Car Spa on Stacy is the biggest joke! What a rip off!! I paid for a Platinum Detail and they did not even wipe down most the exterior and any of the interior! I went back 3 times and they helped for like one minute and then had me do it all myself! Still I only have 1/2 of the interior windshield wiped. They didn't even apologize. It took 3 1/2 hours of my day!! And oh yeah!! They lost my keys for an hour with the car running! I've never had such a bad experience anywhere!! read more

Car Spa scratched my car. This is the first time I've done a touch, rather than a touch free, wash. Additionally, I only do car washes, not hand washes at home. I would not have been the one to scratch this car. When I raised the issue to the car wash's manager, he immediately tried to prove that his car wash could not have scratched the car. Once he connected me with Bruce, his boss, Bruce was similarly defensive and claimed the car wash could not have scratched the car. Bruce asked me to prove that the car wash scratched the car. It's impossible to prove this. His standard of proof seems to be that I needed a time stamped photo of the car immediately before entering the car wash, displaying the exact part of the car that was then scratched. Obviously nobody does this. I hate being *that* customer. But my car previously had a couple scratches, and now it has 1000s of tiny ones, and I have no recourse otherwise. After getting my Turn ; i realized that they do not even use common sense and clean obviously looking areas . Water , dust and fluid every corner with not proper cleaning or wiping This is not only inside but also outside ; i have shared some pictures with this review . Also for full cleaning ; one person is allocated to take care of your vehicle which is more than 4 hours of waiting . This place spoils me so much. I come up to Allen weekly to train my dogs. This gives me a place to relax and reboot before driving home. The machines all work, especially the bar code reader. The restroom is clean as is the waiting area. Nice comfortable chairs I get to wait in a comfortable climate while they clean off the dirt I picked up driving in the country. read more

The vacuum job was terrible, there were still so many bug guts left on the grill and windshield, the wheels and wells weren't cleaned, and there was still dirt along all the bends/recesses of the body. The best place to get my car washed in Allen is Car Spa on Stacy Road! My car looks new when I leave Car Spa. The managers and staff are incredibly observant to detail. I won't go anywhere else! (Especially to the place East if 75 on Stacy Road... they posted signs limiting your time at the vacuums to 5 mins!! lol I have kids in my car... I couldn't vacuum it properly in 5 days! So we drove over to Allen which is actually a few cities over to get my brand new (to me) SUV's interior detailed, leather cleaned and conditioned, exterior washed, etc... Keep in mind that this was around $150. We were told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to do. No problem. We went in and sat down and less than 45 minutes later, they came in and said that it was completed. Well, you can just imagine - it was still REAL dirty. I began to wonder if the majority of the workers had vision issues. I called a young man over by the name of "Michael" and explained that the vehicle was NOT clean and showed him my areas of concern. He said, "No worries, I'll take care of it for you". He called the employees back over and the process started again. He was fantastic and this company should hire about 20 more just like him. When they finished the 2nd time, it didn't look too shabby until the next day when we were better able to see it in the light. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned. The 3rd row looked untouched. The back of the side mirrors still had bug pieces and parts and the vacuum job wasn't through. After spending that kind of money with that kind of result, I think I'll save my money and do it myself next time. The only reason I didn't was because I had recently had surgery. read more

