They asked for $65 to install a new tubeless tire (that I pre-purchased) onto a loose wheel. They also said I should have left the wheel installed on the scooter (translation: if you gave us more work to do then this price would seem more reasonable). They seem to charge per (made-up?) job and not per hour which is out of line with what's quoted on the website. I went home and massaged the tire onto the wheel with my bare hands, fueled by the frustration of this injustice read more

Terrible service. I don't even wanna give any star . I just lost my money there. I went to get fix my scooter because the back tire was flat and the employee asked me if i wanted to replace the tube or the tire I said replace the tires both of them. They only had one in the store and decided to change the back tire and replace the tube for the front one. It took an hour. I took my scooter and put in my car and left it at home. Next day when I wanted to use my scooter the front tire was flat so I went back to the shop and explained to the employee the situation. The answer I got was that I have to pay again if I wanted to get it fixed because they don't know if I used the scooter or not, that's insane. I needed a tire for an ADA knee scooter and wanted to purchase it locally. I found them online for 15 dollars. Tiger Scooter wanted to charge me 70 dollars with a 50 dollar installation fee. It requires one bolt to remove and repair. After explaining I just had surgery and couldn't walk without it the clerk proceeded to tell me that's the only way he can make money. I understand shopping locally will cost more. 100 percent markup is unacceptable. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give a zero star rating read more

My Segway ES4 needed a new airless front tire. In the bay area there are no scooter repair places as focus is on the motorized bikes. Easy check in and fair pricing. Will be back for future scooter repairs in the future. read more

It's very obvious by personal experience and previous reviews that the goal of this business is to get as much money out of you as possible.. My husband brought our electric scooter here because the back tire of our scooter isn't sitting on the rim properly, causing it to leak air. They wouldn't repair our tire, which would be an easy fix. Instead they wanted to sell us a brand new tire for $150+. The guy was extremely rude saying he isn't going to waste his time when they have better things to do? I guess we weren't a big enough money sign for them and they pretty much told us to screw off and go fill it up at a gas station. WE HAVE TRIED THAT. That isn't the problem. We just needed help getting the tire to sit properly on the rim, that way we could actually get it filled up. Wouldn't recommend these pricks and will be taking our business elsewhere. My segway ninebot scooter broke, so I called up these guys to see if they could fix it. They said they could, so I brought it over. They charged me 80 bucks for diagnostics, and then *after* charging, inform me it could take up to a week. A week? I thought it'd be a single day! My scooter is my main mode of transportation around the city, so having it broken for extended periods is a MAJOR pain. But given I already dropped $80, it looked like I didn't have much choice 3 days later, they call me back, saying "well, we looked at it, and it's either piece A or piece B. We think A, so we're going to order the parts for it." Already I'm a little alarmed. What took so long? How much longer is it going to take? They keep on telling me "we're the only shop who can do scooter repairs." I'm pretty sure that's not true, but given I've already spent $80 and it's too much of a pain to go pick up, I let it slide. Anyways, I waited. 5 more days pass. Remember, every day is an eternity since it's the only way I get around. I get another call. "Yep, we got the pieces, it'll be another day or two and then we should have it fixed." Great, I mean, it did take a long time, but great. They call me the NEXT day - "sooo... we tested it... and yeah, it doesn't work, even with the fixed A." It's been over a week at this point. I ask "so did you order piece B?" Answer: "Nope, we would have been out $300 if we were wrong!" So instead you just make your customers wait another week? You don't think *any* other scooter you're going to repair, *ever*, will need a piece B? "We are primarily a vespa repair shop." THEN WHY DID YOU SAY YOU'D REPAIR MY SCOOTER? And why did you take my money? Dear lord. I got fed up and picked it up unfixed. I brought it to PEV Works, also in SF. As expected for competent repairmen, they were entirely able to fix it in a single day. Cherry on top? They let me know that neither the A piece nor the B piece was broken, it was actually an entirely unrelated piece that Tiger scooter repair apparently had no idea about. Tiger could have wasted weeks more of my time had I not given up on them. Goodness. What a waste of $80. TL;DR: Charged me a lot of money, made me wait forever, never would have fixed my scooter anyways. There are much better options for scooter repair in the city. read more

I was very happy with the service here. I got a flat on my E-Scooter, and they fixed it, no problem. They even gave me the option to bring in my own tube and tire to save money on parts. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong kind of tire. The tire was the right size. However, it wasn't wide enough. The guy was nice enough to show me where I can order the right tire on Amazon for next time. This time, I bought their tube and tire. Both times I went there to drop off and pick up, I was 5 minutes late, and they were still nice enough to see me. I'm going here for all my scooter repairs. read more

Check me out, I don't write fluff reviews. These guys are worthy of a great review. They have fixed my HiBoy Titan Pro twice. I went to another repair shop for my first problem and paid 3x what I paid to fix it right at Tiger. I'm wheelchair-bound but can transfer to this scooter - it is my lifeline. Hard to understand unless you stand in a person's shoes that can't leave without some device. I had yet another potential flat and these guys suggested moving to a solid tire. I had read it was a total PITA to put one of these wide tires on the Titan Pro, so I had never considered it. Anyway, after knowing this was my mobility vehicle these guys put two solid tires on for me today (Saturday) in just two hours. They are very fair with pricing and a hell of a lot cheaper than my previous vendor. I love the tires and I love these guys. They saved my weekend/week. read more

These guys have been my go-to mechanic ever since I bought my bike 5 years ago. Not only have they been able to figure out what's gone wrong and get it fixed straight away, but they've also been an incredible resource. Whenever I've called them up to ask for advice, they've generous with their time and their knowledge. My Sym hd 200 had gotten hit while parked and sustained cosmetic damage to the front tire fender, left directional and side panel. Chris supposedly ordered the parts after I brought my scooter to the TL for him to assess it. He took pics and ordered parts. MONTHS later he got the parts and figured out he ordered the wrong color, seriously. I waited again and almost a month after that he called to say 'they didn't have the parts' . He accepted the check from the guy who hit my scooter for over thousand dollars and he replaced the new blinker and a brake handle and put it on my scooter. He gave me a refund check for 300. Poor service all around and an incredibly long wait. PS- never wore a mask once when I was scheduled to meet him. read more

The chain came off and the pull cord wouldn't pull. We took it back but he wanted to charge us to repair the faulty lemon scooter he sold us. They do shady business. Cash only and no paperwork. A few months ago, I accidentally short circuit my off road scooter and the battery went to dead, and lost the battery charger next day I purchased a charger amazon 36 vlts and it didn't work. I went to his shop looking for a charger and the owner told me that he could sell me one of the proper voltage which it was 52 bolts so I got over there if you put the charger the red light went on and I went to the ATM to get some money but the time I got back my scooter was in another place and the charger was put away so when I asked him for the charger he gave me a charger very quick because he was busy I went home plugged the charger and it didn't work , thinking that maybe it was my scooter that didn't work I left it like that for 2 months until 2 weeks ago I'll look into the charger and he accidentally gave me a 46 volt charger . I asked my friends charger to let me use his charger which is a 52 bolts and the scooter charged and work fine. I over paid $80 for a charger that it's cost less than $20 and the owner Is not man enough to accept part of guilt in this matter and give me a 52 vlts charger that I have previously agreed to pay for.​ read more

Took my scooter in twice for different repairs and they treated me great and do an awesome job. They are my go to for all my scooter needs.

I have the up date as follows , after brining the scooter back it took 1 1/2 weeks, I then called and Chris said, come get it, he replaced the outside battery and cid unit, not charging me for the parts.
