Needed to get my car washed relatively quickly so I looked up Car Spa and headed over on a Thursday morning around 11am. They weren't busy and were able to take me right away. I wanted the Platinum (interior cleaning and an exterior wash), which was $40. They had a coupon online for a free exterior wash ($30 value) so I showed him the coupon and he let me know that it would cost $30 to add on the interior cleaning. That made zero sense to me that it cost $40 for both, but $30 for interior only. Either way, I used the coupon and paid the $30. Still was a $10 saving. The waiting area was very spacious and even had a play area for kids. Took the team about 20 minutes to be done with my car so I sat in there the whole time. Both the inside and the outside of my car looked good, and they even vacuumed my trunk after I asked them to. Overall, the experience was decent and I'd probably use them as a secondary option in the future. read more

Really great service here at Car Spa Car Wash. I've been here twice and I've done the diamond mini detail both times and both times the service has been great. I think what all comes with it is a great price and the guys do a great job. The car wash you go through one of those that your car is on a track and it pulls your car through and washes it. However after that the guys that detail the inside and outside do a great job. Service is pretty quick as well. To start off their workers are good staff and work hard but I still can support this business - I've been a $35/month PlatinumWash member, but after today I'm done. For the second time, I lost money in one of the machines inside Car Spa. When I told the manager, his response was simply: "Those aren't our machines." That attitude says it all -- no responsibility, no concern for customers, just dismissal. If management can't even acknowledge when their customers suffer a loss inside their own business, why should anyone trust them with their car? Take your money elsewhere. read more

Visited for oil change & the Platinum Mini Detail wash deal. Took just over an hour to complete. Perhaps that isn't to bad considering I walked in two hours until closing time. The location is conveniently attached to a gas station so I was able to get gas, oil change & detail. Overall the mini detail great value for $45. I do wish they'd vacuumed a bit better though. I do have to go over noticeable spots that weren't cleaned. Also would love if this included some type of freshener. read more

This place is 2 minutes from my house do I thought I'd give it a shot. They have tons of options so make sure you read through all them ahead of time so you don't feel rushed when you pull in. They have a bunch of workers here but oddly it seems to take longer than it should to wash the cars. When I got my car back it was technically clean but didn't give off the pristine looks you expect for the price. I'll definitely be driving a bit farther to get that "new car look/smell" I'm used to ended up with. read more

Took my car in hoping for a deep clean, and while it seemed better later on, it wasn't spotless. There became nevertheless dust at the dashboard and streaks on the home windows. The team of workers turned into pleasant, and the wash become short, but the interest to detail just wasn't there. For the rate, I predicted a chunk extra. Gigi was the best customer service person ever! She was out working in really gross very cold weather, just before Houston's snow storm. When no sane person would be getting their car washed. I was only cause a bunch of birds had destroyed my car that morning. Gigi was so nice and so sweet she at first successfully upsold me from the basic wash. And then after a short discussion I signed up for a monthly membership. Gigi was such a champ I just had to sign up! And with this place being right near work I can go as often as I want. So this review is strictly for the unlimited car wash membership/experience. I've been a part of a few unlimited car wash memberships in the city, but decided to switch to this one since it is significantly closer to where I live. They have several different packages to choose from ranging from whether you want a basic wash to interior cleaning as well. Prices are decent as cheapest membership is $15. The website to purchase memberships off of is not intuitive like other places, so I would recommend purchasing at the actual store. Although you get a barcode sticker for your car, you still have to click on the kiosk screen and it takes a bit for the barcode scanner to read your code. Then you get a receipt and have to put it on your dash (a lot more work than other places.) The actual car wash is pretty small, and honestly pretty slow. I make sure to come at off-peak times bc I can't imagine how long it takes when there is a line of cars. One of my biggest pet peeves about the car wash is the quality of the wash. It honestly doesn't do that great of a job. Yes it looks better than before, but not like I paid to get a car wash. This past time I went, there were minimal suds, so I'm not sure if that is the owner skimping or if that's just what the chain does. Finally, they offer hand drying. Yes, its a nice touch, but theres something about it Im not sure I like. Tipping culture prompts me to want to tip everytime, but how is that a membership deal if I have to tip? I would like to hear from other customers to see if they tip for their membership washes or not. Maybe just me that feels bad. I realized if I am in a rush and have to drive off before I get a hand dry, I end up with water spots all over the car. I didnt have that problem with other car washes. i have been a Car spa member for MANY MANY years. never been treated as bad as i was from a person named keith the general manager. he was very rude , very aggressive and treated me the ugliest way a general manager should . i was having my car detailed and needed to walk across the the street to bank for cash to give to attendees who were working on my car. He yells at me as i was walking to bank ... HEY YOU . you can't leave your car here . i said i was sorry but i needed to get cash for my tip... he then says ok that's fine but next time . you can't leave your car here. still being aggressive. i got in my car and left. i am sure his employees are being treated the same way. no time for ignorance or rude people . he shoot's not be running or managing anything. read more

More people sitting than working. When I arrived they had a wave of 3 cars at the same time. One of the guys had to ask the people standing around to come and help with the vacuuming. They didn't respond at first and continued their conversation. When my vehicle finished with the wash, only one guy went to wipe it until the manager asked the other guy on the phone to go help. There were a total of 5-8 ppl working so the process could have moved much quicker if they were all working. The car is okay overall. Nothing bad, nothing overly clean. I'm thankful to get it cleaned but would encourage better initiative from the team working at this location. read more

It's a very nice car wash but the management suck they damage my vehicle and I talk to the GM some guy name MacGyver and he didn't want to take no responsibility even though he knew what caused the damage. I was in desperate need of a car wash so I picked this place because it was close. Pulled up and was, of course, asked to purchase either a membership or the larger washing packages. It took forever to hear about the smaller packages because there was a heavy attempt to up sell me before I even made a selection. Once past that, I was told it would take about 20 min and I could wait in the waiting area. You can either pay once inside or when it's announced that your vehicle is ready. After 45 minutes, I just paid and went outside to see why it was taking so long. Still wasn't ready so after another 5-7 minutes, I just asked for the keys. Over 50 minutes and $25 later, the experience left a lot to be desired. I'm sure I can exercise patience and find a quicker and cheaper place next time. read more

Soooo let me preface my review with the fact that I hurt my back a year ago so in trying to look semi decent by having a shiny clean car, this place is great. I don't get interior detail as that I can manage. For $6.99 you get the basic, a pre spray down, then after your car goes through the brush free wash, your car is dried with the super sonic blower at the end and then manually dried. For $9.99 you get a manual brush down of your tires as well, but in my opinion it's not worth the extra few bucks, they don't really clean your rims. I see most of the bad reviews are regarding oil changes, that I do myself as well, so this review is solely based on the exterior wash. read more
