The fact this makes me give a star is the ONLY reason I gave it one . The greeter was great , even was able to up sale me ! Well I got my car and it looked like they never even vacuum it , they took it back , then I looked in the back seat they did not wiped it , then I get it back go around and noticed they did not vacuumed that part. At this moment I'm annoyed my kids are tired , I asked to speak to the manager some guy came out after they all laughed at me for asking to speak to a manager, he did not let me vent , he asked what was wrong with it ! At this moment I'm annoyed frustrated not sure what I really paid over 40.00 dollars for . I was hesitant because of the low ratings, but I needed an inspection so I stopped by. It was quick, easy, smiling staff, and affordable. The cashier was able to answer my questions before giving him my keys. What I liked most is that with your inspection, you have the option to get a FREE wash! When I got to my car, he gave me a receipt reminding me to come back in a few days for a free re-wash. It's on my way home from work, so now I am considering signing up for the monthly wash club that they offer, hopefully my experience continues to be positive read more

I came in for an inspection and was told there were 4 cars in front of me. Cool. The lady in the front was yelling who has a 2014 Toyota Camry and I did not respond so she yelled at me HEY DONT YOU HAVE A 2014 Toyota Camry and I said no and then we find out the guy put all the information in wrong who was inspecting my car. So I had to wait even longer for him to redo it. Overall the lady in front was loud and rude and not once did she apologize for barking at me. read more

I went for inspection as l have car washed at this Car Spa weekly here. I walked out after they inspected 2 cars that had checked in after l did. Talked to manager thinking he would say Sorry, let me get your car inspected now.. His response was he couldn't help it if the guys "out there" got things mixed up. read more

My car came there for a detail and oil change the detail was just ok they cut a lot of corners and left a lot a dirt. I could have done it my self. They did not clean my back inside of the window. Seats were just wiped over with spray. They were not cleaned. Wasted $60 dollars. The oil change I had to take the car back to them for the oil filter to be re-adjusted because it was causing a smell in the in the air vents. The smell did go away after I brought it back. I think they got new management, but not sure. read more

Worst service ever. Did the platinum plus clean with interior detail and mat wash. Car looked like they did some exterior wash and ok vacuum. When asked I was told that I should ask for super clean next time. Paid 40$ for the service. It's the second time here that I've to ask them to do the service which I paid them. Never going back. Go here at your own risk. The car wash leaves scratches all over the body. I've attached pictures for proof. These are scratches which can never be removed. And on top on this, when you talk to the general manager , all he has got to say is there is no way this can happen, showed some machine and told we can't help you. And his tone was arrogant, like what can you do to me! Better avoid this place if you need to protect your car. You can spend a dollar or two more to get better service at other places. I had my son's 2006 vehicle completely cleaned up at the Car Spa on Coit Road. They did a great job. The haze from the headlights was removed and they look brand knew. I had the scratches and scuffs buffed off. The car looks so much better. They did a wonderful job. I am now going to take my car in for a super duper wax job. I recommend these guys. read more

Good Cleaning, TERRIBLE customer service. When I got there around 11 am it wasn't super busy. The first person who helped me was very nice and friendly. He told me it would take 1-2 hours to clean my car but he said I could leave my number and they would call me when it's done so I could continue on with my day. The women inside needs to attend a training session for customer service. I went in to pay and went up to her at the front desk. I was not greeted at all she didn't say anything to me I felt very confused on what to do. So I told her I was told to go in and pay and give her my number. She gave me a rude look and put a post it pad in front of me and didn't ask for my name or any information. I wrote my first and last name, my number and what color, make and model my car was and then I paid and left. After waiting for ab 4 hours I decided to go see if my car was done because I hadn't received a call. It was done. The woman at the front once again made me feel very clueless as she waited for me to say something to her first. I told her I was here for my car and she didn't even know where my keys were (I could see them on the counter right next to her). I finally get my keys and go outside to look at my car. The first thing I notice is that my side view mirror is not on my car. I look in my trunk and in all the seats but it's not there. So I go back in to figure it out. The woman at the front called a manager and after I few minutes he came in and said he put the mirror back on. I would not be so mad had they told me before I went to look at my car. So customer service needs a lot of work. The car cleaning itself was pretty much what I expected for the amount of money I paid. My car carpets were terribly filthy before I got them cleaned so I was expecting them to still have some stains after cleaning. They came out better than I thought they would and I'm very happy with them. They were still slightly wet but it was an express clean so that's fair. They could have done a better job cleaning the cup holders and the little pockets in my car but for the price I paid I think I got a fair cleaning job. Please please please work on customer service. I came in to get it inspected, that took about 15 minutes, and then I took advantage of the car wash that comes along with it. I upgraded my car wash because they will take $7 off. I got here at 10:45 - it is 12:03 and my car is just now being cleaned. People have come and gone since my car got in the line to be washed. The service here is beyond slow. It's honestly ridiculous. No respect for people's time or apparently first come first serve. No one told me it would take an hour, or that they would just pick random cars in any order to clean. The lady inside who you pay with keeps screaming what cars are done, and when no one gets up busy continues to scream it 4 more times. WE CAN HEAR YOU. And some lady came in and was on a time crunch so she spoke on her radio and asked if they could get to her car now. That's so rude. Especially to those who have been waiting over an hour. I will not be back. 12:24 they finally were finished with my car. And a lady who got her car inspected after me and washed got out before I did. This place is the worst. read more

