AWWWFFULLL!! Management doesn't stand behind anything! Their top scrubber caught my (factory installed) car rack on top and lifted it right out of the molded inserts. I get that nothing is 100% guaranteed but my gosh stand by these mishaps that are CAR SPA's FAULT, not mine!! Now I'm looking at a minimum of $1200.00 to get this little accident fixed out of my pocket!!! This is what they should have insurance for!!!! Went here to get my oil changed. They staff was nice and very friendly. I have to have full synthetic for my car. The full synthetic oil change is $70. It includes a free car wash but the car wash does not include cleaning the inside of the car. In order to get the inside of my car dusted and vacuumed was an extra $10. I had to upgrade the car wash to get the inside cleaned! All together, it was $88 for an oil change and car wash. Also, they tried to get me to change my air filter for an additional $20. My air filter was fine. So not only did this cost a ridiculous amount of cash, but they try to up-sell you to things you don't need. This is absurd compared to what I paid in The Woodlands. I can go to Rainbow Car Wash in The Woodlands and spend about $60 for a full synthetic oil change which includes a free car wash that cleans the outside and inside of my car at no extra charge. Needless to say, I will not venture to this place again for an oil change. Oh, and I checked the pricing of an oil change at the dealership for my car make and it is about $30 cheaper than this place. Let me start with we, meaning my wife, have been going to Car Spa for several years. When we first came the quality of their results was excellent. Somewhere around mid2012- mid2013 that started changing. We had to start telling the detailers about the places that just didn't get cleaned thoroughly enough. Then it went its present condition which there are obvious area that didn't even get touch. So they ?clean those areas while we watch and wait. Well then it still isnt clean in some aeeas and you have to tell them again. This Sunday I had to tell them 3× and it still wasnt clean so I gave up because I had someplace to be. . I come back 48 hours later and it had rained. I get Hand wash to my car. No aytowasges. I told the person that I was back for the rain guarantee rewash and that I received a hand wash. He then stated we don't do rewashes by hand. I told him no machines have ever washed my car. So he had to go talk to the manager. When he comes back he has the same answers. . I then insisted and spoke to the shop manager because store manager was not in. Same answer. I have to say he was exceptionally nice and tried to give me coupons etc. . No thx. I was told 3× by 3 different people that I could return if it rains and no one mentioned I would get an autowash. Well he called his boss and I got what I was guaranteed. I've used Car Spa on a number of occasions and have been pleased with the service. However, when I took my vehicle in for it regular oil change and wash, I noticed on the receipt that they had listed a $7 dollar charge for misc. parts. This was the first time since 2008 it had appeared on my bill. When I asked the manager he proceeded to tell me that the additional charge was for the filter. Silly me to believe that the cost of the filter would be included in the advertised service price. Then when I picked up my car there were still bird droppings on the hood. Once again I talked with the manager and he took my vehicle back to the line to be cleaned. Even after that there were bird droppings on the hood. Disgusted I just took my keys and left. read more

No one said anything to me and went to get my keys to leave from a employy that was in the middle cleaning another car. i left and drove 2 miles to get my daughter off of inloch in clearlake and left ther at 4:27pm to my house 4 mile away in riendswood. parked my care in the garage and settled for the evening. on 03/16/12 @ 10:00 am gor my girls in the car 3 and 13 yrs old and drove from my house to my dr. s office dr. tommy sims in friendswood and not even a mile away my car was saying engine hot turn off a.c. and my car was beeping as well. never had this problem before so i called car spa and ask did you guys forget to put coolant in my hummer and they claimed no. so i was conceren and drove it accross the street of my dr.s @ auto zone and a girl named charlie help me toconfirm there wasn,t any coolant!! then she looked and noticed a bad smell around the radiator and noticed it was leaking and that there was a crack from my knuckle to my figer tip. its was damanged by car spa cause this doesn,t form this quickly said the sales repfrom autozone. so i quickly called carspa and spoke to mgr jerry he told me i had to drive my car to them and let them look at it. Great service, From the whole Car spa team. Ashley in the back told me about all the exterior washes which is outside washes only, Full service which is a outside wash and inside vacuum and dusting. Details are on the back of the menu and they are priced better than other car detail places in the area. The cashiers are friendly and know how to do there job. The managers Ahmed and Brandon and all the people that work in the front greeted me with a smile, I was very impressed with my service and will be returning. I took my truck in for the first time to get the interior cleaned, since I have kids, and got the upholstery shampooed for $79. First they didn't take my coupon on my phone and told me it had to be printed (ok, whatever). Then after I picked it up 3 hours later (they said it would only take an hour), it was completely soaked still and I had to sit on the plastic for about a week. Not only that, but no one told me to leave my windows down so after a few hours in the sun, mildew started to form, leaving a pungent smell that still hasn't gone away. The smell has attracted gnats and I have tried everything to get it out to no avail. I have talked to the General Manager, Ahmed, who told me it wasn't his fault and they "don't do refunds" so I am stuck with dissatisfactory service and mildew and gnats that I PAID FOR. I even talked to the Regional Manager, Manuel Rodriguez, who hasn't even bothered to get back to me about this horrible service. Needless to say, I will NEVER be going to a Car Spa again and I will use every chance I get to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I did. read more

