During check in, I am told that it will be difficult to assess how long it will take because the service worker will not he arriving for another hour or so. I would have appreciated knowing this at the time I scheduled so could plan a more appropriate drop off time. Next, I am told it should take a few hours and ideally it'll be done around noon. I understand there is some wiggle room to that number, but I was called at 3:41pm being told that the service I was recommended/scheduled for is not the current recommendation. So, not only did they have my car for almost 8 hours but it also took that amount of time to hear any information about the service that was recommended on my car. This was a convenient location for me to go, but there was multiple service workers who showed no care or interest in explaining how this lack of communication occurred. I was given a store manager card to call during the work week, when I called, I was placed on hold until the call eventually ended on its own. I will simply go to the next closest option to avoid this headache in the future.

That is simply not true. It is a fee they chose to pass on. Be honest about it. Customers can handle the truth. We do not appreciate being misled. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. If you are going to charge premium prices, at least treat people like they matter. I walked away feeling overcharged, talked down to, and frustrated. There are plenty of auto shops around Richfield. This is not one I would recommend.

He said they *might* have an employee show up Monday through Friday "with tools." So you need to make an appointment through a centralized franchise call center service, but the location has not apparently made the centralized call center aware that THEY DO NOT HAVE EMPLOYEES. Unbelievable. I would have been understanding -- I understand that these things happen -- but the employee was so unbelievably rude that I am disgusted.
