I came here to get my car cleaned. I had spilled Starbucks drinks in the passenger side under the seat back in February and there was just alot of dirt in the floor pads so I really wanted to get my car cleaned. I came to this location and asked them to just clean my floor pads on the front and back. They offered me a nice discount to get just the floor cleaned plus a regular clean with a light wipe down of the interior. It took less than 1 hr to get everything done and I was on my merry way. I did realize that they missed a corner of thr windshield where there was still bird poop but everything else was clean and nice! Ill definitely come back to get my car cleaned. This place is gross. Do not wash your car here. I drive a hellcat redeye challenger and they put some kind of chemical on my wheels that completely messed them up permanently. It's stained my wheel. They also wet the inside of my car because they left the windows down. They hire nothing but illegals all they do is play around they are not professional and frankly these people probably don't even own a car so how would they know how to take care of a high-end car! READ THIS FIRST! $148 dollars for a car wash and THIS PLACE BROKE MY CAR, then made me feel like it was no big deal because I drive a 2005. The broken car part is the least worst part of this review. I come back and sit in the waiting room where.. a leak in the roof leaks on me .... whatever, no big deal, I am here for a car wash not the waiting room... but if you do go here, look at the carpet and it will be pretty clear where not to sit. Car is nearly done and the manager, Derek, calls me in the back and shows me the top of my roof rack which was broken off and literally says this... "Well its a 2005 so it was bound to happen" Excuse me? Because I drive an older vehicle damage is not as much of a concern? He offers me a car was worth $80 for my 2021 RAM 1500 to get a mediocre car wash, basically their lowest level package... after I paid $148 for this wash... THEN HE SAID, and I quote, "This is worth $80 which is basically twice as much as the repair" To which I reply, "Well, that assumes free labor.. Now, I can do this my self since I was a certified mechanic and it is a very easy repair but labor isn't ever free" My point being, look don't tell me how awesome you are for a basic free car wash after you damaged my car. He responds by throwing the free car wash in the trash and telling me he doesn't have to give me anything. Proceeds to lambast me for being ungrateful. I finally say, "I haven't had to deal with this sort of thing in a long long time, just give me my keys" He responds that he is going to "fire who ever did this..." Okay, am I supposed to feel like this is my fault? I don't want anyone to be fired; why would you even say that? The broken car part is the least bad part of this review. The way Derek treated me is why I spent the time to write this. In the end, I left with a broken 4runner and nothing to show for it. The only person who should be fired is Derek. Finally was able to bring my car here and hoping to have good service. Very dissatisfied with cleaning, young kids playing around 30% of their time and 20% jumping around hallway cleaning. My car was needing some deep vacuuming and wipe down, after they spent some time on my vehicle and was called I inspected interior and carpets and mats was still sitting dirty, seats needed a good wipe down. After asking the group of kids to clean a bit more they happily obliged. Manager comes over and begins stating to me that if you want your seats cleaned better than you can pay for Detailed Wash, had already paid for the Executive wash and stayed to him that my vehicle has not been vacuumed properly showed him the areas where it needed extra attention and he continued to remind me that I can request a Detail car wash and extra attention could then be given. I then responded to him by simply pointing out that your cleaning crew can give extra vacuum and wipe down and that's all that's necessary, why should I need to pay the highest amount for a simple service that already is promised to the customer?? It was pricey for my Jeep ($90) but they did a great job and were all finished within 30 minutes, despite the fact that it was relatively busy. Dog fur still all over the carpet, wheel wells not cleaned, remote steps not cleaned. I noticed the side mirrors had not been cleaned, so I mentioned that before I left and I should have looked more closely before I left. (2016 Lexus GS F -- 4-door sports sedan that received intensive clay bar detailing in 2019 (77.05, including tip; 20-25 less elsewhere, where I receive very good service)) (please don't take offense that I usually go elsewhere--I thought I'd stop at your place out of convenience); no real mess inside (light vacuum only); heavy dust outside; wheels and tires did need some work) I don't know how many folks worked on my car, but it was ready in "no time". Body was clean and shiny, wheels and tires looked very good. My front window, however, was not cleaned to my liking. (I remember specifically requesting special care.) The streaks or wipe marks on the right half of the windshield were not apparent under the canopy (where the drying process took place), but when I drove away, with sun shining bright, they were very obvious. The technicians should have a way to check whether or not streak or wipe marks remain on windows or elsewhere. Aside from that peeve, I was happy that day, January 24, 2020. When I drove up, apparently the owner or manager approached the driver side of my vehicle..not very welcoming nor inviting and I asked if he had a menu. I arrived around 3PM, asked the guy who was taking service requests if there was enough time to get the Classic Detail. He said it took 1-1.5 hours so that would be fine. I told him I was going to walk and get some food, put my name on the call list in case they finished before came back and left. I came back after an hour and sat in the waiting room, I saw my car out front so I figured they were almost done. Someone came in called out a car and someone else got up. They pulled my car around back opened the doors and moved on to other cars. I sat there until they closed, at 5:30 waiting for either my car or my phone to be called. Nope. I asked the guy at the desk if my car was done, asked why no one called or called for me. He said I must not have been paying attention so they just pull them out back. I got in my car, my seats were still wet. The inside of my windshield was still dirty, my back passenger window is spotted, There is still dog hair on my seats, and my carpets were all still in my trunk, WET, and in a pile. My car is now in my parking garage with the windows down to air it out so the seats hopefully dry, they carpets are hanging in my bathroom, and I will likely have to have it detailed AGAIN somewhere else because it will likely start to smell. I have a Tesla Model X, and paid roughly $60+ (a Wednesday special) to have my car hand washed and vacuumed. I was slightly disappointed because the car was not completely clean on the outside. There was still some residue on the back passenger doors. The inside was fairly well done though. You would hope after paying $60 that a semi-clean car would last a little while, but low and behold, one day I looked up and my car was dirty AGAIN maybe 1.5 weeks later. Time to go back to spend another $60 for another cleaning?? Nope! I think not. I later realized that I could not open it, as they had placed my Key Fob inside the console, closed it, and not the door would not open. I walked into this car wash around 1:00pm on a weekday to receive a service - there are two lanes and there were two cars in both of the lanes. I was told to go inside after I selected my service. After waiting a few minutes inside, I saw a new car come into the second lane and advance immediately. The customer came inside and paid before I was even spoken to. Once the owner/manager realized I was waiting to pay, I asked him if there was a way my car could advance before the other customer. He told me I had chosen the wrong lane and that I could leave if I wanted to. As I walked out to leave, he told one of the workers to not clean the mark off my car, started shouting vulgarities to me, and told me to never return. He also sarcastically told me to go receive service at Mister Car Wash. This man's actions were inappropriate. I asked him to never speak to me (or anyone) like that again.