Car Spa in Allen has to be my new favorite car wash! Although they are not new, and not so new to me, they are my now #1 go-to car wash. Service like they provide isn't all-too common nowadays. They really are hands-down awesome at getting you the best deal to get your car as clean as you like. On more than one occasion, they have saved the day with a very messy situation in my car. The guys that work there are so incredibly nice, detailed, fun, honest and just downright good people. They want your car clean just as much as you do and they'll work hard to make sure it is spotless for you. I am super picky when it comes to a clean car; likely a car wash's worst nightmare! These guys get it right every time and their management has been given flexibility to work with customers in a way the customer feels the win/win each visit - getting a great deal on a super clean detail, every time. One of the managers, Michael, has gone above & beyond every time I've had my car detailed here. He is such a positive person to be around and makes everything shine & look pretty! He went out of his way to even correct another Car Spa's mistake. He's the kind of employee every owner/manager wants to have leading their teams/organization. A genuine person with loads of character, always going the extra step, just because that's who IS! You don't teach Michael's skill-sets in college prep courses, read up on it in an employee handbook or even get a special training session in Week 1 or 52 in any on the job orientation. After having my first experience with Car Spa Allen, i must say i was very underwhelmed to say the least. Its really sad because this place is close to home so i was hoping to be frequenter. When i came to my car i had some strange water in my coin holder that wasn't there to begin with, i politely asked for them to clean it and thats what alerted me to really inspect the job they did. Their was still dirt and dust inside the cup holders, between the seats, on the doors. the trunk looked like they didn't even touch it. Very unhappy about the quality of service. I had Car Spa on Stacy detail my car in 2019 and I was very impressed. I left it with them and it was perfect when I came to pick it up. On 7/15/21, I took another car in for a $179.98 detailing. I dropped it off at 9am hoping that an early start would find the crew fresh and I would get another great job. It didn't work out that way. At 3pm, I called and it was "almost ready". I drove by at 4pm and it was in the detailing bay and being worked on. At 5pm, I parked at the gas station next door. I could see my car with no one working on it for the next 10 minutes or so. A polishing buffer for the right headlight was laying by the right front headlight but no one was working on it. I called Car Spa and asked about the car. The lady said she would check. She came back and said it was ready. I went in and paid. The right headlight was obviously only half polished and the left headlight was poorly polished. The front bumper cover had been waxed but not polished. The wheels were still brown from brake dust. I then spoke with Allen, the manager on duty. He agreed that the bumper cover had not been polished. He said that the tech told him the right headlight was the best he could do but Allen could do better. I returned at closing time and found the bumper cover polished, the headlights much better but still cloudy along the edges and the wheels clean. So, I ended up with a decent job but pretty miffed from the hassle. I feel that Car Spa (Allen) could have been more upfront regarding the car and knew that the car was not ready when they said that it was. read more

Broke my 2020 camaro taillight, no damage prior to going into the wash. When I made the clam I had to come out multiple days to "examine" my car just to get a phone call saying they can't prove that it happened in the wash and they can't prove that it didn't. So they will not fix it. 2nd off, I bought there $50 membership to get my inside detailed. Every time I went up to get it cleaned I hated it. Windows still where dirty with sticky stuff still on my door every time. I have canceled my membership and I hope y'all don't get one. They could care less about the outside or inside. perverted workers. i'm not a karen and i have genuinely never made a review in my life but i think it's necessary. i'm 18 and came in for a regular car wash. I had a tote bag full of overnight clothes from a previous sleepover and my underwear was deep inside the bag. after the carwash was finished i went in my car... a worker came over to me and asked me my name. I was super polite, said my name and thanked him for his service. he then said "i love you so much (insert my name)". and winked at me. i laughed it off... said thank you and left. as i was leaving i gave a look around my car to see how they did and i saw my underwear was neatly placed in my back seat. layed out on the center seat. a worker had gone through my bag, grabbed my underwear... did whatever to it and then neatly placed it in my back seat like a perverted creep. not like this matters but for the people out there who are gonna ask "well what were you wearing?" i was wearing fully covered pajamas. also don't forget!!!! my clothes were in a neat tote bag and my underwear was at the very bottom. there is no reason for him to go through my bag and play with my UNDERWEAR. then neatly place it in my backseat for me to see. Unfortunately, even worse...when i was driving away...all the other male workers waved at me and smiled weirdly & then laughed with eachother. So I know he showed his worker friends. I don't even want to know what the fuck they did with my shit. but i am not exaggerating when i tell you all of this. i actually was not going to write this at all. i HATE writing reviews. i am a people pleaser. i would legit never write a bad review even if i had a bad experience. but this made me spiral & breakdown because i feel so violated.
