On April 7 at about 11:30 am, my car was serviced at the Car Spa on 18093 Coit Road in Dallas. Later that day I discovered that a couple of items worth about $100 were missing. At about 7:00 pm I called over to the Car Spa and talked with John and told him of the theft. He asked the guys near him if they knew anything about the items and no one said they did. John said there were videos we could review. I offered to come over then and he said it was too late, but I could come the next morning, and that "we" could review the video. At 8 am the next morning I arrived at the office. John was not there as he had said, and so Carlos talked with me. When he tried to pull up the video replay, there was none for April 7. He said that the internet must have gone down. (Really, the whole day?) With no John and no video, the evidence to likely prove the fact was gone. That suspicion alone does not favor Car Spa's position. Carlos said that there was a sign that the customer was responsible for items in the car. I take that meaning to cover incidental damage and not a criminal act of theft or a free license to steal. Carlos did offer me a free detail. I brought a car in that I borrowed from a family member. It was quite dirty when I brought it in and the dog hair was so heavy inside the car that having the windows open or the AC on made it blow all over your face. Distracting and annoying to drive that way especially after it gets in your eyes and nose . They returned the car so clean. I was amazed that the short wiry type of dog hairs would even come out. We have 3 very large dogs . My vacuum at home never works this well even after using the lint roller first to get the shorter hairs, and I can not say that your typical do it yourself car was has all that strong of vacuums either. Anyhow, there was no hair! and it smelled clean not like dirty dog. It was well worth the price, which was not really that much. Jesus did a great job on the car, mgr Mark is a good guy. He seems to be involved in every car wash/activity going on there. I think that's wonderful having a hands on mgr that cares and speaks w/customers as he did w/myself and other customers there as well. read more

Won't be back. I wanted a basic car wash and the inside vacuumed. It's $8 for the wash but an extra $30 for a vacuum. I would be willing to do self service but that's not an option either. To the GM, This message specifically is in regards to the incident where my window was cracked by your employee during a car wash last Friday on October 11, 2024. Though I understand your need to protect your business and employees, you also had a responsibility to your customer. Your response was incredibly disappointing. I had a first hand account of the situation (literally sitting in the car and watched it happen) and you proceeded to dismiss me, act defensive, and gaslight me and try to convince me that what I saw did not happen. When I asked to see security footage, you tried to undermine my intelligence by trying to show me and my husband a different car, which leads me to believe you KNEW your employee cracked the window. Accidents happen, and that was not what was upsetting. It was everyone's responses. What was even more troubling is that you allowed or encouraged your Saftey Inspector to lie as well. Please note the crack was so large that the window had to be replaced when I took it in to get fixed the following Monday. So it would've been irresponsible for a safety inspector to not even mention anything during our safety inspection should that crack have existed before. I believe that if your wife, sister, or daughter were treated in this same manner, you would have been outraged. I am fortunate enough to not need financial assistance and will not be persuing matters further because frankly, it's not worth my time, but others may not be in the same situation. I am writing this because, though I, my family, or any of my affiliated businesses will not be patroning your establishment, you may encounter the issue again, and I do hope by sharing my experience, you may consider treating your existing or future customers with more kindness and respect, and as a community business act ethically. This place is bad, used to be good. The workers don't care about your car getting clean, anything other than the base level wash (which is overpriced) is a waste of money. The Carwash machine itself doesn't dry your car well at all leaving tons of spots. They also start closing much earlier later in the year, and even if you show up before that, odds are they are closed early. I need to find a new car wash! read more

I recently took my Subaru Forrester in for a wash. Interior cleaning, and vacuum. Whether it was the chemicals used or the pressure applied to it, the attendant ruined my touch screen that controls the media center for the vehicle. I reported this to the manager on duty. This person took my name & number then assured me that someone would call to take care of it. I've given them four days & there has been no call, which I pretty much expected. Obviously, the crew is interested in getting your car in & out of the lot with zero regard for the equipment. Thankfully, my equipment is covered under my vehicle warranty so I'm not worried about this location's complete lack of response. However, if you aren't as lucky as me, prepare for a large bill to fix what they've broken & they definitely aren't going to hold themselves accountable for it. read more

