I've never had a bad meal, and the service is always spot-on, with a thoughtful system that lets you signal when you need something without ever feeling rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with great music, fun events, and a family-friendly vibe that makes it easy to relax and stay awhile. Whether you're inside or enjoying the outdoor seating, it's just an all-around great experience every time. Easily a five-star spot in my book.

Our day started with a Chinese tea ceremony in the barn and then a catered lunch. About 6:30pm, the ceremony with a live music started followed by passed hors d'oeuvre, fresh oysters, and wood fired pizza. The wood fired pizza was very delicious and I enjoyed the blackened shrimp and the arancini. I tried the cider and the rosé, but they were too dry for my taste. Then at 7:45pm, we went into the reception pavilion. The menu consisted of a salad as first course, a duet plate of salmon and beef short rib for entree, and dessert. The summer citrus salmon with the multi grain pilaf was very good. After first dance, father and daughter dance, mother and son dance, and speeches, the DJ told us to step outside. After a few minutes, the sky exploded with light. It was a beautiful fireworks display from the hillside. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials in the toiletry baskets. Red Maple Vineyard offers a rustic barn and reception pavilion, massive green grounds, and a beautiful garden.

Good Night - Crispy wild shrimp with shishito

We were pleasantly surprised to see how many people were there that night, which helped contribute to the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. We started with the Tteok Bokki and Crispy Wild Shrimp with Shishito peppers. We also got the Bibimbap and the Vietnamese steak frites. The flavors throughout this meal were well developed and delicious. The Tteok Bokki was so special and cheesy and delicious. Almost like a chewy rice noodle Asian Mac and cheese vibe. The wild shrimp dish was great. The components were all great, what was super surprising was how amazing the shishito peppers were. It was the best bite of that dish, which is saying a lot. The mains were equally as good. The flavors were all there. The steak was tender and delicious. The bibimbap was so good. We happily took home our leftovers. Overall, it was a great experience. It was a good price, given how well everything was executed, and I would happily come back either just for cocktails and apps or for the full meal.

We decided on Good Night because of the diverse menu, atmosphere, and we had eaten there while in town last year. We made reservations for the eight of us consisting of six adults and two children (both kids were my two year old grand babies). Upon arrival there were approximately four other tables eating there. Music played loudly in the background and people talked and laughed equally as loud. Our server came out and took our drink order. We had the babies seated in the center of the table next to each other with their parents on each side and grandparents across from them. They were extremely well behaved and quiet. We gave them each a book. Then, we put an iPad between them while playing a movie. Soon after, the assistant manager came over to our table and told my daughter "I'm going to need you to turn that down. Thank you"', and walked away. This was a kids iPad that even at max volume is not that loud. The sound of the iPad was in no way louder than noise level of the restaurant. The iPad was actually much lower than the voices at our own table. The babies were actually leaning in to hear. At that point I knew we weren't wanted as we were a family of minorities. We were the only table of black and brown people there. We shouldn't have to say that our table consisted of an anesthesiologist, a chemist, an engineer, executives, two babies, and a teacher. We shouldn't have to say that we are a very middle class family who dine in restaurants of similar caliber (often with the babies) probably weekly; yet, have never ever been asked such a thing. So we politely put on our coats and left. On the way out we did speak to the general manager who apologized and offered us a meal at a later time which we declined

Deb and Steve were so welcoming and helpful in answering all of our questions, and their property is absolutely gorgeous. You can see the years of love and care that have gone into maintaining their house and its surrounding land over generations. One of their adorable cats even hopped along with us on our tour! While we ended up going with a different event space, closer to our ceremony site, I would recommend Stonehouse Gardens to anyone looking for a unique and rustic place to host an event, particularly if you are looking to be in the natural beauty of the outdoors. There were so many areas of the property that would have been lovely for photos, it would have been almost impossible to choose!

Our guests still talk about how great Stonehouse Gardens was for a wedding. We highly recommend Stonehouse Gardens.
