I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! From the moment we arrived, one worker is outside jumping at cars offering headlight lens restoration. Even after kindly telling him NO (more than once) he proceeds to start UNAUTHORIZED sanding/polishing, then starts judging that we should take better care of our car ‍ just to leave one of our lights half ass. powering my two amps was a self taping screw that almost caught my car on fire . i wish i could put a video to show how crappy there installation is . save ur money and take it to a better shop i'm literally have to redo everything. and the speaker wire to power the highs are so tiny they look like tweeter wire! complete garbage work. the owner needs to fire all her employees and get actual qualified people that actually care about doing a good job . i'm surprised her business is still going with the (installers!) she has she's going to close her business if she still keeps these guys. read more

I went to get a stereo upgrade on my truck, spoke to Tim who told me he was part owner of the business. Gave me in what I though was a good deal but cost me more money after all the damages. During the install they ripped my leather console, they broke my door latch, and I was missing seals. When I left the radio did not work they had to re-order a new one because I believe they sell you refurbish product. After finding out Tim has integrity issues, he kept lying and rescheduling my repairs and still he has not paid me back for my loss of time or my repairs. If you like wasting your time and getting scammed this is the place to go!!! The main guy there is named Tim and he's so shady, he tells you stuff but he doesn't tell you the whole truth so you found out later about the actual price of things. He had to order apart from my car, but then finding out about the price later I wanted to cancel the order and he said he couldn't because he doesn't do refunds and so I'm in the store arguing with him back-and-forth. All I wanted was for the lock on my door to be fixed and a CarPlay in my car and he was trying to charge me $1100 and then the Asian lady who is the owner I think tells me that I could do a refund and does cancel the order. I would not recommend at all!!!!! Even tho it's cheap tint, I left my car for a couple of hours and when I came back to pick it up I knew something was off. They took my car for a ride while I wasn't there. I know this because I just got a brand new engine in my car so I was breaking it in so I don't mess anything up, so I was watching my miles very closely lol but after I picked it up my miles were up by 50 miles!!!! And obviously my gas meter went down completely unacceptable. I went in with an affordable dash cam that was purchased online so that it may be installed. Tim was very helpful and quoted me a reasonable price , however I wanted a dash cam of better quality if I was going to pay that much for the instal. Tim helped me get financed with one of their front rear and cabin dash cams. I honestly love this purchase, this camera system even comes with an application for your device and WiFi so that you may collect license plates as well. Really enjoying this investment. You can never be to careful these days with crazy drivers/insurance. Overall my time and money was very well spent here. read more

DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY!!! - I have never written a review but felt compelled to write this one This shop was recommended to me by my mom, thus I failed to do my due diligence prior to going here and now I am paying the price. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my truck here for tint services on Sunday August 4th. I had an appointment scheduled. Upon my arrival I was rudely greeted by Tim and Edgar whom immediately told me that my appointment had been canceled. (This should have been my first red flag) I told them that I had no problem with rescheduling and coming back another day - Tim began to tell me that the only way to get it done, would be to drop off my truck and come back at a later time. I told him that I did not feel comfortable doing that and I would rather reschedule for another day. He continued to repeat that my appointment was canceled, at which point, the manager, an older Asian woman came over and asked him what the issue was. Once she was informed of the issue, she instructed Tim and Edgar to take the truck and begin installing the tint. Tim immediately changed his demeanor/attitude and began acting more professionally, Edgar went to the shop. I gave them the truck keys and they began working on the truck. They asked us to wait inside the waiting room which had a clear view of the shop through a big glass window. Once the truck was pulled in I saw the tech that was assigned opening and shoving my doors with his body with full force, to the point that the doors kept swinging back and forth long after they were opened. He then started slamming them closed. (second red flag) I immediately approached Tim, the sales manager, who was sitting at the front counter and politely asked him if he could address this with his employee and ask him not to slam/swing the doors and to be more careful. As I was talking he was rolling his eyes and had a look of disgust and annoyance the entire time. (Third red flag & I should have asked for the keys at that point) He then reluctantly fake smiled and stood up and went to "talk" to the employee. I would have spoken to the manager instead but she had already left for the day. The employee and other techs in the shop began talking smack after this. Little did they know that despite the loud music they were playing in the shop, we could hear everything they were saying through the thin glass window. "They are going to tell the Asian lady about the truck." to which the tech replied "I don't give a fuck." The tech continued to slam the doors with full force, at which point my partner stood up and went to the shop to ask him to stop. They were also told that we could hear everything they had been saying through the window at which point every one in the shop got red and quiet. Tim then walked over from the other side of the building, where he was sitting in the shade with his face buried in his phone, to let us know that the employee had not been slamming the doors. We let him know that it would be impossible for him to know, since he was more preoccupied with being on his phone than supervising his employees and we were watching the entire time through the window. We asked for the employee's name and Tim stated that he did not know it, despite being the supervisor on duty. My vehicle was returned to me with scratches and dents and the leather on the door was