When I explained that I don't live near here and that the car wash was supposed to be open until 6 PM, the cashier was incredibly dismissive and then told me that I could wait 30 minutes for the manager to arrive. She then held my receipt and started helping other customers. Eventually, I took a picture of my receipt and left. I understand if, as an employee, you can't resolve the matter. But you should treat your customers with a basic level of respect and try to be helpful as opposed to being dismissive and hoping that the problem just goes away. Very frustrating.

My only concern is I've heard rumors from friends that Auto Pride may be moving to a machine wash system. Not a fan of machine washed cars. It's the only hand wash car business in the mid-peninsula that I know of. It will be a sad day if Auto Pride moves to a machine washing or touchless system. I'm hoping not to go back to washing my own cars.

I get home and noticed there was a good amount missed on the front bumper and left and right lights. Also on the inside the dressing used seemed like was done in a rush. The back seats weren't wiped down. There was still spots of crumbs and marks from my kids that could be easily wiped off. There was spot where they treated and spots you can tell that was missing. The back trunk rubber trunk mat wasn't taken out and cleaned. $200 was a mistake to spend here.

Almost perfect, but one star off for the inconvenience of assembling cash/quarters. I go straight down the list (pre-soak, wash, foam brush, rinse, conditioner, spot-free rinse). Everything comes out of the metal nozzle hose except the foam, which comes out of the brush on the opposite wall. Pre-soak and spot-free rinse are low-pressure. I let the timer run out after soaping up with the foam brush, then take my time giving it a thorough scrub before re-starting the timer. I let it air dry as I drive home; the spot-free rinse lives up to its name! It helps to have a friend in charge of putting in coins and changing wash modes. I have not tried the vacuums. Overall, I get a great wash for about $8 (compact car). $3 minimum to get it going and that gets you 4min (20sec per quarter).

They pre-hose your car and do a quick brush before your car goes through the cleaning cycle. That is needed because the dirt won't necessarily come off if they didn't do that. At the end they hand wipe the entire car with cloth to dry all the windows and the entire car. The entire process took about 5-7 minutes. There was only one car ahead of us so we didn't have to wait. If you need a quick & basic car wash - this is a good deal.
