Swung into Jiffy Lube before they closed. I expected to receive some attitude for my arrival time, but they were more than welcoming. They reassured me on some car issues I was experiencing. Helping me to the best of their ability (some of their equipment couldn't accommodate my newer vehicle; where the four stars comes into play). They also washed my back windshield and refilled my wiper fluid. I really appreciate the mileage guarantee and being able to stop by for an oil or fluid top off. The customer service really was five out of five. They were so nice and even gave me a coupon/discount. I'll certainly be back. read more

I stopped in after work for an oil change. Adam was professional and pleasant to deal with. I went to hand him a coupon to scan, and he said "dont worry about that sir, I was already going to scan that coupon for you" and scanned one he had behind the desk. It's might be company policy, but either way made me feel like a valued customer, and that he was trying to get me the best price. The waiting room was clean and the coffee was hot. I just drove cross country and my oil change light came on. I am new to the area and have not had the best experiences with other oil change places in the past--not getting things right--so I'm a little gun shy. Looked for a jiffy lube close by that had some good reviews and chose this location. So glad I did! Mario and his coworker (wish I had his name!) were EXCELLENT. Quick service, competent, friendly, and did not try to up sell me on things I didn't need. Fluid levels were explained to me and I was told I can come in for free top offs if I ever needed them since I am now part of the jiffy lube "family". There are two service bays and it's near a McDonald's where you can wait if you need a quick drink or something to eat. Frankly the best experience I've ever had for an oil change. Thanks guys! Be very aware of the Jiffy Lube #148 York Ave Edina, MN I took my vehicle in for an old change spending $82.00. I went to my mechanic in January to have a wheel checked and a routine oil change. When my mechanic asked me to come into the bay to see my oil pan, drain plug and leaking oil. He explained that at my last oil change (at this Jiffy Lube) the technician stripped the drain plug and applied silicone to cover up the damages and to prevent it from leaking. I was lucky it did hold for awhile but the mechanic said that the plug would surely drop out and my engine would seize. To date 2/8/2021 1 month from complaint/claim to company they have NOT responded nor have they tried to resolve this claim of negligence and damage. Parts and labor for replacement of oil pan totaling $650.00. read more

Shane and his staff at this Jiffy Lube were honest, fast and efficient. The first time I visited, they let me know my car did not actually need an oil change yet; my car sensor just needed to be reset. They changed my air filter, topped off fluids, checked my tires and sent me on my way. I was very happy to return to this location when I did need to get my oil changed and even went out of my way to do so. Over charged me, then when tried to void transaction and charge again, got double billed, took over a week to fix. They left broken glass in my trunk after changing light bulbs and forgot to give me a sticker to say when due. Also, invoice listed wrong milage so can't recall when due - it was ~75,000 miles off of my current milage- which is pretty significant. The staff is always extremely friendly and I never feel pressured by them to purchase any add-ons. I've also never experienced any issues with my vehicle once the service is completed. I called to have an estimate given to me for an oil change. The person I spoke with said they were too busy to give it to me and to call back later, so I did. When I called they said oil changes started at $43. I asked for a price so that I could figure out if I wanted to go to them or check other locations. They gave me a price of $68 and a $15 coupon so it would be around $53 when it was done. when I arrived, they took my car in right away, and one of the technicians had me look at the computer screen to verify what they were going to do. At that time, he gave me a price of $80. I inquired as to why the person on the phone quoted me a different price and he said it was an error and he's not sure who would have given that price to me. There were only three technicians working. He gave me the $15 discount however it was quite a bit more than I was willing to pay since I paid cheaper elsewhere in the past. Word of advice, shop around and get a firm price on the phone before you visit not only Jiffy Lube but any oil change place. Other than that, the service was great and very quick and fast as I was the only one in line. read more

Do NOT take your vehicle here. I took my Nissan 350Z here one time and the next day I noticed oil leaking all over my garage. I come to find out that they failed to screw the oil filter on properly. The oil filter wasn't even touching the seal gasket. That could have seized my engine. I paid 90$ for the full synthetic and there was no refund or even discount when I told them of their error.
