Wow, wow and more WOWWWWW!…read more Okay y'all -- when I say Riley is God sent, I mean Riley is GOD sent. God always gives me the best!!! So listen... I wanted PINK rims. Yaaasss, I did. I didn't even know powder coating was an option until ChatGPT LOL. I started looking around and talking to a few people, but when I spoke to Riley? He was just super present. Chill. Authentic. So easy to talk to about what I was looking for. He shared how passionate he is about his work and that he's a "one-man shop" who takes his time to make sure everything is done right. Honestly? He won me at hello. He asked about the colors I was thinking about, and we bounced ideas around until he went to check the color options he had in mind. And when I say love at first color... I mean LOVE at first color when I saw the sample he prepared for me. He was super engaging, answered all my questions, and was beyond patient the entire time. I dropped my car off Sunday night so I wouldn't have to deal with Monday morning. He told me it would be done by Wednesday at the latest -- and whaaat??!! He had it done by Tuesday! I was so nervous, y'all. In my head I'm like, "Girl... what were you thinking?!" hoping it would turn out how I envisioned. I've never left my car with anyone outside of a shop before. But he reassured me the whole way through. He said his customers' cars are his priority -- and I believed him. And when I say this was BEYOND what I hoped or imagined... it was BEYOND what I hoped or even imagined. WOOOOW. Praise God!!!! The color. The look. The shine. Everything is just perfect. If you're thinking about getting your rims powder coated -- or ANY service with Riley -- he is the man. Don't even think twice. He's the real deal and a true artist. Thank you RILEYYYYYYYYYY. I praise God for you... and my beautiful, beautiful rims Perfect Experience!!! To God be the glory!!!

I went to Riley after having a bad experience with another powder coat business pulling an no show even though we had a scheduled appointment. Not all companies are the same, RAD took care knowing that my car was down. They were able to get me back on the road in a matter of days and did an amazing job as well. My car turned out better than expected due to Rileys diligence. I can't stress enough that if you're a true car fanatic and want someone with an attention to detail for your 4 wheeled significant other, Riley is the man you need to see.

I don't usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it…read more I recently visited Wheel Specialists, Inc., and had the opportunity to work with Gary, the General Manager. What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It's very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you're looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it. And if you get the chance to work with Gary, you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about.

I took my vehicle to Discount Tire to get four new tires. The young attendant stripped my locknut…read morekey by using a torque gun instead of a hand socket wrench. Discount Tire said there was nothing they could do, leaving me without a resolution on how to get the wheel off. The Lincoln dealership also couldn't assist, and I was sent to four different locations across the valley, including some specialists, but none were successful. Some attempted unsuccessfully, while others suggested welding off the bolts, with no guarantee of the cost or damage. After exhausting every resource in the area over a week, I contacted a friend who owns CMH Auto in Niagara. Phil found the situation ridiculous and offered to help, but it meant driving four days with three worn tires with 55,000 miles on them, a risk I couldn't take. As a last resort, teary-eyed, I pleaded with the service manager, Dave Sleater, at Wheel Specialists to see what he could do. He asked me to leave it with him, and my wife and I took an Uber home. Within the hour, he called to say it was done, and the relief I felt was incredible. After a week of frustration, I finally found my savior. When I went to pick up the vehicle and expressed my gratitude to Dave, I noticed his two cut knuckles. He said he did the work himself--it wasn't easy, going through four sockets and scraping his knuckles a few times. I've never experienced such incredible service and felt such elation because someone had the heart to help someone in dire straits. I am forever grateful.
