There's no communication no accountability no recalls on my model and no rust on my aluminum like he told my family member,,, half of my truck is fiberglass Ryan,,,, in this case I cannot say don't quit your day job,,, you robbed me 5k worth of truck and I am going to have my day in court for all of my property you have destroyed. When the car was put on the lift, they said I needed suspension replaced and rear shocks replaced. I had them replace the shocks for $200. I had another garage replace the suspension. The garage also told me that the "new" shocks were leaking oil. I went back to E & M to complain. They said the shocks were not leaking and were "fine." I brought the car to another 2 garages and both said the shocks were indeed leaking. I had the garage replace them. I went back today for a refund of my $200 but was told I would have to wait for the "manager" because he had the key to the cash register. A "mechanic" told me to wait or return. I told him I live 45 minutes away and wouldn't wait for the manager to mosey over. Hard to believe that no one else had access to the register. All I can say is that E & M Doctors should be charged with malpractice.

There is almost no company or business I can think of that is better at customer service. If I was to right a dissertation on a PHD for "What makes a small business great" it would be about these guys. 1. They never lie to me. I trust them so much that I literally tell them "yes" to anything they say needs to be done to my car. This is due to them building up trust with me over the years to where I don't need to think about if they are trying to rip me off or not. They can see this review, so next time they see me, they COULD rip me off but I know they won't. 2. The customer service skills - they always seem to remember who I am the moment I say my name, even if I have not talked to them in over a year. Now, look at the attached picture. They literally filled out my mail-in-rebate for the tires I got from them. They even included the stamp!! They didn't have to do it, but they offered it without me asking and took care of it for me. 3. Loyalty. Read the other reviews on here. There is one guy who says he drives from Des Moines, IA because he refuses to go anywhere else. That's what it means to be loyal to a business. In Summary - there's no one better out there to work on your car. If you don't go here, it's your loss.

So the car's "new" battery is dead now and Syed says he is not able able to hire a tow truck driver... or so he says and cant tow the car 2 miles in... but gives me a card to someone else. Gonzalez Go... and this guy jumps the battery says its not holding a charge even though the alternator is feeding it. Kicker this referral tow guy says we owe him $80 for the jump... and then says he'll cut it to $40 for cash and that he normally charges $120 in the winter. Uhhm wait a sec. Wilke should be paying for the charge or tow to fix what they charged $1466 for... the car was driven 3 days ago. So I call Wilke who has been dodging my Mom's calls and ignored the 3-4 messages left over 2 days. So Gonzalez Go blocks the driveway and says hes not leaving until he gets $40. I get a receipt from this character to get reimbursement from Wilke before my mom says she doesnt have cash and says follow her to Wilke... which this guy seems reluctant to do... and says he has appts to get to... but sits there trying to extort $40 for 20min. The car stops running as I am yelling at Wilke on the phone and Gonzalez seems to notice and says never mind and takes.off. WTAF ... update as of Oct. They fixed the after two weeks of leaving it there... and tried to charge for it. Yeah right. How new is this battery... ?

Let me tell you things have changed! We were warmly greeted when we came in. We were treated very well by the salesman, Mike. He made us a very good offer on a new 2025 Lexus 350 ES and basically gave us a two for one price for interior and interior and exterior protection. The finance manager gave us a nice discount on the extended warranty as well. Maintenance is free for the first year too. The facility is spacious, bright and airy and offers compliant snacks and beverages while you are waiting. I've been there a few times since purchasing for the first maintenance visit and compliant car washed and have been treated very well. I recommend this dealership.

Buyer Beware Would…read morenot recommend this dealership at all. They sold me a used car with multiple issues after proclaiming 'we don't sell cars with issues'. Took 6 trips back to the dealership to fix one of them and now I am looking at minimum a $1k repair for 3 rust holes in the exhaust that nobody mentioned and was not on the Carfax or dealership records. I have only owned the car for under 2 months. Not to mention how much I spent in gas and tolls after telling anyone that would listen that I live an hour away and coming back to the dealership is less than convenient. I received no compensation because nobody can be bothered to answer the phone to communicate with customers. It was a fight to get all the paperwork I signed on day of purchase and I still have not received all of it. The lack of communication is mind boggling. I talked to the sales manager, dealership manager, and service manager and was told something different each time. Nobody can communicate properly and it shows. I would go literally anywhere else in Schaumburg for a vehicle. Don't be fooled by the 'luxury' of it being a Lexus dealership, they will sell you a car and tell you to kick rocks afterwards.
