I've used quantum mechanics twice now over the last six months. The first time I went to them was for a pre-purchased inspection on a BMW and I was really impressed at the level of care and the amount of time it took to explain everything the car would need in the event that I did purchase it. I ended up not purchasing that vehicle and keeping my Lincoln aviator that I've had for a while now. A couple weeks ago the radiator on my Lincoln aviator started leaking quite badly and after a failed attempt with some stop leak I decided to purchase the radiator and thermostat from AutoZone thinking I would do the job myself and ended up running out of time. I called up quantum mechanics and they quoted me a price over the phone for the labor that was more than fair and ended up getting my car in that same day and started working on it. Long story short they did a great job I haven't had any issues since I picked up the car and I feel like in the event that I did they would stand up for their work and will take care of me as they have in the past. These guys are fantastic. It's a small shop in the corner of an industrial plaza, but they really came through for me. The owners work the floor and are very friendly, knowledgeable, and were very honest and helpful. They showed me exactly what was wrong, explained how they were going to fix it, and gave me a great price upfront. I had an emergency and needed to drive up north but I needed my 70k mile service and my truck was making a weird ticking sound, AND brakes. Not only did they have my truck back the same day, they fixed everything! It drove like the day I bought it! I have never had good luck with car repair places, and am thrilled to have found such an honest, courteous, and efficient repair service! I had my car dropped off after hours from a tow truck after a breakdown. Luis texted me from his personal cell to ensure I was informed and aware of the repair status every step of the way. After repairing the major issue the car was still overheating, and a larger concern was definitely a possibility. My radiator was cracked from a combination of built up pressure from a bad relay and leaks, and needed replacing. It was taken care of quickly and efficiently and the service and general character and integrity these guys put into their work and customer service is unmatched in LA county. All repairs were discussed over the phone and estimates sent to email. After testing my water pump to diagnose the overheating still occurring Luis discovered the bad relay.
