I went here to get an inspection for my car & they had it in & out in less than 20 minutes. Very nice guys & can't beat the service.

Our state plates: Went to few other state inspection spot they do that your car insurance either Texas or out of state and your plates are okay as out of state. If you are out of state plate 10,000 percent don't come to this spot they say they follow the rules. Went to DMV asked all my questions and went to over 20 state inspection in texas and contacted my home state. Answer is you need go to change anything, only thing is to bring your letter, DL, and Insurance. 100,000 percent I won't come here for inspection at all. Out of state folk don't waste your time here. People there are arrogant and don't want to help. They state they are following the law. It's a lie and a huge ripe off. If it was a negative stars I would give it. read more

told me that if i need to get my freeze plug replaced and then acted like it wasn't a smart idea to get it done but honestly they just didn't want to put in the labor. however i went to Honesty Automotive repair they are 10/10!! $400 less than what Valvoline said and they actually didn't diagnose my car correctly so- poor poor poor service read more

Took my truck to get an alignment before typical suggestion of selling me tires i said no since theres 1/2 tread on them when they got done my steering wheel is crooked they tell me in 50 miles it will go back to center it doesn't i go back the guys blames the tires for the steering wheel being crooked which is a lie you have to simply adjust the tie rods ive done that myself before and probably will do so im just giving you guys w heads up a business that try these boring old tactics of trying to provide you extra services and not actually doing a paid service isnt worth going wouldnt recommend if they do that on a simple align imagine on a bigger issue on your car . read more

Wow, an actual honest repair shop for all cars! Did you grow up with "a guy" who always knew what the trouble with your car was and repaired it for an honest fee, and not only that, let you know what could be coming down the pike? No hard sales, no scare tactics, just someone who likes to solve problems and get cars back on the road? That's this shop. I had a Chain Automotive Repair shop tell my kid their car needed x, y and z repairs, and after paying $3K, turned out that wasn't even the repair needed. The guys at Valvoline Express Care found out what the real problem was, found a second issue, and test-test-tested it out to ensure it was safe before we drove it off the lot. No scare tactics, spoke to me like a colleague (read: no "little lady" vibe) and even threw in some freebies. This is the only place I'll take my car or my children's cars from now on. I've since sent my other child and a friend there, and they all got the same (excellent) service. Finally, I once again "have a guy" for my car. Sheer relief. read more

They recently started trying to force you to take some sort of survey by forcing a clipboard and pen through your window as soon as you pull in for your oil change. If you kindly refuse to take the clipboard they get a little snotty with you! Really folks? I don't want to touch a germ infested clipboard and pen that you never clean!!! The employees here are a younger group that is not very customer oriented. We actually watched the employee take the clipboard and pen to our vehicle without being cleaned. The main point is the push for the customer to have to fill out an additional form. Pure silly read more

I had a front end catalytic converter to put on that bolts on to my 2006 Toyota Camry. With power tools this is not even an hour job to take off and put on. They wouldn't give me the cost when I called and asked how much it would be, probably holding information in case a man was going to tell me what a fair price would be until they already had me there after service. They acted as though I had waited in their office 3 hours, 3 hours worth of service to charge me $350. I have been told by other servic it shouldv been more like $100. It's just a matter of a few bolts. I called back to let them know I knew what they had done. They litera said' you were in our waiting room for 3 hours.'. No way was it close. I'm ripped off because they see a woman and think she's dumb and can't do it herself, we can take her for a lot of money. I watched on YouTube the procedure to take the cat. off it took real time about 20 minutes. I called them again and told them I really actually know they ripped me off. read more
