a couple of weeks. We switched after our previous pool company was negligent with our pool chemicals. I contacted Elite for a quote and spent an entire day messaging back and forth with the owner, Damien. He personally came out twice in one day to check our chemicals and equipment and discovered our chlorinator was set way too high and our chemicals were completely out of whack. That's service! We got on the schedule and received our first service two days later. Whenever Colin comes to clean, I get an email with the chem levels, what services were done, what chemicals were added (if any), and a picture of my nice, clean pool. It's awesome! read more

The owner of this company, Damian, contacted me and attempted to bully me into changing my review. He lied to me, even though I have documentation for all of my claims. He personally agreed to terms with me, did not respond to my messages when pointing out discrepancies, left my pool in HORRIBLE, unswimmable shape, and then blamed me for it. Just the worst kind of person. His response is completely fabricated and he continues to send me invoices even though he has not serviced my pool. Crazy. I called several pool company's because our pool light wasn't working. Amazed how I never got a call back from some and how unprofessional other calls were. Damien called back and answered my questions in a way that made me feel like he was knowledgeable and capable. I called Elite pool because my 9 month old puppies chewed through one of the pipes and my pool was draining into my back yard. I didnt realize how serious it was until I received a $500 water bill!!! Elite is the BEST pool management company we have ever had, hands down!! In fact, this is one of the best run customer service companies I have dealt with in a long time. Damien is the owner. I texted him because we had been having issues with our previous pool company, with the primary problem being a pool sweep that wasn't working well. Despite being a busy season, Damien came out to see us that day. He spent about 45 minutes testing our pump and other equipment; diagnosed the problem; pointed out to us a number of areas we were not aware of; and explained everything in detail. A problem that our old company couldn't fix in over 3 weeks was taken care of in 45 minutes. We asked Damien to go over his company's service and customer care policies. We really liked what we heard, and immediately became a client. Elite's service is complete, outstanding, and very reasonably priced. In fact, despite providing the best service, they are far from being the highest priced. We have had a few weekly visits so far and our tech, Seth, has been terrific. After each visit we receive an email which lists what was performed, the chemical readings, inventory items used, like chlorine tablets, and any notes from the tech. BOTTOM LINE - our pool has never looked better!! Two other important things to note. 1. Damien and his techs believe in continuing education for their industry. They are licensed and attend ongoing clinics to stay up-to-date on industry developments in servicing, equipment, and pool structure and design. 2. Because of this, Elite is truly a pool management company. We know our pump and filter system is old and may need work or replacement in the near future. Damien went through a number of areas that can affect equipment performance; talked about some options in a step-by-step approach when needed; and explained some long-term options that will save us from overspending. Some companies might have pushed a big equipment replacement project but Damien never went in that direction. I am in the education field, and grew up in the automotive service industry. Because of that, I am very picky when it comes to customer service standards, and I put a premium on businesses that value industry education. Elite scores a 10+ out of 10 on both! Damien from Elite Pool Management really worked with my son Matt to get an improperly installed salt cell reinstalled and worked with the manufacturer of the salt cell to get a new cell body for him. The installation was done in a timely manner and now the salt cell is functioning properly again. My son also contracted with elite to do weekly chemical service for his pool so now he rely's on Elite to keep his pool water sparkling clean. I contacted Elite Pool Management through their website and had an email response within 15 minutes. Based on this and the other reviews I saw on Yelp I was hopeful. I responded around 7pm to the email asking about the costs for adding a heater to my pool. I received a response to this email before 10pm with a pretty wide range for the costs, but what seemed to be a reasonable amount. The next night I responded to this email to see about when he might be able to stop by to get a firmer quote and I haven't heard from him since. We chose Elite Pool Management to resurface our pool. From start to finish Damien's customer service was amazing! Damien replied to my first inquiry text in 7 minutes. I measured the pool perimeter for him and by 30 minutes from my first text I had a rough estimate. He was at our house a couple of days later to confirm the measurements. He also offered to show us a neighbor's pool he was resurfacing. Of the 8-10 companies I contacted, Elite was by far the most responsive and also had the lowest bid - easy decision. They worked fast: Monday: picked our new tile Thursday: old plaster chipped out Tuesday: new tile installed Thursday: new surface installed Saturday: using our pool That's less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Damien was great to work with. He's a positive, pro-active guy. The price he quoted was the price we paid - no surprises.