melted. The tint job is less than satisfactory. A 5 year old could have done a better job. The tint is full of bubbles, scratches, scrapes, finger prints, and is overlapping in some places and doesn't fully cover the windows on others. I took the truck back the very next day, August 5th, to show the owner in person and was told she was not available. We went back August 6th & 7th to see if she was in and was told by Tim that she was not in and he didn't know when she would be back. I have been trying to get a hold of the shop owner and have been getting the run around by Tim. I will be taking them to court for damages if I do not hear back from the owner by the end of the week. If you want a headache, this is the best place to take your car. After doing the tint they never bothered to wipe from the inside. It looked all foggy(milky). If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. It took around 3 and a half hours for my system to get installed just for my hood latch to be broken because the technician slammed my hood. Because of that my hood popped up in the middle of the freeway an hour after leaving the shop. The lady in the front had terrible customer service and Tim the sales manager guaranteed me everything was going to smoothly just for the technician to tell me I needed to buy an amp in order for everything to work. All in all it was the worst experience ever. It was overpriced for tacky work. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Today I went to get my windows tinted an Appointment that I did two weeks ago And when I went and I said I'm here for my appointment he said I don't have you on the books and I said well you personally scheduled me. He replied, oh but you're 23 minutes late (raising his voice at me). how are you gonna tell me I'm 23 minutes late if you didn't even have me on the books?! I then asked for my $30 deposit, he raised his voice at me again and said no, I only do store credit! Again it is only $30, but they can keep it since they need it that desperately! So I have an 07 Truck...with rear back up camera, and Bluetooth. My camera was working fine, but the Bluetooth wasn't working. So brought it in to this stereo shop to have them check it out. The guy at the was a skinny tall, I think he was middle eastern. Young guy...had a (I think I'm slick attitude.) But I ignored it. I had to get this problem fixed. Anyways...they opened up dash and the guy told not only does the Bluetooth wasnt working now my back up camera doesn't work either. I was what like wtf? I explained to him that my back up camera was working fine when I pulled up to his shop He rudely told me, " well it's not working now". Then he told ,"so you need to replace both the Bluetooth and the backup camera". I told him I didn't have the money to replace both. So we started to argue. I got so mad just told him to put my truck back together. So I drove home without Bluetooth or a back up camera now. Lol...trust me I know everyone ain't doing too good because of the pandemic etc. But this store use to be the bomb back in the day. I went to get my windows I tinted at 10 am, they didn't finish until 4:00, at first they told me 3 hours when I went at 1 they told me the ONE GUY they had came in late and didn't start my car until 12 and I would have to wait until they were done. I had my child with me and I had gone grocery shopping and had 3 heavy bags with me and I had to wait an additional 3 hours with a child and grocery bags. They were rude to my and my child giving us ride looks and being very snobby. There was roaches on the walls and the inside had a foul odor. Me nor my child had lunch that day and we did not end up getting home until 5:30 and we only had a milkshake in the early morning and some water on the day. Had an appointment at 12:30, second appointment that I make and they are unable to finish my car because of a "high volume" of cars excuse. No phone call was made to inform me on the status of the car, when I called no one picked up. Other cars were getting tint that were not there when I dropped of my car. Picked up my car at 5pm to the excuse that they wouldn't be able to get to it and to reschedule the appointment. I had two cars previously done here in the past and service was great. While also recommending this shop to others multiple times. This was three years ago, obviously service has diminished quite a bit. Sad to say I will no longer recommend family, friend, or colleagues to this shop. True definition of lack of professionalism. I've taken so many cars here for tint over the years. They do a great job, they have a lifetime warranty that I've only had to use once for one window. They've always been fair and consistent with me, IN THE PAST. Choi (whom I've never dealt with before) answered the phone Monday. She told me to bring the car by to be looked at for an estimate. So I brought it by. She gives me an estimate of $240 for the whole car. Prices have increased, but they're a business so I get it. She tells me they can't do it till Wednesday. We work out a situation to drop the car off Tuesday, and decide on pickup at 2pm Wednesday **Note this is already 3 interactions with her before pickup** Wednesday comes and 2:07 I get a call from her, I'm pulling into the parking lot so I don't answer, by 2:09 I'm talking to her and she's telling me if I didn't bring cash she's charging me an additional $25 for tax. We go back and forth, I even bring the receipt from my other car to show that in all the years I've come there, they've NEVER done this. She stands her ground and charges me $265. She knew calling that late would result in me having to pay. We had several interactions prior to that she could have mentioned it and she did not. I feel cheated to say the least. I would not recommend this place to anyone. After just getting my front tints done, i noticed that there were stratches on the windows. So i went back to let them know and they argued for a moment that it was my car that was stratched, but my car was only 5 days old. So they finally agreed to redo the tint. After a day, i looked at my window again and there were stratches again but in a different area and it was bubbling a bit in certain areas AND I guess when they were spraying some liquid cleaner to clean the window, they didnt bother to wipe it off my side panel door and now it seemed into my door fabric which now looks like sweat stains on the door. Super pissed about the experience. Now i have to get my doors cleaned and go to another tint place to get it properly done. -update: Went to a new tint place and they took off the film and told me that car audio depot had stratched my window itself when putting on the tint..... wtf... read more
