Took my car there last Wednesday for a wash. While waiting inside the cashier asks for the owner of the mustang to go outside. By the time I get outside the manager Josh is approaching me to say my side mirror came off and they're fixing it so I can make it home. There's a guy applying huge amounts of electrical tape on my car. I was never shown what supposedly happened. Instead of paying for the damages to my car they tried to give me a credit to bring my car back to them for services. After getting the runaround from the GM Ahmed. He claimed his boss denied the claim because my mirrors were aftermarket. The mirrors are the exact same size as the originals but they have the turn signals built in, only difference. If they felt they weren't responsible for the damage why offer me anything? Goes to show you that they're untrustworthy and have bad business practices. I've taken my car through plenty of automated car washes and never had an issue until Car Spa damaged my car and doesn't want to admit it! read more

Had a horrific experience here. I took in my 2015 Camaro SS (currently has 3000 miles on it) to get detailed at least once every week if not twice for 4 weeks. The last time I got a wash I noticed some very noticeable damage to the rear bumper; the sides have been pulled out and is no longer flush with the body, and damage to the front bumper. I asked to speak to a manager, and the general manager Ahmed came out to meet me and acted normally until I showed him the damage. He then started yelling at me and telling me to leave the lot, before I was "forced" off. He also threatened to call the police and have me "arrested" after I brought up the damage again. I immediately called the police myself and a report was made. I was never able to discuss the damage, he immediately tried to intimidate me to leave. I would AVOID this place at all costs. I do like how their drive-thru cleans the outside of my car, but I tried their interior cleaning. Won't do it again! They rush through everything...didn't even take the time to wipe the little dust off my dashboard! My rugs and floor were still dirty too. After I asked the guys why there was still dirt in my car, he just said I have to purchase a more expensive package for them to clean in detail. That makes no sense! Then what am I paying for you to clean?? I also stopped taking my car there for inspections and oil changes. Once they forgot to close my hood all the way, so I was driving with it half closed down the freeway. Fortunately, it didnt open all the way while I was driving, which could have caused a terrble accident! read more

The garage portion of Car Spa is fair, honest, and very competent. I have been getting all of my oil changes, inspections, etc here for around 6 years. My kids now get their cars serviced here too! Corey is the new manager there. I believe he has been there for a while and was promoted as I have seen him often. He gives you his undivided attention and will give you his honest opinion without trying to gouge you for the most $$ he can get like some other places. It is nice to have a place that I believe I can trust! I also get me car washed when I am there and they always manage to get it clean even thought that is sometimes the only wash I have had since the last oil change - LOL!! read more

Horrible service. Horrible manager. The manager, Ackhmed Dinari was rude. When I asked him who damaged my car, he said he didn't know with a rude attitude. He seemed like he wanted to punch me. Arguing. Honestly I was about to call the police. I could see the anger in his eyes. I could sense the violence in him. This man should be fired without a doubt. I will never come here ever again. Car Spa, please do us a favor and hire someone who is actually born and raised here in this great country of ours. These foreign pieces of crap who come from overseas are horrible at what they do. Ahmed (garage manager) and his staff are not only intelligent and capable, but they are also very kind. I am a younger female so I'm often intimidated by mechanics (since I don't know much about cars) so I usually have to bring my dad with me to make sure I don't get taken advantage of but Ahmed and his staff never give off that vibe. They are honest with you from the beginning to the end of your service. They genuinely try to resolve and identify all issues you may have while still giving you options to choose from. If you want to see discrimination alive and well in 2015, then this is your place. I printed out a coupon for $10.00 off (the October special) and they were not willing to apply it to my service. Fortunately for the white male before me, not only did he receive the exact same service that I did, he also was granted the $10.00 coupon. I was a customer who came in once a month and used to recommend this place; now, I will never return, and I'm appalled because I do not understand how Corbin is a manager when he picks and chooses who receives discounts. They did a great job detailing my car. However, Before getting my car cleaned I cleaned out every thing in it. Every single compartment and under seats etc. well when I go to put stuff back in my car I looked in my center console and find a pair of James Avery earrings that I had lost a while back. Whoever cleaned my car was responsible and respectful enough to place them in a safe spot for me. In our world today that made me soo happy! Thank you to whoever cleaned my car! read more

Made an account just to leave this review..been going here for 9 years since I got my license. Had a pistol, stolen from my center console during an oil change. Didn't get it back or receive any reimbursement of any kind. Screw this place. Edit-got my oil changed at a different placr for the first time since..they stripped the bolts that hold my scrape plate on and I had to pay for new ones...Car Spa really screwed me over on that visit. read more

It was my first time taking my car in. I have 2 school aged kids and spend a lot of time in the car due to after school activities. My car was a mess and smelled horrible! Brandon Bender shampooed the carpet and detailed my car so well it looks and smells brand new! I can not believe it's the same car! He was friendly and paid attention to detail. These guys are a class act. I had an issue with my truck shifting into drive coming out of the car wash. They got me going, then fixed the issue in the oil change side for free!!!! I would avoid this place altogether. Service is mediocre at best. Took my car to have it inspected and the inspector there acted annoyed that he had to work on inspecting my car. Not sure how they stay in business. read more
