Consistently superior service and always super friendly. We have a membership and so come frequently for an exterior wash. Every time, they actually take the time and put forth the effort to get all the bugs off the front with the brush before heading in the tunnel. After Plano location earned a customer of me, tried Allen location with my sisters' car and they also did a great job. Ka'Laundry (spelling?) was humerous and great at his job. What a deal. Before you waste your money. READ THIS POST. We went there today. Amelia at the beginning of it was very informed and pointed us in the direction of which car wash we should get. She was so sweet and had great customer service. She is the only reason this review is getting one star, because otherwise this is the worst car wash we have ever gotten! For starters, the car went through the was in about 5 minutes. After 15 mins they called us out to get the car, but they weren't even done. The left side of our tires had been sprayed but not wiped. We had to inform the guy and he called someone over. He asked if everything looked good so we told him. I'm glad he asked. They didn't vacuum under the seats of the drivers side. They had splattered bugs all over the front, and he said he couldn't get them off.. I went with my nail and scraped it right off. The windshield has water dots all over them and there was just dust everywhere. We will not ever be coming back. Just wish TradeMark could wash Jeeps, that place is easily the best ever. read more

I was looking forward to getting my car detailed before we welcomed our new baby however my experience with Car Spa was awful. I have a toddler and I know my car is messy. This is exactly why I paid to get my car done. When I picked up my car I was told how dirty it was, how long it took, and what a burden it was for the person cleaning it. On the drive home I noticed several spots that were still extremely dirty. I was not expecting perfection but it was apparent that the job was rushed or the worker didn't care. I was so disappointed because at 9 months pregnant I'm not able to go back over anything my self. A few days later we noticed my daughters IPad was missing. I do take the blame for not double checking under the seats before dropping my car off. What bothers me is Car Spa removed it from my car and did not put it back before I picked up my car. I assumed that if they came across anything while cleaning it would be returned to my car. I searched every place I could think of before calling Car Spa. They lady on the phone informed me that they did indeed have an extra iPad laying around. While I was relieved to find it I was livid because they would have kept it if I never called. I would definitely not recommend Car Spa in Allen for any reason. They appear to rush through tough jobs and any possessions they come across they will keep unless you track them down. read more

I took my filthy F250 crew cab pickup to the Car Spa in Allen for an interior clean. Even though that's a huge amount of interior to clean, it looked great. This place is less than 5 minutes away from my home. I forget the young ladies name who normally checks me out. She is super welcoming and always pleasant. However, the car washing experience is not so pleasant. Everytime I go, I find myself grabbing the Vaccum and towels going over the full service wash I already paid for. I never complained as I know I can be OCD. I drive a Lexus LS and my industry expects nothing less than a clean car. Nevertheless , two days ago, the manager noticed me doing so and came over and asked to help. He even said he'd noticed me cleaning myself before and apologized. He continued, they are training new guys and yada yada... so he helped and only made the experience worse. He grabbed a towel, sprayed glass cleaner and washed the back passenger window poorly. He rushed me away quickly. My center cup holder hadn't been touched at all. The car vacuum job was poor. I lifted my rug and wanted to vomit at what I viewed under... (picture to show). Someone sprayed half of the car shine on the wheels of my car. I called the spa while leaving and asked for the GM. He was not available. I left a detailed message and requested a callback and still no callback. I really do not like writing bad reviews. However, a string of disappointments has caused me to do so. Dropped my car off at 1:45 for express seat treatment and express interior super clean. Totaled $110 and was told it would take an hour to hour and a half. 3 hours later, no call. Pick up my car and it looks like the first 5 photos. Turn around and bring it back, manager apologizes and says to leave it there and come pick it up at 7:00. I arrive at 7:00 and they tell me it's done at 7:20. That's 5 hours and my car looks like the next 7 photos. Next morning, I come back and talk to the same manager. I don't want my car redone, I just request a partial refund. After the refund, the manager did offer to take my car back in and go over it again. I, however, declined. Nothing personal, just a busy day ahead. Manager and staff were apologetic and handled the situation as best as they could, the cleaning was just not what I expected. I will return for a simple car wash, but don't think I will be trying their detailing services again. read more

I have needed a detail for about the past year. So my car was nasty. I got the detail package with all four services plus a few extras. The total cost was $129. For those of you who have your vehicle detailed regularly you know this is on the lower end of details as far as cost. Well, the service is NOT low end! The interior of my vehicle looks like I just drove it off the lot! The car overall was almost perfect. Just a word of advice for people expecting to leave with a new car. The price does not include clay bar or power buffing but they do offer those services at a reasonable price! This is probably the best interior detail I have ever seen. I drove up to the kiosk were you by the car wash a person came up to me and asked what I wanted I asked if I could get the exterior completely detailed and I wanted to vacuum my car out they said all that was fine went through the car wash and drove up to the vacuums just to find out they don't let people use their vacuums they do it for you which I don't trust anybody cleaning my car out especially when I have a lot takable items in my vehicle And when I confronted them about it they wouldn't even let me get out of my car to talk and I also paid for the full service and didn't get my tire shined as well as towel drying These kids really need to learn how to do their job read more

I am not satisfied with my visit to this location today. I paid for full service and only received subpar. They left streaks on my windows, my trunk was NOT vacuumed at all, my middle seat still had stains on it (it's leather), the space under my front seats were not cleaned AT ALL, & neither soap or water ever touched my floor mats. Came here for the first time. It's $20 for car wash and interior cleaning. This is a great deal when you're a slob with no time. I'll admit i've been. There was even dirt underneath the seats. Had two cars with Full Service Gold contracts with a credit card monthly drafts for unlimited washes and detailing. I also tipped $5 after every wash we had over a about a year. On November 12, 2021 arrived at 2:09pm and told to stay in car while car washed and told to park after exiting where a manager told me to park and go to waiting room. At 2:50 pm I went to my car and complained my car had not been touched and six cars washed after mine we detailed gone! They were also were detailing three more cars after me!
