My experience at Car n Bike Moto was hands down the best I've ever had at any sort of automotive body shop. It wasn't just the timely, quality service (which is amazing), but what makes this place truly special is the owner Alfredo. About 3 and a half months ago I got into an accident that rendered my car unable to drive. My transmission was gutted, as well as bunch of other cosmetic issues like the bumper, side panels, etc, in other words it was just a complete and total mess. I happened to be in Vallejo at the time of the accident, and stumbled upon Alfredo's shop by pure chance. But man am I glad I found his shop! Not only did Alfredo and his team at Car n Bike Moto fix all the issues due to the accident, he went out of his way to fix things that weren't even related to the accident. My car literally looks brand new, since getting it back I've received so many compliments from friends, family, even strangers who think my car is NEW! This accident completely shaped my year, and was one of the most stressful times of my life. Without divulging too much personal info, I'm a broke college student, who relies on their car for pretty much everything. Alfredo reassured me from the very beginning that he'd work with me and my financial situation, and then went above and beyond to make my car good as new. The whole process he was honest, transparent, communicative, and KIND! What you've come across here is literally a one-stop garage. I live in San Francisco and I take my car all the way here to get it serviced. That's how much Alvin and Chris can be trusted at knowing how to work on anything with wheels. Last time I was here I had brought in my car for a little more than a regular service. In about 2 hours my car was off the lift with new brake rotors and pads with a full brake bleed. The factory shocks on my car had blown, so I had purchased replacement parts for it and they had those mounted, replacing all the necessary bushings as well. By the time I got back to the shop my car was already parked outside. I had purchased the parts prior to driving over but that backfired on me as they can order parts for you at possibly the same cost or even lower than you would get them for yourself. Oh and did I mention that I also got an oil change? They could probably knock that one out before you finish ordering your lunch from the Popeye's down the street. All of that was going on while they had another vehicle getting a differential fluid change (which is a pain in the neck) and in the background one of their lead paint guys was priming a late-model M3 for a fresh coat of pearl white. When I said this place was a one-stop-shop for your car (or bike - I don't have one yet), I meant it. These guys mean business and they know the good practice of it. Their attention to detail is so extreme, they'll torque-wrench your lug nuts. You won't usually find a shop that will do that anymore. read more

I went to this shop based on the stellar reviews. I walked in and appreciated how neat and organized the shop was. I looked into the office and saw no one there. I noticed one person towards the back of the shop texting on his phone while there was music blaring in the shop. I attempted to say hello a couple of times, to no avail because I could not be heard over the music. I finally had to shout out "hello". The person texting turned to look at me and did not say a word, only tilted his head with a look of "what do you want" - no smile, no mention of "how can I help you?". I asked him if there was someone I could speak with in regards to work I wanted done on my car. He just pointed towards a wall which left me confused. Finally another person came out and he too, gave me a look, from my perception, as if I was inconveniencing him. He approached me and also didn't offer a word of assistance. I was the first to speak up and inquired if there was someone who could assist me. He looked at the clock and mentioned that the owner wasn't in and that he would return in a few hours. I thanked him for his time and left disappointed. The workmanship might be stellar but the customer service I experienced was below par! I am writing this as a courtesy to the owner, so he is aware of what occurred and hopefully will prevent this from happening to other potential customers. read more

I was in need of a shop to help install some oversized fender flares PROPERLY. After a car backed into my drivers side door and rear quarter panel of my Miata I had to find a place that I would trust with my car. I wasn't going to bring it to any old auto body repair shop so I did some research as well as asked around to see if anyone could recommend a place. I went to check out a few shops but I didn't feel comfortable bringing my car to any of them, luckily my buddy referred me to Car N Bike Moto, so I decided to stop by the shop and check out the whole operation. I don't know about you guys, but first impressions mean a lot to me. When I first stepped into the shop it was super clean and tidy, which was a big plus in my book. All of the previous shops I have visited were just grimy, cluttered, and not organized, so I am just not used to seeing clean body shops. One of the owners, Alfredo was at the shop so I talked to him about what I need done with the car. He was very helpful and told me exactly what needed to be done. After talking to Alfredo I could tell that him and his team never do half ass jobs and every job has to be done perfectly or not at all. For example, AAA did not want to pay extra to have the trunk lid blended in with the rear quarter panel... Alfredo was not happy with this decision so he told me that he would paint the trunk lid on the house just because he knew it would not look good if the paint was not blended. I knew right there my car was in good hands and my worries of them doing a good job went away. When I picked up my car, I could not believe that was the car I brought in! They have exceeded my expectations! All of the panels fit spot on, paint was excellent... flawless. Would I take my car back to them again? HELL YES!! I would recommend everyone to them!