I want to like you more Car Spa, I really really do. Clean facility, nice people, good wash,convenient location. However, every time I come for some sort of service(oil change,state inspection), I'm misquoted on times and what place I am in line. I've got no problem waiting in line or shooting next door to eat while I wait, but the organization can be frustrating. Logistics aside, it's the best place in Webster for a wash at a reasonable price, and Ryon(with the big beard) from the garage has always been very friendly/accommodating in the wake of these miscues. Dropped my truck off and was told 1 hour and half. Wife and I went next door to Chipotle to eat for about 40 mins or so. Walking back we seen our truck off to the far right with no attendants. So we thought maybe they finished early. I asked the lady at the front if by chance our vehicle was ready, she calls the guy on the radio about it. He responds loudly with attitude "I told him 3, 3 and a half hours which is double the original time. So the lady at the front desk keeps her walkie up so loud that all the customers in the waiting room can hear how rude he is being. Me being the man I am and retired military told the lady at the front to let him know I'm on my way to him. His demeanor changed instantly, I explained to him why we enquired about our vehicle and that there is no need to be rude about anything. I Told him he need to chill out and take his time, that we are not in a rush. He calmed down in the Texas heat and kindly offered us a ride home if the wait would be to long. The point of my review is that there are many communication factors to account for on both sides. Once I feel I'm being treated rude or given attituted, I will willfully speak my mind and dish it right back even harder. read more

The spoiler on my new Nissan Versa was ripped off during the car wash. Car spa refused to pay for the repairs and demanded that Nissan pay for it. Nissan refused to pay for it, because damage from a car wash was not covered in the warranty. The manager refused to help me and gave me a corporate phone number that didn't work. What ticked me off was that someone stole my pendant stone out of my vehicle but left the change. Then I proceed to tell the manager and he tells me that oh we don't clean that part, last time I checked that part didn't need clean and then he runs the camera and tell me its impossible for someone to steal that being that the manager person was working with another person on my vehicle. Well, I never thought I would have a bad review that I felt I needed to post but this one took the cake. I have been taking all of my cars to this place for everything from oil changes, washes, details, and inspections. I recently took my husbands car in for a routine oil change and inspection. Soon after, my husband was complaining about oil leaking on the driveway and he having to put more in all the time. I took it to my mechanic and found out that the oil filter that was on there was the one put on in December from a Penzoil Quick change and not the new one that was SUPPOSE to be on there. There was damage to the filter where someone at Car Spa tried to take it off with a special wrench and was unsuccessful. It poked a hole in it and they NEVER informed me of it. I took the filter back to the Penzoil place where they verified that it was theirs from DECEMBER! When I talked to the management at Car Spa and showed them all of my paperwork, they were like "How do we know that is the right filter?" I couldn't believe it!!! Yes I like to waste my time running around and spending more money at my mechanic just so I could get my lousy 49 bucks back from you clowns. The manager RYAN who said he would be there when I got there wasn't. There customer service is the worst!!! I used to love bringing my kids there but never again! I don't care about getting my money back, I care about how many others have had this happen to them! Rant Over! read more

I've seen a lot of bad reviews on google reviews, but I honestly had a good experience. I got the gold exterior wash and my car looks great! The wax made my wheels look great and the body of the car was "fairly" clean. There were a couple of dirty spots, but for $9 it was definitely worth it. I'll be going back here next time. read more

I had a car full of bugs due to a recent road trip. I was staying at the hotel near by so decided to drop by to run it through the washer. The receiving staff was excellent. I inquired about a detailed and was quoted $300 however, after speaking to the GM it was determined that the car did not need such an extensive service so I opt for the less abrasive. I paid $150 for interior and exterior which included buffing the vehicle and shampooing the carpets. When I came to pick up the vehicle it still had bugs which I was able to remove with my finger and the carpet had not been shampooed so I left it for an additional two hours. I came back and the front carpets were damped, back carpet dry and the trunk carpet had the stain I had pointed out to the GM. One of the managers stated that normally they don't clean the trunk unless the client requests the service. I mentioned I had mentioned it to the GM but he handed me the bill, waited by the car while I paid. I asked to speak to the GM but he was at lunch so I was given a $10 discount which by the way it's the same as a coupon being offered to all clients. I drove it to the hotel and noticed the shift nob had not been wiped so I returned to the same manager and he advise that if I had any issues I should direct these to the GM. I can tell he was not happy about my voicing my discontent. I will not use them again as I have better results with a normal $40 wash. Over priced for the quality of work. I gave them a two star because the ladies and the GM were very polite and I felt the GM was honest about not having to pay $300 for a detail it did not require. read more

