I've been a long-time customer and have received excellent service over the years. Our pool has unfortunately had several hiccups since it's older and required a pump replacement and other services for maintenance. Each time I've received information, options on how to proceed, and been able to work collaboratively with the owner. We recently had to drain and have some intense cleaning done and the experience was easy and exactly as promised. He is consistent and always keeping our pool looking amazing! We had a big windy storm the other day and the Pineneedles clogged all of our lines. We had to have some major work done on our pump and Rob was very knowledgeable and informative on the priority of what needed repaired, as our system had been neglected for some time.
