    I had an excellent experience at Car Central in Milford. Because I have a disability affecting my legs, I needed to see several different cars, and Gabe, our salesman, was very helpful. Car Central was the only used car dealer that had what I needed to see in one location. I found a Nissan Frontier that was perfect for my needs. All in all my experience was excellent.

    Think carefully before buying a car from this store, this store doesn't even deserve one star but I'm forced to give it one, my story at this store was like this. I went to this used car dealership to buy a car for work. I bought it in cash but left with a debt of almost 10k because they charged me very high fees. They made me buy a $2500 warranty. I didn't want to buy it because this warranty didn't cover all the parts. They said I had to buy the warranty and they lied, saying the warranty covered all the parts of the car. To top it off, the car came with several problems, with the air conditioning and the compressor. I went to the dealership more than 4 times to get it repaired, but the car was released to me with the same problems. They replaced the parts but I had to pay because the warranty they sold me didn't cover the parts. And the last time I went to the dealership, the day after I was going to work, my car had a problem with the compressor, a problem that they were supposed to have fixed. My car stopped in the middle of the road because the compressor locked up and caused the engine to overheat, leaving me there for almost 7 hours in the middle of nowhere. I called the dealership to ask for assistance and They were rude to me, they said that I would not receive my car for repairs, they said that this problem was mine because I had bought a used car from them and since then I have spent more than 3k on a car that I have driven less than 5,000 miles since the day I bought it because I am afraid that the car will present new problems. The car was for 19,000 I paid cash 18,300 and they made me finance almost 10k in fees and a warranty that I can never use. All of this was my mistake because I saw them deceive me, lie to me about the car and even so I bought it and signed to buy it, a mistake that I will never make again in my life.

    they will try to rip you off stay away! They added so many fees on top of the advertised price. I left will never come back!

    My experience with Executive Honda was really disappointing…read more I called to inquire about a specific vehicle listed on their website. The sales associate (Amber) was nice & forthrite, confirming the vehicle was available & answering all of my questions. The interaction left me feeling positive about this dealership, so I requested an appointment to see that specific car. They confirmed my appointment via text multiple times. The morning of the appointment (that's today!) I decided to text that same number to confirm that the vehicle was still there, as the drive to this dealership is almost 2 hours from my home. They responded & told me that the vehicle was sold, but I should take a look at their other options & let them know which I was interested in so they could have them ready for my appointment. I never showed any interest in their other vehicles. I was very clear that there was one single car I wanted to see, & so that's the car I made an appointment to see. They sold the car & were never going to tell me. They were going to let me drive 2 hours one way to find out the car was gone. That's a really dodgy business practice. Not only will I not be buying a vehicle from a dealership willing to waste my time like this, I'll definitely be advising other people to stay away as well. Amber was a good sales associate & I wish she worked elsewhere.