Horrible customer sevice. Every other place inspections take 5 minutes. Here you wait for an hour+. Do not accept apple pay. Have to point out areas of the car that are not cleaned every single time. I am a member of their Car Spa subscription program which is a good value. However, after attending this location over a dozen times today I had an unfortunate experience. Before I exited my car, I made sure to take all my 'valuables', backpack with laptop, cell phone, etc. Their was nothing left except two things in the car door. I left and everything looked fine. When I arrived to my next appointment that is when I realized that whomever was responsible for my car stole my bottle of cologne I had in the car door. By then it was too late...what is considered 'valuable'?? Everything I pay for is valuable to me. I immediately phoned the manager and only got a voicemail....which to date, the call has not been returned. If you want a good car wash go here. I've always been a fan of Car Spa, and this location has treated my vehicle well. A few things to point out: First, it's a given that they will try to upsell you to more high end washes but they don't get on your nerves with it or anything. Besides, sometimes their special offers (and coupons in the mail) are pretty good deals. Also, their windshield chip repair is something I've had to take them up on. It's just a matter of filling out a little paperwork and once they verify coverage with your insurance company, they fix up the damage to where it's almost unnoticeable and give you a free full-service wash to boot. I've also noticed that Car Spa doesn't have what certain competitors seem to have a problem with. My vehicle did come out clean at the other places, but the normally-smooth finish felt like something had been stripped away in the wash (when you wax your own vehicle twice a year, you pay attention to this kinda thing). And to those who have a lot of little kids that spill food, drink, or whatever everywhere, it's definitely worth it to take your minivan/SUV here and get the carpets and upholstery shampooed. I am currently here to get an inspection. This little man approaches my car and immediately gives my front window a stare down. Then he comes over the the drivers said and says I have cracks in my window and ( without my permission) takes a black marker out of his pocket and starts circling these alleged cracks in my window. He asked me if I have full coverage and with who. I told him yes, with Geico. For some reason, this made him frown. Then tells me he can fix them all for $45. No thanks. He directs me to the seating area inside which is about 30 feet from where I am leaving my car and I kid you not, I almost stepped on a dead f'ing bird on the ground. A worker passed the bird before I did and just kept walking. Once inside, I saw a lady outside and she was very upset about something. Obviously I couldn't hear what they were saying but whatever her situation was, it did not get rectified. She got into her car and had her hand over her mouth as if she could not believe what was going on. And one of the workers was actually laughing at her. I really wish I knew the specifics of what the situation was. 30 minutes later, I got my inspection done and yes they did leave the black marks on my window. Very classy. read more

Having transported a total of six dogs over the course of its life, my little car has been through the ringer. My backseat looked like an elderly Chewbacca had a few romps in it with some of his lady friends. I went ahead and got the full spa treatment for her in an effort to make amends. I have yet to see a single dog hair in the car and the man who worked on it busted his butt. I was extremely impressed at how thorough he was. Even when he was done with my car, he wasn't done; he noticed spots I couldn't see and made sure to wipe them away. I couldn't be happier with how my car looks and I'll make sure Chewbacca and his pals can't get into it again. read more

Looks can be deceiving but this place did a great detail job on my truck. Price was $32- although guy at register didn't seem to know the prices or current specials. For what I wanted done it seemed reasonable. It takes 45 min for complete detail and car wash. There was no line so I can only imagine how long it takes on a crowded That's reasonable for a truck plus the attention to detail. It was wiped and re-wiped, vacuumed twice. When I got it back it was very well done. The conditioning comes off a bit greasy- so I wish it was buffed a bit more in so that I can't see the places where they missed. So that's the only complaint. I felt like it was worth it. The only thing neglected was the moonroof. So for that I gave it 3 stars which also includes broken toilets- for the wait, you need a working toilet. read more