If you want your car washed in the evening, forget it. This place is only open 8 to 6. It's not like other places where you can show up and just pay for a drive-through wash when no one is there; you need a membership, and someone needs to be there to verify your membership. I need to do more searching to find a better wash in the area where I can drive my car through (the one across the street from CarSpa is garbage, and the unmanned wash further down the road seems to be closed indefinitely), but I suspect the quality of this place is so low due to lack of competition in the immediate area. read more

I never really had a bad experience with this place. I only do the interior and exterior wash package (Platinum Plus) so have not had detailing done yet. I gave them 4 stars only because they do miss some tiny spots or the wax isn't fully polished away every time but nothing you can't either point out to them or do it yourself when you get home. It's not like I'm showing my car at a car show so not gonna complain over spilled wax. For the value of the monthly plan and you can use it as many times as you want at any Car Spa location; I highly recommend it. read more

I pulled up and told the man I called before coming in, but before i could finish telling him why he said "Okay and? You called?. So?" Had a really bad attitude, and laughed in my face after being rude and interrupting me. If he meant it as a joke/playful manner he should really find a different way to express that. didnt feel welcomed at all. Edit; AFTER THE CLEANING. Asked for a new car smell and instead it smells like wet dog and a little bit of urine. One of the crew members also left their hair tie in the car. There was a middle piece for my cup holder and they left it somewhere that was no where near my cupholder. The dashboard is very linty and has so much dust and specs on it still. I waited for over an hour to have my car inspected and a platinum wash, only to find out that I was skipped over on the sign-in sheet because their method for keeping track of customers waiting is horrible. I have free washes at the dealership where I purchased my car. Half the time the dealership's car wash is closed or there's an hour wait plus the result is less than satisfactory! I was hesitant because of the poor ratings, but I have to say I'm very pleased with the service here. I got the seat treatment and the interior super-clean for $89.99 total. My car was filthy and they managed to get it pretty clean! I pulled around the side to the drive-up wash and spoke with a polite guy who explained the different packages and helped me select the right services. After that, he gave me an estimate on wait time, I handed over the keys, and they put my car through the wash. The wait time was about 1.5 hrs. I think they quoted me 1.25 hours, but I'm quite sure that my car took longer than average because it had been such a mess. The waiting area is comfortable, fast wireless, a couple of TVs, and snacks/bevs for sale. I just stayed there and got work done on my laptop. The ladies at the cash counter were polite and cheerful. The guy who handed over my car asked me to take a look and make sure I was satisfied. Everything went smoothly. I let the seats dry overnight and there were some water marks left over (have I mentioned how dirty my car was?) so I brought it back in the next afternoon to ask for a touch-up. They were all just as friendly as the day before, and they immediately re-shampooed my seats for me for free. It feels so great to have a clean car at a reasonable price. Thank you! read more

I was skeptical bc of the reviews but I was only trying to get my carpet and seats cleaned and didn't need a 5 star luxury job, so I figured I'd check them out. Had heard good things about Car Spa and after a weekend on wet dirt roads I NEEDED a good wash. I was in the Park and Preston area so I thought it was a great time to stop in. I asked about the muddy car and they said it was no problem. I did the top wash and I added in a "wipe & shine" for water spots. Final bill $22. As I went through I felt like the water pressure and equipment was definitely up to the task. I even tipped the wipe down guy ... But didn't get out of my car. Big mistake. I just got home and I'm so disappointed. The mud is off ... Mostly. The bottom of the grill and sides at the bottom are still dirty. There are water spots and smears and smudges on all windows and paint. I've had better free car wash with gas fill up results. I won't be going back to Car Spa anytime soon. I mean I get that maybe the wash didn't get it all, but it wasn't wiped down well and that guy never thought to say ... Hey, this is not a clean car. We need to try again. read more