From the minute I full my suv into the area where a very courteous man, Trevor & the others in always greeted with a huge smile & explained in detail & with great knowledge the different packages as well as any specials their having for the week. Then asked if I have any questions about my selection. My sub is then taken respectively thru the car wash & on out where Jason & all the very nice polite men & women take great care respectively of my Sante Fe. I appreciate the great care in which my suv is treated with the same respect I myself would give it. They do a great job with vacuuming, detailing as well as how they clean my windows & interior. The ladies Brooke , Gregorian & the other very nice ladies inside make sure when paying that it's the exact correct amount & make sure the cars is stamped that after so many times i get a free cleaning. I've said all that to say this: The quality of care overall starts with the Supervisor Mr Ameed.if a Manager/Supervisor doesn't take the time to properly train their employees the link will break somewhere along the way. Unhappy with car inspection service. We were told vehicle didn't pass inspection due to a belt. We ask about the cost for replacing it and were told approximately $59.99. We had the manager take a look at the belt because the crack in it was caused by heat (per another auto mechanic) and he refused to pass it as well. We told him to replace the belt and re-inspect. He said they didn't replace belts contrary to what we were told by one of his first employees. We waited over an hour and a total of 1.5 hours only to find out they couldn't complete the service. The free car wash that came with the inspection, was just that.......free. There was bird poo left running down the passenger side door once it came out of the wash. Too many other car washes in town that provide these services to use this one again. read more

I used to come here twice a month to get my car washed as far back as 2012. It's very convenient, just drop of your car for a wash and have a bite to eat at the many joints around the store during my lunch break. I loved this place, and glossed over the declining quality over the last few months. I wanted things to be just "an off day". But things have changed over time. Service has been getting poorer and poorer. The average wait time my last 4 trips have been 45 minutes. Prices have gone up. Each time I go they are more and more aggressive about up selling me to a 60$+ car washes. When you insist on a simple car wash, they make you pay outside now instead of inside. They make you drive your car through the machine yourself, and they practical throw a towel at the car and call it done. This was the service for a regular loyal customer, on their most expensive exterior 20$ wash. Each little thing in and of itself is minor...but altogether I see a picture of a place that is trying to scrape every last dime before they hit rock bottom. If they aren't there already. read more

I went to the Car Spa in Webster, Texas to have my van washed on November 4, 2016. One of the attendants told me it would be an additional $10.00 to clean the van after having me sign a waiver that they would not be responsible for possible damage to the antenna. I told the attendant that the last time I was there I didn't have to pay an additional $10.00 to clean the van. He said oh yes and this is what they charge. I asked to speak to the supervisor. He called Ahmed to come to him. I told Ahmed I did not pay an additional $10.00 for the van the last time I was there. He said they always charge $10.00 extra for vans. I repeated again about not having paid it the last time I was there. We went back and forth. But I finally said go ahead and wash it for the additional $10.00. Ahmed told me he wasn't going to wash my van. I couldn't believe it. He walked away and went back to what he was doing. I finally left and went to a car wash about 5 miles away and closer to my home. It was less expensive and they got me in and out quickly. BEWARE: If you go to Car Spa in Webster, don't disagree with Ahmed. If you do, you won't get your vehicle washed. read more

I will NOT be returning to Car Spa. There was an incident that occurred to more than one car on this past Saturday that resulted in damage to my brand new 2017 Infiniti Qx50. When speaking with Manager Ahmed, he basically denied that anything ever occurred. There were at least 5 cars including mine, that were damaged in the wash. I was very calm about the situation, asking for information regarding the specifics of what had occurred to damage my vehicle. Instead of being honest that something had taken place and they may or may not be liable to what occurred, he just told me that there was some hostile customer making up lies. I can't speak for everyone else, but I can say that the dents in my brand new vehicle were not there prior to going to Car Spa. Customer service goes a long way. I would have accepted an apology, acknowledgement that something wrong occurred, and perhaps a refund for my wash, but to blatantly lie and say nothing happened is just insane to me. It's really sad because I've been going there for years, but when you have a manager who can't be honest with you-that is crazy. People work hard for their things. This is no way to run a business. Never again. I am past customer and was fan of Car Spa. However, today the sales person made sure I had an experience, that will insure my loyalty to their competitors. Normally I get a full wash package but today I was on a time crunch, and just wanted to get the express wash. After telling the sales associate that I was on a tight schedule and just wanted a Express Wash, he continually tried to up sale me. Saying "We will have you out of here in 20 to 25 minutes." Once I was able to convince him that I only wanted a quick exterior wash (which took some time). He tried every way he could to up sale me a "$3 tire dressing", "$5 exterior ArmorAll", ect. Once we settled on the Express Wash, I gave him my money and asked for the change in one dollar bills so I could tip the guys up front. At this time he got frustrated looked in bed of my truck and told me "you have too many Acorns in the bed of your truck I cannot wash it today." This is BS, because the truck has been wash 3 or 4 times in the same tunnel wash system in the last couple months, since the 2 or 3 dozen acorns have been there. If was company only wants my business when they can up sale me, then they will not have any of my business. There are two other tunnel car wash businesses within a couple miles on the same street, they will now have my business. read more
