Easily 5 stars from beginning to end. First off, for anyone that is looking to sell your car, there's different avenues. We started by looking at cars for sale on CarGurus to see how much the car is being sold for by dealerships. Next, we check the KBB my car value and sign up for their authorized dealer / buyers to send offers. Next, check Carvana and lastly CarMax. I'm sure there's a few more but these were my choices. After some research, we had a set number in mind and Car Trackers came through to match that number after a little bit of back and forth (this was after doing a zoom video call to show the condition of the car inside and out.). Make sure to cut the BS, be transparent about any dings or dents as we sure did. After we agreed on a price to sell the car, the process was quick and efficient. I provide the loan number for their to pay off the remaining balance and they sent the remainder to me via wire transfer within 1 business day. Some paperwork signed electronically and they proceeded to send the DMV paperwork via overnight mail. We signed and overnighted back. We got a call a few days later from the transport / shipping company and they picked up the car to be shipped from NorCal to SoCal. After another week, we received notification that our loan was officially paid off by CT. Since then, no issues and we would totally go through this process with CF again if we need to sell a car as their offer beat out Carvana, CarMax, and local dealerships through KBB. read more

I do not recommend this business due to their shady practices. They very much live up to the reputation of a used car salesman. This week I went to sell my car on Mon (8/19). I was given a quote for 70k for my '22 Ford Mache with 117 mi. I went to price out a few more offers and contacted the company back on Thu (8/22) to proceed. I was passed on to a different manager to do an inspection. The inspection consisted of sending photos since my car is very new. The car is absolutely perfect condition. Evan, the manager, then proceeded to low ball me to 65k. As I questioned the previous quote I was given the offer inched it's way up to 67k. Not only was I misled from the very beginning, they completely wasted my time. They claim to offer you more than anyone else. What a joke. I hands down DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. My husband and I sold our car to them at the end of our 5-year loan, and we had about 3 more months left of payments. After a quick FaceTime (yup, you read that right) to inspect our car, and a couple of document signatures later, our car was paid out by them and sold at KBB rate. Update since I can't reply directly to Ron's comment Ron. Your employees literally sent me your companies offer via text. So you're saying you feel it's ok for your company to submit offers to sellers via text. But in order to hold you to your false advertising of paying "top dollar" and beating competitors offers. They cannot send offers the same way as you guys? So do you feel the rules on your own policy shouldnt apply to you guys. Or do you feel you are just better than everyone else. It seems you prove it's more of a cop out rather than a legitimate policy. If you want to give that policy. Perhaps DONT give people offers that same way. This place is ridiculous they will make claims that they will beat any offer and they will get top dollar yet they didn't say that any offer they have to beat must not be in the form of a text from his salesman yet the offer I got was directly via text from their salesman so I find it very interesting that their policy is contradictory to their own business practice if you want to tell people that a text message from the salesman is not an acceptable comp maybe you should not be doing that when you giving your offer to the car owner it just goes to show that we need to make that claim they hope nobody actually has competing offer. I had a very slow time getting started to reach an actual video appraisal. After I entered initial car info, I feel like I was talking to Chat Bots. When they asked if I wanted a video call and I said yes, there would be no response. They do check back to see if you're still interested several days later. When I finally did seem to have a real person texting, I was able to receive a phone call from a human and make the video appointment. From that point on, Car Trackers was very open and direct. The process really is simple with the video call. You show them a walk around your car, your odometer reading and they can see that your car runs. Ed was my appraiser and he was easy to work with. Then an offer is made, which is good for 3 days. If agreed, the paperwork process is pretty simple and quick too. You Fedex them the DMV title change and your car title. They wired the $$$ amount to Zelle but you can choose other options. Def. would recommend them for car purchasing, but it may take a bit of time to reach them. Will offer you a laughable amount for your car giving piss poor excuses as to why they will low ball you. Went through them before and sold a Lincoln to them that was in pretty bad shape, didn't even drive with cracks in the windshield and paint was terrible. Went back to them thinking they handled the last transaction so well just to be offered $500 for a perfectly good car only damage was a couple scratches that they claim would make them "repaint the whole car" Do not recommend they will fuck you over.
