I called Portland Car Transport believing they were in Portland because I wanted a local company to do the pickup. It turns out that it was a call center which played into the unpleasant experience. The agents were rude. I had to call back several times over three days for them to finally send me a quote. By the time they got it to us we had to make other arrangements.