I had washed one of my cars there and it damaged the mirror even though they folded it before the wash. The crew was TOP NOTCH. Immediately they assured me that they would install a new one. They ordered a new one from Honda and had it painted (perfect match) and put it on. They then noticed a few other minor things that was wrong with my wife's Odyssey. Without a moment's hesitation they took care of it and then gave her a free wash. In dealing with a business all you can do is watch how they take care of a problem. This was FLAWLESS. The only reason I decided to get my car washed here was due to the convenience of where I happened to be running errwnds When I first pulled up, one of their reps tried to sell me on a monthly package. I have no issues with that; he's just doing his job. But he kept the sales speech after I informed him I do not live or work near a Car Spa. So I politely listened to his memorized, extremely monotone speech. This place is expensive. Water bubbles all over my car. Took 30 minutes with several employees and a total of 5 customers to finish drying my car. Provided a sizable tip, didn't say anything, and just took off. If I could give no stars, I would. My husband and I took his Ford Escape in a couple months ago, and it was a horrendous experience. Over 3 hours to do a simple interior cleaning. No one had any idea when it might be finished. Then when we get the car, they had left streaks on the window and made a NEW STAIN on the ceiling fabric. As we are checking over the car, getting seat belts on, ect, they almost REAR END US trying to pull another vehicle forward. then the workers want to yell at me when I check our bumper instead of taking their word that nothing was wrong. While we were waiting, we were entertained by listening to how they had lost a lady's ENTIRE KEY SET with her car, house, mail, work, and I forget what else keys. They had no idea where her keys were, and still didn't after our 3 hours and leaving. This place is a sham and I hope it shuts down, and we get a decent car wash there instead. read more

Had an accident (throw up) in my car from Saturday night. Went to my go to car wash place, TradeMark Car Wash, only to find out they don't shampoo carpet and seats. They informed me that CarSpa down the street was the closest place for this service. Due to the nature of my situation I ignored the terrible reviews this place had and decided to give them a shot. HUGE MISTAKE, DO NOT COME HERE. I got the Express Seat Treatment, Express Interior Super Clean and the Express Carpet Deep Cleanse for $89.99. By the time I got my car back it was starting to get dark and I was also in a rush to be somewhere. Didn't have too much time to inspect my car but assumed it was clean. First thing I noticed when I got my car back was this heavy odor that smelled as if they had just sprayed a air freshener in my car and not attacked the source. It reminded me of gym class in middle school where instead of taking a shower you just spray yourself down with Axe. The manager acknowledged the pungent odor and tried to up sell me the ozone treatment to remove odors for 'only $50 more!' I declined. A few hours after leaving the car wash I noticed the pungent smell was only growing stronger. I pulled out my flashlight and inspected. The car was filthy. The crevice between the seat and middle compartment was untouched. The seatbelt area was untouched. The tiny crevices between the buttons of the dashboard and radio still had residue. It was absolutely disgusting. I understand cleaning up throw up is unpleasant and would not have faulted them if I found a few smudges here and there but it literally looked untouched. It's as if they just slapped those paper carpet protectors on and sprayed my car with Febreze. There's a reason this place has terrible reviews. Service was friendly and fast. I needed my ceiling cleaned and I called five other car washes, but none could clean ceilings. It was $20 for the ceiling and 40 for a detailed car wash. When I picked up my car, the ceiling wasn't cleaned but it didn't take them long to address the matter. They left the car smelling good and there's a 48 hour window to where you can get it touched up. I didn't notice at the time but there's still a few spots on my ceiling. No big deal since no one really looks up there in the first place. Better prices than other car detailing shops and the service was the best! read more

I had my car washed here once and stop by for gas a couple of times. I was actually impressed that the five dollar wash was very complete very detailed the guys were positive did a great job drying the car really went above and beyond. They're very quick and efficient so that you can get in out and keep moving especially if you're on the way to a date which is never a bad thing. They really don't have a convenience store tied to the place so if you're needing your cup of Joe to go along with everything not the right place to stop. The tile guys are always very pleasant upbeat when it's a bit slow they do come over to where the gas pumps are being very professional and greeting each person. read more

came in today with bird feces on my car that happened 2 days prior to the wash. Only have my car washed with the feces still on the vehicle after the service and many scratches on the vehicle. I immediately drove my car back to the business to have the problems rectified and spoke to the "managers" Carlos and Alex who called me liar and walked away as I was speaking to him twice. Carlos said its my fault and this happened prior to me coming there and took photos of my vehicle without my permission. These issues could have been fixed but to call me a liar and say I made false claims is the ultimate disrespect.
